Yesterday i was traveling from kotputli to iffco chouk by haryana roadways bus which was coming from jaipur. Due to diwali and bhaiya dooj, there were lot of crowd. So, conductor asked us to climb on floor of the bus, so we did the same. When he came up to collect the fare, he didn't give ticket to a single person. When i asked him for ticket, he said that tickets already have finished. But when i forced him then he gave me a fake ticket, which didn't have any number and when i asked him about ticket number he said that this is a private bus which was not true. I think he and bus driver made thousands of rupees everyday by doing this nonsense. People don't ask for ticket because conductor reduces 10-20 rupees from actual fare and people seem happy with it. There were around 25 people on the floor of the bus, but he didn't gave ticket to single person and may be he did same to people who sitting inside the bus.
And you know bus fare from kotputli to dehli is around 160 rupees.

    I applied for bus pass on 19th april'17 from panipat to bahalgarh for 3 months. Pass category was in general. At that time i used my pnb debit card to make online transaction. Amount of rs. 5228.55 was debited vide ecom 381632 govtharyana. But as per person (Computer operator outside the bus stand who used to do online payments of bus passes), amount was not debited to govt. Of haryana account so we have to transact again. I said that debit sms is received from pnb but he said amount not transferred to account of govt of haryana so it will be credit back to my pnb account. It was necessary to issue bus pass on same day, so i got agree to do transaction again. Due to less amount in my pnb account i used my hdfc debit card & made payment ref no. Jf[protected] govt haryana. Same i updated to officer who issued the pass & he also assured me that amount will be returned within 3 months. Now its 6 months completed but amount not received back. I again visited to panipat bus stand for bus pass renewal from oct'17 & remind to that officer about bus pass payment not returned, he replied it can be receive or not. How i can leave my amount. Its not 10-20 rs. Its more than rs 5000/-. I requested to take necessary action on this & return my amount of rs. 5228.55/-

      My name is mandeep and it is an incident of today when i was travelling from samalkha to murthal. Bus fare from samalkha to murthal is rs 20/- but conductor charged from me rs 25/- with ticket number 129133 and when i asked him for this he misbehaved with me and reacted very rudely

      So its a humble request to government that please stop this # because these kind of activities spoils government name.

        Hello,
        This is regarding bus no hr-68a 8969. Today is saturday, 21 october 2017, i am traveling in this bus from samalkha to isbt with ticket number e17 875722 and writing this complaint to inform you that bus driver has rudely misbehaved and harrased me for seat no.1 by saying that this is for conductor of the bus and i have to leave and stand behind, which is truly wrong as per my information. I have found seat no. 53 written as consuctor seat at the last row of the bus (Have screenshot of same). By the above details, here i need your intervention and help by registering this complaint againt him. Please look into this matter and enlight your justified views. Waiting for your reply. Thanks.

          Mai gurgaon se chandigarh shanivar ko travel karta hu. Subah 4:20am ya 4:50am vali bus multi h. Aaj date[protected] diwali ka din h to rush to hona h par haryana roadways ka arrangement bhot bura h. Aaj[protected] ko 4:50am or 5:15am vali jo bus roz chalti h par aaj diwali ke din bina kisi vajah ke dono time ki bus nhi chali or dono bus stand par hi thi. Bad me 5:40am pe bus chali or uska driver direct karnal bypass chala gya thik h vo par vha se means karnal bypass se delhi isbt le gya bus. Sab passengers ne bola vapis kyu ja re ho par driver ne kisi ki nhi suni. Sab passengers pehle hi bhot late ho gye the ab driver ne or jyada late kr diya. Haryana roadways vale apni manmani krte h koi bus apne time pe nhi chal rhi h. Kisi passenger ki kisi bhi haryana roadways employee ko fikar ni h. Maine dekha kuch log complaint kr rhe the par ulta javab de rhe the bole jha complaint krni h krlo. Mai har shanivar ko gurgaon se kaithal travel karta hu. Har bus stand pe bura haal ho gya h.

            With due regards to the concerned haryana roadways authorities i want to compliant against the conductor of buses as they don't allow the passengers of in route stoppage as mentioned in their route and displayed on the sides of bus to enter and this cause serious inconvenience to be public general and they have to opte for others private transportation.
            If they have stoppage in their route why didn't allow the passengers they are public server and paid for this

              I booked a ticket from new delhi to chandigarh on sept 28, 2017. Date of journey was september 30, 2017 11:30 am. However, on the date of journey, bus had a break down, so we were unable to board. We have not received the refund yet even after continuing follow up mails. Pnr: sep176992, trip id: [protected]. Request you to initiate the refund at the earliest.

              It was Haryana roadways Volvo bus and they are not responding to the mails as well
              PNR AUG180036 Refund status ? Travel date 17 August 18 and ticket canceled before 12 hrs as per rule 50% amount should be refund.

                I am a school student and its my routine to up and down from taraori to karnal but i faces the same problem again and again. Most of driver and conductor of buses rufuse to take a passenger of taraori from karnal despite of having a stop at taraori. So i demand a strict action should be taken agianst them to know what is their duty
                Today the bus conductor asked me to step down on next stop even whem crossing taraori stop.

                  I am a girl from pune who has become very afraid to travel in haryana roadways buses especially on delhi-chandigarh route because of rude and disrespectful attitude of haryana roadways staff.
                  Today i bought a ticket till baldev nagar from ticket counter at isbt, kashmere gate for 190rs. I had a valid ticket and had paid completely for it still the conductor said he won't stop at baldev nagar. I showed him the ticket and he said where you bought the ticket. I told him i purchased it from the counter only then he started making fun of me. He said "chal nikal" when i reached my stop.
                  Is this the way you people treat a person, a woman? Did i do anything wrong? If baldev nagar is not a stop then why do you people give tickets for it.
                  I am a software engineer by profession and i was left in tears.
                  I tried to call your customer care type numbers but no one picked up.
                  What kind of service is this.
                  No one deserves this kind of mistreatment from anyone.
                  You are not strict towards your staff and hence some of them blatantly ignore rules and regulations.
                  Please educate your staff on how to respect other people.
                  Now i know why everyone says north india is unsafe and bad.

                    I am very much disappointed with the bus service of faridabad. Today i visited bus stand of faridabad, nit at 05:15am ist and there was no bus. I asked a man siiting over there and he told me that bus one bus have gone just 5 mins ago and 2-3 buses are aboyt to come in just 5-10 mins. I waited for approx. 1 hour upto 05:030am ist but there was no bus. I went there to drop my wife. She has to go panipat for an interview which is scheduled at 10:30am ist. Then i left from there at 05:00am ist and wife waited there at nit bus stand upto 05:40am ist and then she took auto and reached nearest metro station to reach isbt kashmere gate delhi. This is how governemt employes are doing their duty.

                    And one thing i saw when i went from that bust stand and reached arjonda chowk, one bus from palwal passed by me but that bus didn't went inside bus stand.

                    Request you to please look into this and also take some necessary action.

                      Sir, yesterday morning i am waiting the bus on masjit nit 3 at 8.40 am to drop my niece & nephew to ballabgarh through bus. Ordinary bus no7909 came from ggn but the driverr was not stop the bus on our request. We are siting in my car and reached at mulla hotel from passed the bus our car and request to stop the driver but driver was nnot recd the passenger i runed my car and stop my car in front of the bus for request the driver 'apney in baccho ko kyon nahi bithaya"to driver give me the unparliament language alonwith stand his friends in driver cabin. Sir i humbly requested to take action the driver

Sho Jasbir Singh rank no s-1 he was on the road & give me challan reciept on Ambala road & cut the challan over speed limit ..me deposit challan on the spot on give rs 450 to sho Jasvir singh & collect the reciept but my licence not return after 3 month ...                           I am traveling in haryana roadways bus from last 3 years in gurgaon on route from huda city center to sohan road

                          Now a days i am facing the problem of bus timings some times i have to stand at bus stop up to 1.30 hours in wait of bus. So many passengers like me facing same problem. I try to contact on the customer care no. Which mention on haryana roadways website but unable to connect every time they give me a different no which is always out of service every time.
                          So it is my request please take a look in this matter as early as possible.

                            I have booked haryana roadways volvo e-ticket for route new delhi to chandigarh dated 30th sep 2017 @13:00 hrs. But the service was not given due to bus break-down.
                            No alternate was provided which was very surprising. Undersigned had to again buy fresh ticket of ordinary bus & complete journey from new delhi to chandigarh.

                              Today dated 29th sep2017
                              11:20pm
                              Bus no :hr 55t 3853 bus going to manali. I set in the bus from mandi... I paid the conductor ₹500, he gave back ₹350/-. When i asked for ticket, he refused to give the same. I repeatedly asked for the ticket but he did not replied.
                              Kindly act on these people who are openly doing corruption. If we can't stop them, how can we have corruption free country.
                              Some innocent may suffer due to their such attitude.
                              Please take immediate action on these people and give us feedback.

                                I had submitted the all required documents on 09-aug-2017 in regards to remove the hypothecation from the rc and issue a fresh rc in gurgaon rto office.

                                Application no. Is hr26r[protected]/hr[protected].

                                On the acknowledge copy i got the date of 31-aug-2017 to receive the rc but when i reached to collect the rc. Rc was missing in their records so officer gave me a new date 08-sep-17...

                                Conductor refused to give ticket for the place moginand which 3 km from kalaamb. The route is same bt he gave me ticket for the kalaamb the bus is from chandigarh to pounta sahib bus is hr 68 a 9982. What is wrong with these people. Even the route is same but even then he refused. Take some action against them. The bus timeing is 9:30 am from chandigarh.

                                  While i am traveling in haryana roadways​ nud depo, conductor don't know the ticket price from samalkha to nilokheri. I used to bus from last 4years, this type of conductor i faced 1st time. When i asked him to price of ticket samalkha to chandigarh they reply rs 180 and nilokheri to chandigarh is rs120 now what is price 60 but on regular basis i paid rs70 on this matter he reague with u.

                                    Its have been three instances where bus driver do not stop the bus at piragrhi stop in new delhi. Bus timings - 5:50 am saturday. Bus no - 5470.

                                    Bus route - delhi to charkhi dadri

                                    Hence last saturday also, i got late in my examination just bcoz for driver's lazyness.

                                    Though bus was not fully occupied.
                                    There was enough space for more pessangers.

                                    Hoping a positive and strict action from your side.

He has no manners how to talk wth students and girls. Please take action on conductor. Otherwise i will complaint on cm window.. Its a humble request to u please take a strict action.
