i am regular traveler from ballabgarh to ashram. i have many times seen that driver takes break for DTC STAFF at any stop but they dont stop for the passengers traveling with tickets. this should be stopped as passengers with vaild tickets actually generating money and HR roadways is creating problem to them.
please make drivers and conducters little polite.

I want to lodge a complaint against the driver and conductor of Haryana Roadways A.C Bus no: HR-55J-2401, who were on duty at 6.00 pm on 5th April, 2011 from Delhi-Chandigarh Route. Sir, I boarded the bus from I.S.B.T Kashmiri gate ,delhi for Chandigarh. The bus was only carrying around 8 to 9 passengers. Everything was going fine for two hours till the bus reached the L&T Toll Plaza near Panipat when the driver and conductor purposely halted the bus and asked us to get out of the bus as the bus has broke down. When we asked them that as the bus was going on nicely at a great speed smoothly, all of a sudden what went wrong, they were not able to provide us with a satisfactory answer. It is felt that both the driver and the conductor conspired to halt the bus midway as it just had 8 to 9 passengers and decided to return back or may be to some other destination. When all the passengers asked the conductor to provide us the Complaint book, he refused and even abused an old aged passenger. Further he misbehaved with the passengers and asked us to board any ordinary bus that comes our way. We refused and were adamant on travelling in an A.C Bus as we had paid the fare for an A.C Bus, after waiting for half an hour he managed to stop an A.C bus but there were no seats in it and we had to travel from that place till Chandigarh standing on our feet which is disgusting and had caused great anger and discomfort to us. Now you are very humbly requested to take stern and immediate action the aforesaid conductor and driver and intimate me about the same within 7 working days, failing which I will have to file an application under the RTI act seeking information regarding what action you have taken against them. Kindly oblige.

bus number hr69 9945 Delhi to katra reached at Doraha near about 06.10.me with 6 more passengers from Doraha for Ludhiana r all daily passenger we know that fair from doraha to Ludhiana is rs.17 the conductor of the bus said the fair is rs.20 i[censored] want ticket and i[censored] dont want ticket then its OK rs.17 and he collected rs.17 per head from all o[censored]s.when i pointed out and asked for ticket he misbehaved me in rude abusive language that i cant describe here and returned my rs.17 and whistled bus stopped n he pushed me from bus no where in between any station.i m nopt judge n i cant impose any type of penalty for him but i want to know what is the judgement done by ur good self.my e.mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

I am writing this mail to with confidence that you can understand our problem.

I am a citizen of village Bhaira bakipur, po manoli,sonepat,haryana.

I never see any transport service in my village and other 4 villages.

Mostly Peoples have to go Delhi or sonepat for job and other peruses. but we have no transport
service in these villages, Villagers are not to much rich to purchase there private transport.

Private three wheelers charges approx 3 times of the normal charges and they run by overloading.
in all seasons passengers have to face problems.

I hope u can understand this problem of common man.

I had traveled in bus no. HR 55 D - 5101 on 15th February 2011 , from Mohali to Ropar , bus was on route from Delhi to Hoshiarpur . Conductor asked for a fare of Rs. 30/- instead of Rs. 27/- , which is the actual fare as I am a daily commuter . When I objected & tried to give him change of Rs. 27/- he refused to listen to me & even stopped the bus & asked me to step down .

Today, 31-Jan-2011 at 02:30 P.M I was going to give my exam nr. hero honda chowk gurgaon. When I was nr. rajiv chowk suddenly a bus, overloaded with people came from side, hit on my car (ZEN Estilo-Black) doors (driver side/ Driver back side) and run. I shoutet at him but he did nt listen to me ran. I tried to catch him but due to traffice n my exam i would nt able to do so. When I saw the doors there was a huge scratch n dent on the same.

Bus was going towars Sohna and the number of Bus is HR-55 A 9884.Please do the needful.

We had booked online tickets with Haryana Roadways.
I have booked following 2 tickets online. I wanted to book it for8th Nov 2010 00:30am but it got booked for 7th Nov, 2010 00:30am.

I went online to cancel this ticket but the website is not working properly.There is a big bug in the website. As soon as I enter the details and click Continue, It keeps navigating to same page.

I also enquired at the phone mentioned on website but they said it has to be cancelled online only.

I cancelled it the same day but till date i have not received any refund.

I have called and done follow up to get my money back they keep on saying we will refund after deducting 10% amount but nothing has happened.

I have all the mails and follow ups with me.

Please help me out.

Hi,

I am using Bus services from Bahadurgarh to Gurgaon on daily basis, and I have to use Private Buses to reach Gurgaon due to Haryana Roadways drivers do not bring their buses inside of Bahadurgarh Bus stand and they hide their sign board also, so passengers couldn't get know and we couldn't utilize Roadways services. Now Bahadurgarh passengers are using private buses and these buses takes 2 Hours to reach Gurgaon from Bahadurgarh but roadways takes only 1 Hours.

Today I tried to catch Roadways bus outside of bus stand and fortunately I caught one Roadways bus ( HR-61A 5322) due to traffic jam. I asked to conductor why they didn't bring their buses inside bus stand and he replied that if he brought bus inside than passenger would come and than he have to move his body to collect money and distribute tickets to passengers.

I couldn't understand if public transport could reach to public so what the purpose of these services.

Appreciate if you could please take any strict step to resolve these issues.

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT WHILE I WAS TRAVELLING FROM RUDRAPUR TO HALDWANI VIA HARYANA ROADWAYS , BUS NO HR-38Q 5762/10 ,FARIDABAD DEPO THE CONDUCTOR DIDN'T GIVE ME THE TICKET ALTHOUGH I GAVE HIM THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO FULL TICKET ,AND HE WAS DOING THE SAME THING WITH THE OTHER PASSENGERS TOO. i m dineshwar dayal daily passenger of panipat to karnal via haryana roadways bus.i have an employee pass of haryana roadways between panipat to karnal but on dated[protected] at 6:00 p.m. in panpat, when the conductor of the bus no. HR 68- 4371 of HARYANA ROADWAYS chandigarh named as he declared GIRDHARILAL ask me to show ur pass. i had given him my pass and after that he asked me to show the cash receipt of that pass having statement of cash deposit in account section of december,usually conductor asked for bus pass only but the said conductor who biterally stressed that in case cash receipt will not be shown along with pass. he will deposit the pass in the office of haryana roadways situated at chandigarh and you may collect the pass from there,he took my pass and went to Chandigarh and no acknowledgement of that pass given to me. further it is also stated that his behaviour with me was very rude he thretened me with absured words that nobody can challenge to him even GM of haryana roadways can't do anything against me..further it is also to state that there is nothing mention in the roadways pass that during the travelling cash receipt must be accompanied with pass.therefore, it is also sure that i am bound to face tremendous problem during the course of travelling because extra expenditure will be borned by me along with mental torture and profound harassment due to monopolised and rude behaviour of a bus conductor.hence, kindly arrange to return my pass immediately and whatever expenditure i m bound to bear may also be got reimbursed from haryana roadways and relevant conductor must be warned not to take such type of harsh behaviour with the genuine passenger.

I was travelling from Delhi To Karnal on Bus of Haryana Roadways HR 55E 6209. This was one of the buses in which extra fare is charged to provode extra comfort to the passengers. But, The condition of bus was not good. Seats were worn.The bus staff are supposed to behave in a good manner with the passengers, but the bus conducter was using abusive language against me. His behaviour was rude.He denied to tell his name. When I demanded complaint book he denied and said "Tu mera kuchh nahi kar sakta" This type of behaviour of a bus conductor with passengers is a matter of shame for the people of free india. I request for the proper action to be taken against that bus conductor,.

On the onset I hope that the compalint gets heard.

The incident involves Haryana Roadways Bus No- HR 68 - 4373 being driven by some Singh Sahab. The place was Kharar.

I am listing below step by step the sequence of events involving the above said vehicle and my Car.

1. The location was Kharar bus stand. The traffic was moving towards Mohali. Few buses had stopped and passengers were alighting from these buses. The trafic was moving at not more than 0-2 kms speed.
2. Because of the buses offloading passengers, two lanes were formed moving at almost 0 speed.
3. Infront of my car, 3-4 cars and one bus passed these standing buses by moving right of them. The lane on the right side had stopped moving. When I took my turn to move right of these standing buses giving proper indiacator, the above bus driver ( SIngh Sahab) also started moving and brushed my car on the right side at the back side.
4. I confronted the driver and asked him to see what he is doing and should be careful.
5. That was it, he got down from the bus and started saying :
a) If you fear these things you should not bring your car on the road.
b) My Car door was open, he rushed forward and slammed the door shut, saying go away.
c) I told him that he should feel sorry for this as his vehicle is behind my vehicle and he should be careful driving.
d) He then started pushing me and used abusive language saying do whatever you feel like and get a side. He also started to get physical with me and it was only the conductor who asked him not to do so that he stopped starting a fight.
e) Then he said that the passengers are getting late, it was only therefore he was rushing.
f) Then he said the vehicle was not visible to him and started to make all the excuses. The abusive language continued.
g) At this moment, I decided to leave as I did not want this altercation to go further fearing that he may again start getting physical.

Dear Sir,
My concern is that, are we allowing such kind of persons to drive on the road who are short of patience and safety is last on their mind.
They are their providing their services of ferrying passengers safely from one destination to the other. But this Sikh gentlemen looked otherwise.
Instead of feeling sorry he looked confident that since he was driving a govt. vehicle and that too a bus he could do anything and get away with it.
I now look forward to you to set an example that nobody is above law and everyone has to abide safety measures when on the road.

on 3rd Nov 2010 I m travelling by Haryana Roadways bus no.HR-68 A 1171 Model No. 4/2010. from ambala to kurukshetra .I got the ticket and sitting down on seat.Duiring this journy the conductor abusing me a lot.So it is is requested that please do needfull action against him.

I am a regular trevellar of haryana rodways. i used to travel from CHD to ISBT Kashmiri gate(New Dehli). I have taken ticket from Zirakpur to New dehli of Rs 125. I gived Rs 500 to bus conductor and due to non avilibility of change he write rs 355 on the back of tickets and guided me to take the change at dehli. the bus was route was shimla- chandigarh-Gurgaun.The date was 20 th Sep 2010 in the morning around 5 am.
Conductor denied to pay the money and ran away with the bus.I also complained this on thr counter at new dehli. They told me to go gurgaun. Ticket no are[protected]-[protected]. The Driver and conductor misbihaved and they were drunken. I can produce the tickets on demand.

Please resolve.

I travelled in Haryana Roadways Bus No. HR-67 9474 on[protected], from jalandhar to Phagwara. Fare from Jalandhar to Phagwara is Rs. 15/- , but the conductor charged Rs. 20/- & didn't give me Ticket too. When asked about balance & ticket he threatened to drop in between the destination & said in the night I charged more fare for shorter distance. Please look into the matter.

We people are facing lots of problem from Chandigarh to Yamuna Nagar.In evening time bus timing of Chandigahr to Yamuna Nagar is 7.10 pm but in one week only 3 days this bus has come on this time otherwise rest of the 4 days we faced lots of problem sometimes driver not well sometimes conductor not well sometime bus got punctured lots of bad excuses are coming every week and specially in evening time there is lots of rush and yamuna nagar depot can easily earn good fare at this time but nobody bother to do it so plz do this complaint on urgent basis.

Iam staying in Gurgaon. My office is near qutab plaza, face 1. There is no proper connectivity in this area. Only way to come office is Balabgarh haryana roadway buses. Driver & conductor of these buses everytime insult us, humilitate us, never allow to seat in bus. Government buses are made to help local people but they have created trouble for us. If any bus conductor allow us to seat he do not give ticket & keep money in his pocket. Pls solve this problem because of this inconvience we get late in office. Its very insulting they sometime tell us to get down from bus. HR 55j1601 conductor always insult us & use foul language for us.

Pls Pls help us.
