Sir, on 02/09/22 i was traveling from jind to bahadurgarh in haryana roadways (jind depot bus 3857).i bought a ticket from the counter of jind busstand (130rs) to bahadurgarh but when we reached rohtak busstand the conductor said that we will not go to bahadurgarh with such less no.of passengers.so he tried to shift us to another bus but the other bus conductor denied said it is his daily habit to leave the passengers in middle. quarrel broke out between them and wasted about half an hour of passengers. I reached late at my work even after timely boarding the bus.
Sir, we trust roadways for its fast service but these incident broke it.
Moreover if the bus was not going to bahadurgarh then why the conductor make the ticket for bahadurgarh. These incident waste precious time and money of passengers. It was not first time it happens again and again with different passengers. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

Bus driver of HR 58 A9965 was rashly driving and giving a horn continuously. I was in my auto with my colleagues and was coming back from school the bus driver was in a High speed and was ready to hit our auto and only some inches gap was there when he put a break. The incident happened in Jagadhri near matka chownk today(I.e. 29/8/22). Please see to this driver and take a strict action against him.

My village is kurangawali . haryana roadways bus route sirsa to talwandi via (sahuwala, baragura, kurangawali, kamal, pakka, sighpura, talwandi) which is not comes after the lockdown . 1:30 timing of bus route from sirsa . We request you please restart the bus route.

विनम्र निवेदन है कि आपके हरियाणा रोडवेज गुरुग्राम बस स्टैंड से आगरा मथुरा के लिए प्रतिदिन रोडवेज की कई बसें चलती हैं लेकिन इनकी आड़ में कई डग्गेमार प्राइवेट संचालक बस के ऊपर आगरा मथुरा का बोर्ड लगा कर हरियाणा रोडवेज के नाम पर यात्रियों को गुमराह करके सोहना पलवल आदि शहरों में बीच रास्ते में ही छोड़ देते हैं और शिकायत करने पर यात्रियों से अभद्रता यहां तक की मारपीट भी करते हैं जब इसकी शिकायत परिवहन निगम के कार्यालय में की जाती है तो वहां से भी कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं मिलता यहां तक की ये डग्गेमार बस संचालक गुंडागर्दी से गुड़गांव बस स्टैंड सोहना बस स्टैंड और पलवल बस स्टैंड के अंदर भी प्राइवेट बसों को खड़ी करके वहां से सवारी भरते हैं लेकिन रोडवेज परिवहन निगम इन के विरुद्ध कोई भी सख्त कार्यवाही नहीं करता है भारत एक जागरूक आम नागरिक के नाते मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि ऐसे डग्गेमार वाहनों को बस पर यात्रियों को गुमराह करने व गाड़ी के ऊपर हरियाणा रोडवेज के नाम से और आगरा मथुरा आदि लंबी दूरी के जगहों के बोर्ड लगाकर लोगों को भ्रमित परेशान करने की अनुमति कौन देता है अगर हरियाणा ट्रांसपोर्ट डिपार्टमेंट इसके लिए उत्तरदाई नहीं है तो कृपया जो भी इसके लिए उत्तरदाई है उसके विरुद्ध सख्त वैधानिक कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें धन्यवाद ।

I was traveling via Haryana roadways Volvo on 11th Aug'22 and same had been breakdown near Gannaur.

All Passanger were faced lots of problems and after this hustle on festival their were no alternate arranged and we all need to arrange our own alternate.

I had took cab to reach my destination which cost me 500/- additional cost.

I need all the refund of my ticket and additional cost of cab.

Today 13/08/22 I was traveling from sonipat to Chandigarh via bus no. HR69D 9830 .. I asking them ..is there any duty of them to stop the bus at ganaur bus stop...but they didn't stop there ...and the bus driver and conductor..starting misbehaving me and abusing me in front of everyone...they don't know even how to talk with a girl ..they used very offensive language while they abusing me...they violate my right to life and also harrassing me mentally...i want strict action against them

There is issue of big time delay in bus alloted time slot specially on festivals.
The private vehicles holders take the most advantage and increase the fare to double or triple unnecessarily and general citizens face so many problems.
I hope you understand my and the all general citizens problems and you resolve the problem.

Rude behaviour of roadways chechker

I was traveling to Jaipur from palwal haryana.on 13july 2022 Bus conductor behaviour is very bad . And it's to rudely. There is no space in bus for luggage

I am priya yadav residence of gurgaon and working as scale one officer in punjab national bank posted in meerut. I am writing this to narrate the incident that happens with me on
gurgaon bus stand today(11.07.2022).Gurgaon to haridwar route bus timing is around 7.00 am. I was standing in the queue at the ticket counter at gurgaon bus stand from 6.00am. The ticket distributor started the counter and when my turn comes both the conductor of the bus as well as the ticket distributor denied me to give ticket for meerut. The conductor person said
"dehradun wali me jake baith jao meerut walo ko ticket ni milegi".I compalin that the dehradun route bus will leave at 7:30 and i will get late for my office in that bus.He said "haridwar wali bus bhi 7:30 hi nikelgi dehradun wali me jake baitho.Today the bus was completely empty ((i can show you the clippings of bus )many seats were vacant still the conductor denied me the ticket at the ticket counter after waiting for
an hour in the queue.Everytime he do so with the passengers.
The bus leave bustand on time i.E 7:00 am, when i asked bhaiya 7:30 ja ri thi bus to, he misbehaved and said " 7:30 bajao isbt se nikalu

gurgaon to haridwar bus is the only bus thats suits my timings otherwise it become very difficult for me to reach branch on time.

I request the department to take strict actions against the above mentioned conductor and ticket distributor at the counter

This is to bring into your kind notice that from karnal depot, buses for Chandigarh and Katra are not moving on time, rather they are getting late but 30 min to 50 min. Daily...Due to this our office timings clash and we need to suffer daily...so I request you to take immediate action to resolve the timing problem..

We are in our own car on Zirakpur road there is little bit space our right side and our car is standing due to too much jam on road but suddenly HR-57, A 5349 drive try to adjust his bus in small space and get sctractes in our car. Not even to stop bus he started his bus. When we came out to talk driver he starting misbehaving n not agree for his fault.
I request you to please register complain against this bus. Today June 19, 2022 at 4:19p.m
