This is to bring into your kind notice that from karnal depot, buses for Chandigarh and Katra are not moving on time, rather they are getting late but 30 min to 50 min. Daily...Due to this our office timings clash and we need to suffer daily...so I request you to take immediate action to resolve the timing problem..

We are in our own car on Zirakpur road there is little bit space our right side and our car is standing due to too much jam on road but suddenly HR-57, A 5349 drive try to adjust his bus in small space and get sctractes in our car. Not even to stop bus he started his bus. When we came out to talk driver he starting misbehaving n not agree for his fault.
I request you to please register complain against this bus. Today June 19, 2022 at 4:19p.m

I tried booking a Volvo ticket for Chandigarh to Delhi from official website but money got deducted and there is no booking or PNR or Eticket I have received. Pls process my refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot for reference.

Please start a ac bus from hisar to Chandigarh and vice versa at frequent hours. It is really saddened that there is no direct bus for the same. Kindly acknowledge the request

I Amit kumar and I was travelling from Ballabhgarh to mathura on date 02/05/2022 by private bus his number is HR38AB6410. The conductor of this bus charges from Ballabgarh to Mathura ticket from 130 to 150 rs, the passenger who does not take the ticket as told by the conductor, he threatens to intimidate him and remove him from the moving bus.
This whole incident has happened to me and I do not know how many passengers do this to me as well. When I objected to not taking 150 tickets till Mathura, the conductor walked the street with me and I told him, now just let's go. It is over, you cut my ticket till Palwal, I will get down there, then he threatened to drop me off the bus on the way.
This bus regularly goes from Ballabhgarh to Agra and the passenger in this bus is not even safe, I am claiming about the safety of the passengers because I have some video clip in which the passengers are filled more than the full seat and the whole Over speed bus is run on the way.
please look into this matter and take appropriate action

On portal it is showing that RC request has been completed but i have not reveived RC at my home and also i have not received any tracking number as well...

I boarded a bus from ludhiana to new delhi on 17 April 2022 at around 5:40 pm. The bua number is HR37D2035.
Bus stopped at BABA DA DHABA, RAJPURA for dinner/tea break at around 7:05 pm. I went on to purchase soft drink ( LIMCA) from the Dhaba. The MRP on the bottle was Rs. 40 however he charged me Rs. 50 for the same. I asked the owner about extra 10 Rs charged by me to which the owner replied that " hum toh itne ki hi dete h, leni h toh le barna na le " . Thereafter, i asked whether you can provide bill for the same to which he replied " nhi deta". Thereafter, i asked whether this dhaba is authorised by HRTC for dinner breaks or not, to which he replied that " hume nhi pata authorised h ya nahi, tujhe jo krna h, jiski complaint krni h kr le ". I have taken picture of the dhaba as well as the number plate of the bus. This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable. Please initiate strict action against the dhaba owner or bus staff whosoever is responsible for these kinds of acts.

Sir /ma'am i want to draw your kind attention of the irregular buses services with this district. The passanger facing hardship since the buses are naver panctually. The actual passangers have sometimes to have wait for many hours to catch a transport for there collages and schools

Dear sir, i am student of chandigarh collage . There are no table or buses in panchuka bus stand . Students faces problems and miss there classes due to buses . When we reach in office they said there is no time of buses . So please resolve this problem and increase the number of buses from pkl Bus stand to Chandigarh

R/Sir, I applied for heavy driving training form online vide application no.00420416 on dated 29.06.2021 for Haryana roadways Jind depot and I selected for driving training in March month and I deposited my fee of Rs 3000 for training vide Grn no.[protected] on last date 28.03.2022 but on next day when I went to the training office the officials presented there refused to accept my file and said why I deposited my fee online mode. My batch I'd is 1354. I also emailed to the concerned department but no one even attend my complaint.you are requested either my file kindly be deposited or refund my whole fee in original payment method as soon as possible. I booked a ticket from Chandigarh to igi airport on 28/03 for 04/04. My money got deducted from my account but I did not receive any confirmation on email and sms
It has been more than 24 hours and there is no number for complaints and customer service.

आज HR 57 8935 बस जो की डबवाली से हनुमानगढ़ जाती है, सुबह 8.50 पर संगरिया से चलते समय सवारिया चढ़ने से पहले ही चला ली, , जिसमे मै बस के नीचे आने से बाल बाल बच गया, , चिल्लाकर बस रुकवाई ओर ड्राइवर से शिकायत करने पर ड्राइवर ओर कंडक्टर ने बुरा बर्ताव किया, , कहा की इस बस मे चढ़ने की जरूरत नही, ओर यह तो ऐसे ही चलेगी, कुछ प्राइवेट ट्रांसपोर्ट के चालक परिचालक उनके पास मे बैठकर फ्री मे जाते है जो उनके साथ साथ सवारियों से बदतमीज़ी करते है, । इस पर शख्त कार्यवाही की जाये, ताकि भविष्य मे ऐसी घटना ओर गलत व्यवहार किसी से ना हो, ,

I have travelled from Rewari to Chandpura (Distt Mohindergarh). Conductor give me ticket Rs 35 I have give him Rs 50.But rest amount is not refund by bus conductor.I object for that.He is misbehave and not return the amount. RJ20GC3237 this is a number of the truck which is fully overloaded with sand stone currently present in firojpur zirka (HR ).
Kindly take appropriate action against this .

I had cancelled my bus booking from IGI airport to Chandigarh dated 25th feb 12:30. Details attached in screenshot. I am yet to receive my refund amount after 11 days.
