Customer bought vehicle from Chandigarh on 20th March (Friday) 2020 and took it for Registration with a TR (temporary registration from chandigarh) to Rohtak (Haryana (Delhi-NCR)), but Janta curfew announced on March 22 2020 (Sunday), restricting movement and then Lockdown announced on March 24 (Tuesday) 2020 and everything came to a halt, the only process left was to pay the road tax which did not take place due to the announcement and restriction of movement.
Customer has online Temporary Registration done and paid one month road tax, which is available on parivahan website.

RTO Rohtak is not allowing registration of my bike.

I had booked a ticket from gurgaon to chandigarh on dec 9, 2021 for bus journey on 12 dec 2021 . First of all I didnt get any sms or email for the ticket booking although amount was deducted from my credit card. I cancelled the ticket on 10th dec. I didnt get any email on cancellation. I cancelled the ticket by going to this link https://ors.hartrans.gov.in/Cancel. My credit card statement was generated on 23rd dec 2021 and on checking the statement I saw no refund was credited for the cancelled ticket. There is no way to check the history of booked tickets on the website of https://ors.hartrans.gov.in. I would like the amount refunded to be credited in my credit card. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com which was used to do the booking.

I am living in Murthal, it is in Sonipat, Haryana and working in Kundli, it is also in sonipat, Haryana.

Drivers and conductors of the haryana roadways are always rude the whole India knows it. Whosoever visited to Haryana and used Haryana roadways can express it.

issue is the bus driver and conductors never stop on the bus stop. they stop behind the stop to drop the passengers and gone with closed windows at bus stands. I can make many videos on this.

It is easy to go towards Delhi in the morning before 8am but after that they barely stop at bus stand in Murthal and Bahalgarh.

The main issue is, for what I am writing here.

Why the buses do not stops at Bahalgarh in the evening after 5pm? I can make ton of videos on this. They drop passengers behind bus stand and go away without stopping at Bahalgarh bus stand. I am in Sonipat since 2016 and know everything.

I don't know what is the rule of Haryana Roadways but why they are running their buses if they can't stop at bus stands?

Renewed licence not yet received, though an iintimation received that action is completed on 6th.

I Anshu Daughter of Krishan Kumar student of BSC (Medical) 1st year Roll No.[protected] of Maharaja Agarsen College Jhajjar Haryana. On 12/11/2021 I get bus pass issued for travelling in bus. From last 4-5 days conductor of Bus number HR 63 E 0636 Running between Jhajjar to Dadri Declined to accept the pass by saying pass invalid or fake pass everyday And misbehaving with me and insulting me in front of the other passengers. I request you to please take the matter seriously and do necessary actions against the individual, So I can feel free while travelling and not to face such behaviour in future.

I am Avinash . I am registering this complaint on behalf of my father.

He lost his black briefcase while travelling from bus route (VRINDAVAN to GURGAON BUS STAND) around 3pm to 5 pm on 20th november, 2021 . He was told by the conductor to deboard at KMC PALWAL and board to another bus which was going to BALLABHGARH as this bus was not going to GURGAON.

As per the instruction given by the conductor my father deboarded at KMC PALWAL and while deboarding he forgot to take his black briefcase which was in the bus.

He doesn't remember the bus number but he has ticket with him which I will attach here. The black briefcase has following items : 1 shirt, 1 underwear, 1 vest, 1 lungi, 1 black muffler, 1 small towel, 1 mat, 1 mala, 1 swapi, 1 full arm vest and Rs. 2000 cash.

This is about bus number HR55AC3351, I boarded the bus from Kashmiri gate Delhi. Purchased the ticket from the bus counter due to change not available with the person distributing the ticket I asked him to return the pending amount after sometime. The amount was not big (15 rs) but the person threatened me that He will not return the amount and abused me and said do whatever you can do Therefore I am mentioning the bus number I request you to please take appropriate action against the person also please be informed that I am not requesting a refund of 15 rupees just reporting an inappropriate behaviour of one of haryana roadways employees.

I have honda activa with RTO registration no HR 17A 6637 registered in Siwani RTO office now I am facing problem to get pollution certificate because of certain incorrect data entries by RTO office, fuel type entered in the system is not applicable, I have given request to RTO Siwani to correct the data in the system but still unable to find any solutions please interfere in this regard and resolve my problem at earliest

I was going from sindhi camp bus stand to Dhaula khuan on 24 September 2021 by Haryana roadways at 10:45pm. But bus left me at near bawal.
I don't no About bus no. because ticket also in bag side pocket.
It have my important documents admit card of DSSSB board and other admit card it also have mobile charger my notes copy of spectroscopy and reasoning, usb pendrive mobile power bank my goggles.
It has my important documents so please search about it and inform me as soon as possible.

We sent mails and Registered letter for refund our money for RC Renewal to Panipat HR06.Panipat authority do not response any mail and registered letter.Vahan help desk reply our mail and say to concern with RTO authority.We are senior citizen, not go to office again and again, Refund our money in account or cheque.sent registered office by india post

I want to terminate my HP for the vehicle HR51AU3619 for which I have completed my file and went to submit the same at RTO Faridabad. But the concerned official (verification) did not submit my file, he asked me to bring an intimation from the bank which must be done by the authority instead of me as this is an official document. In other words they are frustrating us. I also went to the SDM office did not get any solution. Now you are requested to do the needful. I shall be highly obliged to you.

Miss behave and wrongly driving by haryana roadways driver at gurugram bus stand. Driver ready to fight when we I asked him for this wrong driver. An accident happen .

My actual car is Honda City (White) purchased in 2012 has registration number HR26BS8117 but for past almost 1/1.5 years I am getting challans for a Hyundai car (Grey) with same number. I have attached photos of the car shared in challan & my car's photo as well. Please trace the other car ASAP and take necessary action to get it's registration no. corrected

Dear sir I went to Pataudi RTO, for driving test, for license.I was having my Innova Car with me.I have to wait 5 hours for driving test.When I gave driving test with my Innova the shape of the 8 was very small.It was impossible to clear that test with Innova.I was directly rejected by employees of RTO who were taking test.Their behaviour was very bad with me and they used a very harsh language.They showed their ego like they are the SDM of RTO.With Innova, Swift, Baleno, i20, etc this test can not be cleared because shape 8 measurements is for 2 wheelers.Pls make measurements as per 4 wheelers otherwise we have to pay rs.300 for every rejection.And hire educated employees who knows the manners
