Haryana Transport Department — do not stop bus at stoppage

I want to say that. Today at sector 14 karnal there is no bus driver stop any bus to pick up students and students are waiting but there is no-one stop bus and finally students are run behind the bus one student are fell down from the bus and students just hit the stone in anger on bus. I know this wrong way to express views. But those are students and what can they do. Government should think about this matter
I requested you to take action against in this matter as fast as possible
