my self vishwanath chatterjee using card no[protected] . we 100 families r very much frustrated with the service provider of our area. even we forced to lodge a complain to the CONSUMER FORUM ... DOCKET NO[protected]. After contacting several times to the operator they r not at all solving our problem. they are charging us money but not giving the channels we supposed to receive. many of the channel showing lock code 4. where these channels were available to us previously and still available to some of our neighbors who is using hathway. while contacting over last six seven months the representative of the operator named MR SUNNY is very much ill mannered, abusive even to the women he was threatening us about our complain even we were supposed to get a mental molestation. we want a solution for the same otherwise pls give us right to recharge our cards directly from hathway such as the other connections like TATA SKY is giving. we do not want to get harassed each and every day by such illiterates ill mannered fellows.pls cancel the licence of such inactive service providers or give your consumers their own right. pls the issue asap or we the 100 families of ASHMITA JYOTI SOCIETY OF MARVE ROAD MALAD WEST will continue this escalation to higher lavel of consumer forum as we are very much frustrated over years. vishwanath chatterjee [protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam, My old cable connection & cable oprator payment issue that was my hathway cable disconnect. We will change my rent room i want old setup box used to Hathway cable. this oprator told me give me a noc letter. we will told him i will pay my old blance payment why are puchase new setup box.       Hi, I am Parth Khot earlier I was Hathway Customer I was using Hathway Internet Services my ID was "925186". I have stopped this services from December 2014 and I have submitted Modem to Hathway office, for this I have recieved acknowledgment slip dated[protected], but not recieved my deposit amount.Its almost more than two months I am chasing regarding this.but I have not recieved any revert from Hathway Services. Poor Services from Hathway Net, not at all satisfied with the quality of service.I need this resolve immediately otherwise I will left no choice other than putting it to Online Consumer Forum Herewith attaching Scanned copy of Acknowledgment Slip

        I have tried to send the below email to hathway email ID's but none gets delilvered. The Customer care technicians keep playing the blame game. No one has any idea what to do. "Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to inform you that I have received an email charging me an amount of Rs. 1234 for the month of May, 2015 for using your internet services.(Superblast plan) However, I wish to inform you that I am being wrongly charged. On April 28, 2015, I had sent an email (as contained in the text of forwarded message quoted below this mail) to [protected]@hathway.net [protected]@hathway.net for putting my Hathway account on hold, as was told to me to be done by the employee at the nearest Hathway Office on Prabhat road, Pune. He even said that since the formalities to put account on hold are complete now, the account has been put on hold. However, now on calling customer care I am being informed that my account has not been put on hold yet as the email I sent on April 28th might have bounced. Also, I wish to inform you that the internet modem has been kept switched off since April 28th. So I have not used your services at all beyond that date. Therefore, it is my earnest request to you to put my account on hold and not charge me for May, 2015 or for the period beyond May till I choose to reactivate my account. I have tried numerous times to send emails to billingpune ID and romdesk ID but none gets delivered. Customer care executives themselves do not know what they can do about it.           I paid in advance for quarterly plan on 17th feb 2015 and as per plan till 17th april i should not get charged, but these hathway guys changed my plan on 27th march and since then i am getting mails from billing desk for payment when i called several times to solve the issue aand wrote 6 times to billing desk starting 13th april till today issue was not resolved instead my account was barred from service.             Hi, From past 12 days my network connection is not working. When ever i launch a complain it is simultaneously closed by Hathway technical team without even resolving the issue. It is really surprising to see that how they are functioning. I am mentioning few complaint numbers for your reference which were closed without resolving the issue.[protected], 12661606, 12692199, 12730238,[protected] when i raised the issue with the Nodal Office they opened a new complaint "12748586" on 10th May 2015 and it was again closed today without resolving the issue. For your kind information this is a Prepaid connection where we pay in advance to the company and that's how we get the services after paying for it in advance.               I have subscribed for 3 months 50mbps plan, 2 months it was nice and problems started, from 2 days back internet speed is around 120kbs not able to open even google i tried to resolve the issue with hathway customer care technical department ... they tried troubleshooting over phone, no use and they promised that they will send technician to my place by 11 AM, no callback from them, no technician came i call back again one person said technician will reach to my place in 4 hrs again i called to customer care fun part is they are saying technician will reach in 24 HRS ... what the hell is this ... ? they dont have provision to speak to superior officers in customer care, they dont have complaint division ... how customer will raise they issues to management while taking connection they promised me good service and great speed by comparing other service providers ... now i am getting 120kbs speed but my connection is 50MBPS ... super, and service is damm worst ... i missed my presentation call with client and today also i am gonna miss bcoz of this connection my account number : 1291897

                My account id is : 114693. I took hathway almost a year back since then every month I have made one or the other complaint. They have very bad customer service among PRIVATE ISPs. Last month there were frequent disconnections and I complained like 5 times and they have not given permanent soultion yet. Moreover they have raised the rental by 100rs without even notifying. They have not even sent a monthly bill this time through email or mail. May be they were hoping to charge rs 50 extra for late payment. Hathway is here to loot from people, the worst customer service I have come across next to BSNL.

                    The Worst Service. I paid 2500 rs for HD stream 1 service on march 25th 2015. Somebody came and installed router and all then he went. It got activated I was happy. After around twenty days they disconnected the service. I called customer care, they said the amount has not reflected and my check has been bounced(WT$). I shouted like anything and followed like a dog to customer care. after 5 days I got it activated. Again deactivation. After around 15 days of reactivation again it got deactivated(May 2nd 2015), reason is same as above. Again shouting and following but still no use.

                      Hi, I am consumer of Hathway internet and have been using it for past 1.5 years. From past 10 days I am facing internet issue at my residence. I have given more than 3+ complaints and the complaint numbers are : 12704957, 12727440. For other they have not even provided the complaint number. Whenever, I call up them, they say, its is technical issue and looks like your modem is offline and there is no connection from server to your modem. This will require ground work analysis and needs 48hours to resolve. They do resolve it in 48hours and the resolution stays just for a day. Post that its is the same old story. I am fed up giving complaints. We cannot escalate the issue to Higher authorities. The nodal officers are available from 10am to 4pm and 95% of the time they dont pick up the call. The internet issue resulted me huge loss as of now with respect to my time, office commitments, shares and money. I would like to file a consumer complaint against the HATHWAY on this regard.

                            The General Public is encouraged to claim damages and take to task service-providers that provide disservice while pocketing full service fees in advance. Hathway is one such disservice provider. I am suing them for Rs 7, 00, 000/- lakhs. The Public is advised to follow this whenever there is disservice.                               I think you guys should get out of digital tv cable segment of business. The worst ever service, if compared with the internet segment of same service provider.

                              I want my deposited money back and disconnection, so i can use other alternate service provider who is far far better than you.

                              You guys seems to bunch of cheaters who never concentrate on quality of service. I wonder in the ear of transparency and 100% on line service you guys have a stupid concept of dealers, who are ruining your image from every possible angel.

                              I am customer with hathway digital tv (Hell service) and hathway internet (One of best service).

                                Hi, We have request for Internet connection on 1st may 2015 and taken 3 month hd stream1 plan. Hathway people said that we will get the Internet by 4pm on 2nd may 2015 But nothing happened even after EOD of 3rd may 2015. We suffered a lot in following up with the hathway people, all time they are saying lies to us. We have taken it because o[censored]rgent work and due to false statement of hathway people, we are blocked and no way to even approach other service provider. Our work hampered and weekend wasted in waiting and following up with them. Please return the amount paid which is 3030 and thank you for making our weekend worst.

                                  My modem is in offline mode since 3 days and the customer care never picks up my call. I waited on line for 10 minutes and no response. Yesterday the floor manager shekar and agent Murali said that the applications are not workingworking to troubleshoot on issueissue. However they promised me that my modem will be online by 11 am today. I am still sitting here with no internet. Horrible service provided ever. I am not going to pay my bill this month.

                                    We have purchased the WIFI Router yesterday ie on 3rd May 2015 and paid Rs 3030/- to your company representative at Bangalore and we were told that the wiring will be done today and the router will be delivered on 4th May 2015. But till now your guys have not installed the router and your representative bearing mobile number [protected] is not lifting the phone.. If you cannot keep up your promise why do your representatives lie to us. My mobile number is [protected] and my mails id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      Hathway is providing worst service ever seen, 95% of the time internet not working. We just spend on calling customer care. No complaint get resolved. They just autoclose the service without resolving it. And event if we a one late for making their payments they just terminate the service without prior information. Their engineers have long list of reasons why they can not resolve the issue. I wonder if they really have any technical knowledge or not. Though I have paid them 3 months advanced I had to take another service due to no service at all from Hathway. And now when I applied for refund no one even bother to reply. Call center people just try to fool you around. They will tell you to mail Billingdesk and we get not even a single reply after mailing them 100 times. This is how they work. Never take service from Hathway.
