I have applied for hathway broadband connection via Mr. Brijbhushan Singh (email: brijbhushan.[protected]@hcspl.net / mobile: [protected]). I have shared relevant documents after which I received a link and was asked to pay the BB plan charges. I immediately paid the amount as well (on: 8th May 2021). However, 2 days after paying the amount, Mr. Brijbhushan Singh informed me that installation cannot be done at my premise as the area is not feasible.
First thing, the feasibility should have been checked before asking the customer to pay the money.Second thing, there is no update on refund of the amount I already paid for the connection. Ispite of multiple follow ups, I still don't have any information about the refund.
I have mailed multiple times to the [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net including the nodal officer. However there is still no satisfying response yet. Its been 12 day now i am still struggling to ret the refund. Please help
