I installed Hathway network at my temporary residence as soon as lockdown started. Once the norms are relaxed I came to my hometown where I already have BSNL.

By end of September my Hathway broadband pack expired. I will be returning to my temporary residence by end of December only.

For more than 2 weeks I'm getting atleast 5 calls from Hathway asking me to renew. I explained I will be renewing it by December but still getting atleast 5 calls from various numbers. Thanks to Truecaller.

I received a mail from pre-legal team now saying I have signed a form which has some declaration and they can explore legal options. From my conscience I have not signed any form while availing connection. When I asked for the photocopy of the form I signed, no response from their end.

Also when I explained clearly when I can renew, why is this annoying approach.

      Hj i have ordered for GTPL connection on 3rd September 2020 3800 plan for 6 months still i have not received brodband connection or my refund almost 1 month and 20 days completed when ever i tried to raise a complaint in customer service they said visit to store we can't help you and ehen i go to the store manager and sales excutive chintan and Jay ssid we don't have any update.please check this compnay making fool innocent and needy people and steeling money.i want my total amount back and compensate for the time wasted by them.

        Hathway technicians are illegally barging in my house using ladders and placing Hub on my roof and surrounding Hathway cable on entire roof, recently they gave a connection to my neighbour whose cable was deployed through my house by illegally barging in my house without asking us nor taking our permission to place the hub on my roof, apart from that the cable that they deployed through my house is hanging in my yard which fallen from 1st floor due to heavy rains. Complaints are put since past 2 months tickets are being issued and closed silently, multiple calls since past two months no proper response to solve the issue, still now the cable is banging in my yard. However they are calling to renewal the account else this issue will not get resolved. This is Harrasment now

          I have been using Hathway since couple of years only because I dont have any other option in my society. Biggest problem with Hathway is their customer service which is really pathetic and never available for their customers. My wifi router has stopped working due to some issues and I am not able to contact them because as usual their servers are down when we call customer care. During these work from home situations if I am unable to use hathway wifi then its use less. I am stuck as I paid for 6 months in advance.

            I have stopped using Hathway broadband internet since last 1 year. I had deactivated their internet and gave their modem back also to complete the deactivation of my account, yet i am still to this day have been receiving calls from them to renew plans. I told them i dont use their intenet and requested to remove my name from their database but i guess they have done nothing on that part.i want them to stop calling me and trouble me.

                Hello, here Hannan Shaikh, I have GTPL broadband and I am currently doing work from home, I am facing internet issue since last two I contacted customer care so many times and without resolving they keep close my registered complaint they are saying they sent engineer but no man came here till date. Please help me and also there is no other broadband provider in my area

                  Hello,
                  I closed my Hathaway connection due to my layoff. i am from Nagpur and I have taken the connection in noida so now I left noida. Now the issue is they are saying give back the router so I could not give return back because I left Noida so I am saying to them take a penalty from me. so they are saying 2500 rs. for the router. and its huge amount as I said due to locked down, i lost my job. so i don't have much money or if you can give me a model number of their router so I can purchase it for you, but they said no company don't use any other router so I said ok no issue so just give me a discount I can't pay 2500. and I as from my knowledge router cost is too huge normally the routers price are 1000 to 1500 Rs.

                    I have requested for termination of my Hathway broadband connection 2 months ago. there haven't been any calls or response from the hathway team. my account number is [protected], so far I haven't got any response. now I am getting a mail from the pre-legal team about returning my router or taking legal action, even though they never contacted me back for returning my router device. please resolve this issue, I do like to get rid of my Hathway connection as quickly as possible

                        Hello I have made request to transfer my GTPL broad band connect to my new home at i have 97 days left in my existing plan at the moment of transfer request, after 5 day not get any call from GTPL company for my transfer request, i visited GTPL dhanmora katargam surat brand, at that time they give me answer they will visit on Monday, after i visit their they as me to pay 1200 for fiber optic cable, but when i brought at they time told it is fiber optic cable connect, at installation they fit kt5 cable. and still date not received any call from GTPL, and they denied to refund please give me suggestion, how to take action again GTPL

                          Again facing the same problem. I have called customer service and they told me they were working on my area for a permanent solution but I can't see any solution done. Since last week I am facing the same problem again.

                          Also when I call to the service center and told them to transfer the call to their senior executive but every time they are not transferring the call and especially the last time I talked with ms. Shaikh Nabira and she talked with me rudely.

                          So please uninstall your broadband setup from my premises, I don't want this kind of setup. I already waste my money and time on this connection as well as calls.

                            My Hathway broadband account number is : [protected].
                            Because i am out of town for a couple of months so i have not renewed my broadband connection.
                            Its been two weeks now, and i am daily getting calls from different numbers to renew my plan.
                            I have explained them multiple times that I would not be using the services for next two months but still its kind of a torture from their team that i should recharge.
                            I request you to kindly take a necessary action for the same.

                              Stop sending messages and calls

                              My Hathway broadband connection has been deactivated and my friend took a new connection of Hathway registered his own phone number and email Id. But still, I get promotional calls and messages from Hathway, and that's annoying. Please stop calls and messages. Account number is in the screenshot attached below...

                                    My Hathway broadband connection was disconnected last year, to be precise June 2019, yet I continue to receive calls from Hathway tele-callers suggesting some new plans and asking m to subscribe for the same. I have received few SMS as well with the festival offers. I've repeatedly told them to stop calling me but still I receive the calls. It is so annoying and I want Hathway to delete the number from their database.
