[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — unwanted sms from hathway

I am receiving messages from hathway daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my account in the year 2008 and suddenly I am receiving messages now on broadband. This is so annoying.
Its been 10 years since i used hathway account.
Kindly stop sending messages to my personal number.
Message says account number of hathway as: [protected].

I just dont need hathway messages to pop-up on my personal phone, there is no need for executive to get in touch with me, you can simply unsubscribe my number in your list. Also I am out of country and calls wont be receivable from my end. You can please stop sending messages, that all i need. Thank you.

I have been receiving hathway sms till date even after been discontinued for over 6years,
Its really annoying
This would be the only one reason why I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go for hathway..its sheer harassment.

I did not opt for continuing Hathway services in Dec 2021 due to poor signal strength. I surrendered the router also. But I keep receiving promotional calls and nuisance promotional messages. It is over six months I keep receiving nuisance messages and calls. It is surprising that the service provider instead of improving quality of service begging potential customers for re-connection !!
