    I have new connection since 10 days.. I have the problem of net till the first day.my net dose not working. I call customer care more than 5times but they never give positive response. I also call my broadband provider he also gave me Negative reply.they did not get solution of complaint.this company is fraud.please pepole never get gtpl. Now i think i have to go in consumer court.

      I gave a ch.Rs.5100/- of BOB wide your receipt No. 82068 Dtd 08/04/15 to your representative Mr. Minesh Joshi for broad band connection. But you did not give me broad band connection. After day and night reminder for connection, Mr. Joshi asked me that you are not able to provide me internet connection on dtd 22/04/15. So I ask to return me my cheque, but till date i did not get the same.

          Hello, my internet connection is not working form last 5 days, I have contacted customer care and he gave me request number that is 675087 and 680254 that day that executive told me your complain will be solve in next 24 hrs, after 24 hrs I have called again and then asked for that status, he told me that we are taking maximum 3 days to resolve your problem, then okay, I agreed to wait for 3 days still i did not get any solution. here is detail of my connection Name: Suresh Mistry username: sureshlg if you cant provide you service please disconnect my internet broadband service and refund my money back, as I am new customer and getting this problems, cant imagine next 7 month with GTPL.

            I have Broadband net facility since last 1 and half month, which is regularly interrupted. the staff do not respond properly. Even the Technician don't receives the call. the answer given by staff is helpless. Even i was disturbed such a extent that I argued for repayment. We have hostel with 500 students, are permitted to use GTPL Net facility in the same building. Where I am Superintendent. This complaints are most regular. This problems are since the inception of this facility, you can take the record. Daily, I have to phone and westing my time and money, but at the end No result. please Cooperate. Thanks Hope for teh best.

              Hi i have applied for new connection and fill up the form and made full payment to take new connection but since last 15 days have been past out no response no phone pickup no answer nothing ???????? They always say today u will get the connection but always the same as it is no reply no answer and no phone answer my contact no. is [protected]. Very very poor and rubbish service before giving connection there is so much difficulty after making full payment then what will happen after taking connection such a digusting service

                I had requested to GTPL for my transfer of net connection, the people in Sabarmati branch always say that we will call back in 15 min & technical person will come to do set tomorrow, this is happening since last 15 days & no action is being taken against it. They didn't respond to my problem. Very Very bad customer service.

It is so much slow that I can not open the mail account. I have to rely on phone internet. Informed company people but no attention.                         I used to connect my cell phone and laptop through my old router maek cisco. due to some technical problem the olde router was stoped. I purchased new router make dlink. To configure my new router in place of my olde one i called to GTPL customer care since 07/06/2015 on a daily basis. every time customer executive told me that your complaint is registered and engineer will visit within 24 working hours. But till date no one from GTPL has visited my home.                                 Myself Abhishek Ken, My User name : Mukesh105. Since i have setup for internet connectivity in the month of february, till today i have logged more than 50 complaint for bad service and there is no response regarding it. Internet works for 2 days and get disconnected automatically for 10-15 days till i call the technician to visit and check for the problem, It is been so ridiculous that without confirming to customer that the problem is been sorted or not, they themselves tick as a problem solved. I have been frustrated by this kind of behavior. so i request you to disconnect the service and refund money as soon as possible.

In addition my remot is not working properly from the day of joining.i have complained 5 to 6 times for both the issues. But operator of godhra not responding me very well.                                       I called to coustmoer care of gtpl from my register number Where mr. sohil saikh Saahibaag, ahmedabad, was the responding executive . . I was asked to confirm my id then number .. Which i did after that also executive require mac id of my router without which he was not ready listen to my complain so forget about registering I told him to ask me any other information which i can provide as mac id is not a data which u carry with... That person was highly Uncooperative That he did not transfer my call to hia supervisor nor he provided his employee id and his supervisor name... Was not even listening to my complain ... Very rude behaviour Experienceing this within the first wk of registering... Real pathetic customers care...
