This is to bring to your notice that my Broadband of GTPL has not been working since 9th May2015. Repeated complains have had no effect on the company . The complaint nos. given by the company for complains [protected], [protected] and [protected] had taken the complaint. After that they do not answer as they know who the caller is. Kindly advise.

    Hello, my internet connection is not working form last 5 days, I have contacted customer care and he rgave me request number that is 668136 that day that executive said me your complain will be solve in next 24 hrs, after 24 hrs I have called again and then asked for that status, he told me that we are taking maximum 3 days to resolve your problem, then okay, I am agree to wait for 3 days still i did not get any solution. here is detail of my connection Name: Alpesh Radadiya username: alpesh024 if you cant provide you service please disconnect my internet broadband service and refund my money back, as I am new customer and just in 10-15 days getting this problems, cant imagine next 7 month with GTPL.

      I used to connect my cell phone and laptop through my old router maek cisco. due to some technical problem the olde router was stoped. I purchased new router make dlink. To configure my new router in place of my olde one i called to GTPL customer care since 07/06/2015 on a daily basis. every time customer executive told me that your complaint is registered and engineer will visit within 24 working hours. But till date no one from GTPL has visited my home. Registed Complaint number was delivered to my registed mobile no [protected] as under: 1. 656289 on 07/06/2015 2. 667123 on 13/06/2015 3. 6701545 on 15/06/2015.           when we can portibilite our mobile number keeping the same number to any mobile company why cant we do the same with setopbox provided by the local cable opreator?they told us to by new one why we always pay when we have already purchesed one ?we want to change our service provider how can i do this.

And same problam accrued in 15 to 20 days, So solve problam and give me support because I have to face so many problam.

              Myself Abhishek Ken, My User name : Mukesh105. Since i have setup for internet connectivity in the month of february, till today i have logged more than 50 complaint for bad service and there is no response regarding it. Internet works for 2 days and get disconnected automatically for 10-15 days till i call the technician to visit and check for the problem, It is been so ridiculous that without confirming to customer that the problem is been sorted or not, they themselves tick as a problem solved. I have been frustrated by this kind of behavior. so i request you to disconnect the service and refund money as soon as possible.

                I purchesd Gtpl HD connection before a month ago.you do not provide me the number of channels which you promised about 20. In addition my remot is not working properly from the day of joining.i have complained 5 to 6 times for both the issues. But operator of godhra not responding me very well. So please tackel the issue as soon as possible otherwise I have no other option apart from going to consumer foram. I am from godhra. Contact no. [protected]

                    I called to coustmoer care of gtpl from my register number Where mr. sohil saikh Saahibaag, ahmedabad, was the responding executive . . I was asked to confirm my id then number .. Which i did after that also executive require mac id of my router without which he was not ready listen to my complain so forget about registering I told him to ask me any other information which i can provide as mac id is not a data which u carry with... That person was highly Uncooperative That he did not transfer my call to hia supervisor nor he provided his employee id and his supervisor name... Was not even listening to my complain ... Very rude behaviour Experienceing this within the first wk of registering... Real pathetic customers care...

                        respected sir, I RAMKISHOR NAGORI has stopped using GTPL Broadband connection since one month as their is serious connectivity problem. even the net is not working regularly. we have discuss this with the manger at service center. and the concerened person promised us for the refund of money.but even after one month no Email is sended from his side .I also enquire in customer care . customer ID ramkishor_77, password [protected], reciept no.92910 date 23/03/15 .from their I came to know I have use only 6 GB.                               I apply for new connection . GTPL sale person give me 6 days for installation today already 15 days gone no one came at my home and when i call sales person he give me sales team leader number . Sales team leader have no manner to talk with customer he give me answer if you don't wont connection then we will give your cheque back . They don't want to sale connection .

Since last 10 days local team is not acting upon and make falls commitment. Since i paid the annual charges for service, i am taken for granted.
