respected sir, I RAMKISHOR NAGORI has stopped using GTPL Broadband connection since one month as their is serious connectivity problem. even the net is not working regularly. we have discuss this with the manger at service center. and the concerened person promised us for the refund of money.but even after one month no Email is sended from his side .I also enquire in customer care . customer ID ramkishor_77, password [protected], reciept no.92910 date 23/03/15 .from their I came to know I have use only 6 GB.       Static IP. Internet not working

      I tried all above number and they do not exist. We I tries to connect with internet its shows me Static IP in connection type instead of PPPoP and went fail to connect. I tried to contact but no one is answering. It should be banned....

GTPL sale person give me 6 days for installation today already 15 days gone no one came at my home and when i call sales person he give me sales team leader number . Sales team leader have no manner to talk with customer he give me answer if you don't wont connection then we will give your cheque back . They don't want to sale connection .

Since last 10 days local team is not acting upon and make falls commitment. Since i paid the annual charges for service, i am taken for granted.                         Such a disgusting service I have ever got. Paid 220 advance before 14 days and also paid 250 rupees hidden charges for transfer fee (do not know why this charges?) and still didn't get connection. I am already using GTPL tv cable and just changed my house from another society to this Subhanpura area... GTPL should take action against this operator. I have met few GTPL tv cable customer from this operator and came to know that they all are get this type of worst service. Few have already move to dis connection from this tv cable just due to bad service.

                          KHII_JND This is my ID.I had been connected with GTPL since it started in Junagadh. There had been always complaint regarding your technicians who are here to solve the technical matter. They are not responding nicely nor they are cooperative. They are not picking phone before 10am and after 7pm. Call center are busy always half hour. we as a businessman are not free to do all this stuff. If you can provide uninterrupted service or your technician staff gives us mannered answers, then we are happy to have ur connections. Kindly tell ur staff to cooperate with us or else give back our advance money back with penalty and we will find another service provider. Our business is Sharebazar Terminal, , , if one or two trades are not settled because of poor connectivity than 1lac -2lac loss will be occur to our clients.

                                HI there, Myself Jayakrishnan Gounder having broadband internet connection with GTPL. It has been 6 days still they are not able to provide me the connection (getting 651 modem error). I paid entire money for 6 months in advance.I called their customer care many times, but of no use. They used to make fake promises that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but it took almost more than 130 hours but problem still not solved My current complaint id is 623049. White other complaint ids for same complaints are 621289, 617929, 6164017. Please solve my problem

But now as the service is not well and i am totally unsatisfied with GTPL just wanted to tell you disconnect the Internet and refund my remaining money. Its been more than 6 months and no revert from you people.If you don't want to serve your customer then do inform so i can find another way to solve this out.                                       Dear Mr. Annirudhsinh Jadeja, This is in connection with GTPL Broadband which I have subscribed since January 2015. After this subscription to till date more than 30 times our connection has been disturbed. Every time we contact customer care to solve our complaint they tell us to wait for 24 hrs to get it resolved because there is LINE PROBLEM IN OUR AREA (i.e Maninagar Area, Ahmedabad). This is the repetitive sentence we hear it from your customer care unit. The names of the customer care unit members are: Amina, Ramesh Gadia, Deepak Chauhan, Kuldeep, Bhavesh Panchal, Varsha and Mr. Ronak Nanavati. Recently last Sunday on 5th May 2015 our internet was not working for more than 8 hours when we needed it. Not only on Sunday but most of the time in a week our connection drops out 3-4 hours in a day which includes today also i, e 12th March 2015 (just before half an hour it was down). We have called them more than 30 times and sometimes more than 10 times in a day still they don't register our complaint and not giving us the complaint number for the same. They say that there is no problem from our side, its actually the LINE PROBLEM and during the LINE PROBLEM we cannot register the customer complaint and you just have to wait and watch till the LINE comes up. This is really shocking for me that my own neighbour who lives with me in the same apartment has subscribed to same GTPL plan of 1Mbps Unlimited and his connection is successfully working continuously (though we live in the same area or same LINE according to your voice). So I can't understand the meaning of the LINE Problem. I think that I have made a mistake by making the payment for one full year for our 1 Mbps Unlimited plan in advance before we got connected to GTPL Broadband. I believe that the amount of service that I have received till now has no compensation to the amount of money we have already paid to you. By this complaint we once again draw your kind attention to look into the matter seriously as soon as possible and take immediate measures regarding the same. Your Early and Immediate Action (with REPLY) in this matter will be highly appreciated. If not, you will lose many customers like us in near future.
