Sir, There is a request for wi-fi router configuration daily calling to customer care[protected]. I am calling daily from[protected] morning. You can check your call recording and call timings also. Also noted complain no - [protected]on 05.04.15), [protected]on 08.04.15), Stil no any person coming for same. My customer id is - ap_216. This is very irritating situation for me. The person from whom i taken connection Mr. Aadil also not co-operating properly. After form filling never updates given. Hope GTPL is wake up for customer...

WORST SERVICE EVER... I am using GTPL broadband net since 6 months and its my worst experience ever. i am not able to work even 1 min. Connection denied every time "CONNECTION LOST" error generated at all. Sir, AS I have taken the GTPL set of box for My TV before 1 year back But last two month, For monthley bill collection, I have to call the Concern area person & then he will come & collect as it is responsibility of him. And another problem is that the way is talking with customer is not right sometimes he told the matter lies as I have experienced that person told me that the Sony Sic channel is allow in the package of RS 220 when I access the Sony six channel it shows that Access denied so now what to do ? Pl. Explain & many times in day, the TV shows " No Signal" & when we call for reason so sometimes there is no answer from him.

I cant able to connect my net every night from12 to 8...i complain many times every time they said we can solve iit...then they can't able to do...what the hell are you doing all of you...i can't understand..even i cant understand. Why gtpl give very poor services to customers..

WE ARE HAVING GTPL CONNECTION FROM LAST 1 YEAR, THIS CHANNEL NO 592 BELONG S TO BRAHMAKUMARI (PEACE OF MIND)). IN ANKELSHWAR AROUND 70 FAMILY HAVING GTPL TO SEE THIS CHANNEL ONLY, BUT LAST 8 MONTHS THIS CHANNEL IS NOT VISIBLE IN ANKLESHWAR ONLY, THIS CHANNEL SEEN IN VADOADARA WE ARE USED TO SEE THIS CHANNEL, WE HAD ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE CABLE OPERATOR & GTPL CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING US SATISFACTORY ANSWER, I REQUEST YOU...

In our state some of the kids are fan of cartoons and anime. We are requesting you to start TOONAMI on your network please. And the other is the net connection is not satisfied us. And next is why you don't broadcasting sports channel. Do you guys have any problem ?? If don't so please restart sports channel. And again please start TOONAMI. Thankyou if you will agree.

I live near Navrachana International School at Vasna Bhayli Road. I have got cable TV and since past 15 days it is not working - I have repeatedly called the GTPL person of our area who is just not responding to my complaint. I have finally decided to discontinue and lodge a complaint in TRAI also. This person is taking customers for a real ride. Even at the time of installation he was not responding and took a month to come and install and with 15 days it has stopped working. Extremely disappointed with GTPL service

i m ashish kapadia from surat, i want a new connection of GTPL cable tv with set top box... & i have called to surat's office for atleast 10 times a day from 3 days... but no one is attending the call... i am totaly dissapointed by this kind of irresponsible behaviour from your side...

My user I'd is dipak405. For the last 4 days my connection is not working. I am complaining again and again but after 4 days the result is still a big zero. No one is responding your executive named amina says you do whatever u want to do. Such an indiscipline and uneducated staff you are hiring to solve customers complain.they even don't know how to speak with the customers. And above all she is not even ready to transfer my call to his senior so that I can talk to him. Such a ridiculous and worst experience I am facing . In future I m not going to use this connection any more and I would not suggest anyone to use gtpl the most worstworst connection in India

My account no. 1027493 I have already paid the amount for the month of March 2015. On 13/3/15. But last two days we are not able to watching the t.v. due to your carelessness. I had call your toll-free number and they are told me that not any Schema are active in your account. This is ridiculous.

DEAR SIR, I HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOR A BROADBAND CONNECTION IN SURAT CITY FROM M/S GTPL BROADBAND 2ND FLOOR, SAHAJANAND SHOPPING CENTRE, OPPOSITE SWAMINARAYAN MANDIR, SHAHIBAUG, AHMEDABAD-380004 DURING A IT FEB ORGANISED, IN SURAT ON IIND WEEK OF FEB-2015. AS THEIR MARKETING COMPAINGN, I PAID HUNDRED RUPEES AS TOKEN FOR A 100GB PLAN AMOUNTING OF RS. 2500/-, AND THEY GAVE ME A RECEIPT NO. 55336 IN THIS REGARDS. THEREAFTER AFTER 2 DAYS THEIR REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO MY HOUSE TO CLAIM REST OF PAYMENT, AS PER CONNECTION PLAN. I PAID RS. 2400/-TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE, NAMED JIGNESH BHAI (MOB. NO. [protected]) HE ENTERED THE WHOLE AMOUNT ON THE SAME SLIP AND PROMISE TO ME TO PROVIDE CONNECTION WITHIN A WEEK. AFTER LAPSE OF 35 DAYS STILL MY CONNECTION IS PENDING. I CONTACTED TO THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT ANY RECORD IN RESPECT OF MY CONNECTION AND MY PAYMENT ETC., AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE SAME REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GTPL, TO WHOM I PAID TOTAL RS. 2500/-. HOWEVER THE MOBILE PHONE OF THE SAME IS NOT WORKING/NOT CONNECTED. AS I CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES TO SHRI JIGNESH, AND ONCE HE AGAIN PROMISED TO PROVIDE CONNECTION AT THE EARLIEST AND THERE AFTER MOBILE IS CLOSED/SWITCH OFF. YOU ARE THEREFORE REQUEST TO CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AND TRY TO PROVIDE HELP FOR REFUND OR CONNECTION. I applied for new broadband connection on 9th March 2015 I got my connection on 13th March and on 15th March it got disconnected from that time till today there is service available even if I made complaint for this. My complaint no is 541237 I want my all payments back with my all losses due to this period of no internet service by company. My offshore clients are now frustrated as I am not able to complete my projects on time. Due to this I am facing loss of around 10k inr ruppes. I want all loss from GTPL. IF NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS I WILL SUE COMPANY TO COURT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF MY LOSSE

Today I call gtpl customer care ([protected]) .I mention all the detail and my problem about my unplugged connection which I have.then someone over there named sadhana abuse with me then I just hang up that call.its so embarrassing for me so please help me out as soon as possible.

We have a GTPL connection.code no:354148 Krupesh n shah. complaint phone is always not working or they not received call intentionally not received this has been permanently.no one is answer even they have taken two days to attend complaint.even they have ignore in complaints.this is too much. We request you to disconnect if you do not attend complain.from14/3/15, complain phone not working til today.

I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that you are not providing the service I am paying for according to plan. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If you cannot guarantee service, otherwise I will have to move to another provider.

I have recently shifted my location from vadodara to ahmedabad . I have GTPL Set up box . I have already closed my connection at vadodara. I went to ahmedabad GTPL Office and ask to connect my connection . Girish bhai who is Gtpl operater at our ahmedabad Dhanidhar / Paldi location said that Vadodara GTPL has to free the connection . Ahmedabad GTPL said we have already sent mail to vadodara. But there is no response from any where . I am fed up that why i have taken GTPl connection . I will boost this issue in media also soon.
