HELLO I HAVE 60 G.B PLAN OF BROADBAND CONNECTION. IT GOT OVER IN JUST 4 MONTHS AND THE VERY WORST PART IS THAT YOUR SOFTWARE SHOWS THAT WITHIN 2 DAYS 40 G.B IS CONSUMED. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE IF I DOWNLOAD BIG BIG MOVIES. CAN SOME ONE GIVE ME DETAILS OF SITE WHICH CONSUME SO MUCH G.B IN JUST 2 DAYS 4TH AND 5TH APRIL. I THINK IT IS BIG BIG FRAUD AND CHEATING IS DONE WITH THE CUSTOMER. MOREEVER, CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE WAS NOT READY TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT. SO PLEASE ADVICE ME ABOUT WHAT TO DO NEXT... MONIKA

    વાઘોડિયા રોડ વિસ્તાર માં નિયમિત પૈસા લઇ જાય છે TV માં કક્યારેક સિગ્નલ નોટ found કે you are not authorised to watch channel aave chhe, આવું રોજ વારંવાર થાય છે, ભૂકંપના આગલાદિવસથી લાઈનો બંધ હતી જે ૨૬ મીએ ચાલુ થઇ ૨૭/૫ સાંજે ૮ વાગ્યાથી લાઈન બંધ છે, કેબલ ઓપરેટર ફોન ઉપાડતા જ નથી.૭૬૯૮૮૫૬૬૭૧ ઉપર સતત ફોન કરવા છતાં ફોન ઉપાડતા નથી ૯૭૨૭૭૭૨૪૭૫ પણ કોઈ ઉપાડતું નથી, આ કયા પ્રકારની સેવા છે, ?? GTPL નું નામ બગાડે છે સેવા સુધારો અને આ લોકોને કહો ફોન ઉપાડે

            From past 2-3 days any single channel is not showing.Our bills are also paid. At the time collecting bill they talk in very bad manners, start adding extra charges, ignores customer.If we late for 2 days they stop connection. Now bills are paid then also they are not showing any thing.When we try to contact there switch off there phones.If we go to there office they close early before time.Every time this happen in our area. The TV cables are working on opposite side line of home but in our line it is not working. 22, kantareshwar society, near anath ashram, katargam.

                    Not much of disturbance but on the republic day we all see our national program in DD news and from 5 or6 month it is not there so it is my request to on that DD news channel which is very important for us and our locality.

                      Sir, There is a request for wi-fi router configuration daily calling to customer care[protected]. I am calling daily from[protected] morning. You can check your call recording and call timings also. Also noted complain no - [protected]on 05.04.15), [protected]on 08.04.15), Stil no any person coming for same. My customer id is - ap_216. This is very irritating situation for me. The person from whom i taken connection Mr. Aadil also not co-operating properly. After form filling never updates given.                       After connection speed is good for couple of days only. After that speed is reduced as 1/4 only. Instead of 2MBPS coming only 0.1MBPS...!!!

                        WORST SERVICE EVER... I am using GTPL broadband net since 6 months and its my worst experience ever. i am not able to work even 1 min. Connection denied every time "CONNECTION LOST" error generated at all.                           Sir, AS I have taken the GTPL set of box for My TV before 1 year back But last two month, For monthley bill collection, I have to call the Concern area person & then he will come & collect as it is responsibility of him. And another problem is that the way is talking with customer is not right sometimes he told the matter lies as I have experienced that person told me that the Sony Sic channel is allow in the package of RS 220 when I access the Sony six channel it shows that Access denied so now what to do ? Pl. Explain & many times in day, the TV shows " No Signal" & when we call for reason so sometimes there is no answer from him.

                              This is to inform you that. ..I have so many issues regarding your service operate...we have unable to watch TV since last 5 days due to Area operator not informed NOC letter regarding...so many times I have taken follow up but still not working n I have already paid transfer fee n regular monthly payment.

                                  I live near Navrachana International School at Vasna Bhayli Road. I have got cable TV and since past 15 days it is not working - I have repeatedly called the GTPL person of our area who is just not responding to my complaint. I have finally decided to discontinue and lodge a complaint in TRAI also. This person is taking customers for a real ride. Even at the time of installation he was not responding and took a month to come and install and with 15 days it has stopped working. Extremely disappointed with GTPL service

                                      My user I'd is dipak405. For the last 4 days my connection is not working. I am complaining again and again but after 4 days the result is still a big zero. No one is responding your executive named amina says you do whatever u want to do. Such an indiscipline and uneducated staff you are hiring to solve customers complain.they even don't know how to speak with the customers. And above all she is not even ready to transfer my call to his senior so that I can talk to him. Such a ridiculous and worst experience I am facing . In future I m not going to use this connection any more and I would not suggest anyone to use gtpl the most worstworst connection in India
