Respected Sir, I am suffering from interrupted service and when I try to book my complain no body is available at costumer care. Last 2 days i was chasing no one is solve issue and no body come to see ur complain .. Pls give your top management details .

Respected sir, herewith i inform u that my channels are not transfer in my replaced settop box.I submit this from ahmedabad.My channel opretor & your eexcutive not answerd me properly.If you are not solve this i have to say that i change the gtpl and i go to other an channel opretor or channel company.So it is an order to you transfer the channels within the 24 hours.My nuid no.[protected].My mobile no.[protected].Do the needfull in urgent basis. Complain regarding my connection., my connection is shut off last one week. Gtpl is not providing any kind of service I call every day till last 7 day. Mr. Jatin Jani of GTP called several time to me to taking GTPL broadband connection and assured me that he will connect to my TP Link router for Wi-Fi service and took Rs.2500/- on 27th Feb 2015, for six month service. He disconnected my router which was having Wi Fi through Reliance dongle and disturbed the setting and was not in a position to provide Wi-Fi. He took the router to GTPL office sabarmati and said it is working in their office but not at my home. Since 28th Feb 2015 I am calling him but he is not responding, I am sending him dily message but he dont bother to reply. Dear Sir, We had taken GTPL Cable TV Connection on 30.01.2015. Our vendor is Mr. Ketanbhai Patel (+91-[protected]). He had installed set top box containing NUID : [protected]. CASN: [protected]. I had given him My Driving Licence in name of Mr. Darshan Baldevbhai Panchal. Address:- B/129, Jaybhanu Society, Nr. Shayona City, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad - 380061.My Complaint is that I had given all documents, Rs. 2000/- to Mr. Ketanbhai Patel and still out set top box not started till today. Ketanbhai is not receiving our call now and he is avoiding us. We had called customer care where told us that this customer ID documents were not submitted. While I had given all documents, all fees to Mr. Ketanbhai Patel. Now he is authorised distributor onbehalf of you so now you need to take certain action again him and kindly start out set top box urgently.

I have recently taken cable connection from Mr. Ashok (A Cable operator in SURAT - ADAJAN- HONEY PARK ROAD), his mobile no.: [protected], Complaint is for following, 1. Have not received any Bills for Set top box which was recently supplied by GTPL. 2. Have taken connetcion for HD, where it was committed by him that with HD SETTOP POX I will get 1 year free subscription of HD cable. Initialy few days I was getting HD cable, but pass 20 days Im not getting HD cable. Have requested many time to Mr. Ashok, but all in vain. We was change distributor due to increased rate by our past distributor (Rs 300 -W/o Any additional new channel) but all GTPL program was stopped again due to some registration which is confirm by our present distributor so kindly help us in this matter. One of dissatisfied Service manager and CC working team. 6th jan. i have given chq. For internet broadband plan. Sales person IQBAL committed that your internet will be active within 7 days. today it has been 22 jan. but till not active. each day i called ahemdabad CC team but after waiting of 30 minute, able to talk with CC team till the time any one have to listen busy tone.. That much time, every time need to wait whenver i called. as GTLP big name in market but not having CC team who can respond quickly. Technical person visited my home for connection but not able to solve the issue & informed me that i will receive call from ahmd CC team then he went away from my home. i asked his number but he refused. then no one call me. So after getting frustrated from GTPL, i sent email for REFUND BUT HAVE NOT REVERT YET. DISAPPOINTED FROM GTPL BROADBAND . hi i got new connection of gtpl broadband and i activated plan of 600kbps-1mbps, but i hardly get 300-400 kbps speed ...kindly solve it...if it will not be solved i will discontinue my connection and choose alternative option...my user id is amitkumar103

Dear Sir, My Internet is not working since 15 Jan. I tried calling customer care and also tired to call at Vadodara office number. But all lines are showing busy.
