    Respected Sir, I am staying at Nagpur Sahakar nagar, Shesh nagar your GTPL service is very thirdclass in every 1-2 hour there is showing no signal and ur GTPL operator not serious about complaints.from yesterday 8 pm to till 9.30 am there is showing no signal, so pls lookafter this and provide the service better i[censored] cant give the service there is another options o[censored]CN .       I m the resident of Avani complex, Naranpura, Ahmedabad.Our Monthly Cable rent is Rs 300/-. Our area Cable distributor (PARAS) is not giving the Monthly Bill to us. From the last 1 year he did not provide any kind of receipt or Bill for charging. By asking for a Bill, he always says NO and says that the company is not providing Bill to us. Please look into the matter and take the strict decision against the Cable distributor (PARAS). I am eagerly waiting for the reply.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I am a subscriber of GTPL's Broadband service with User ID 'hapatel52'. I have been using this service with plan no VOLUME60GB4096-6M since March-2014. My plan is reactivated in August-2014. However, the Invoice for the same is not provided. I have requested the invoice from the Technical person of my area, but he admitted that they don't generally provide it. I also tried to communicate to the customer care but to my surprise the number remains busy for days together. This is not the first time; I also had to struggle a lot get the Invoice for the previous payment. This is very annoying and needs an immediate action. I request to look into the matter and also to improve the Invoicing policy. Thanks in advance, Hiren Patel

            I am Asif Kaliwala my user ID is asifkaliwala. I had taken Broad band connection at my earlier residence 53, Aarzoo Bunglows near Ashiyana duplex Tandalja sunpharma road Vadodara, I am using GTPL Broadband since last 8 Months and same was renewed month before and for renewal I have paid 3700 repees. Thereafter I shifted to 3/104 Pan Residency besides Yug complex Tandalja sunpharma road Vadodara, which within one kilometer distance from the earlier residence. I have requested customer care on 25th Oct'2014 to register request and arrange to provide services at new address and that request was not taken and even service not provided. After that I have contacted Mr. Pramod (Area sales manager) on 01.11.2014 and paid shifting charges 560/- along with copy of pan card and application for the shifting mentioning earlier and new address. Now today i received a call from Mr. Pramod (Area sales manager) that company is not agree to shift on the basis of pan card and written application and they required rent agreement for the new address. I have requested them to proceed for connection on the basis of submitted documents and later on will submit rent agreement in a week and for that also company denying for service. I have also requested them to close the service and pay REFUND amount of 5 month as internet service used for one month after renewal. I request you to please intervene in this case and either arranges to provide immediate service or close the service with REFUND of remaining months + 560 shifting charges paid on 01.11.2014.             Actually GTPL is not wrong for asking rent deed. You are supposed to provide it. BUT till you submit required documents and GTPL agrees to relocate services, GTPL is also not supposed to collect shifting charges Rs 560/-. Once company accepts shifting charges, it is the right of the customer to get services... D P Thakar

            ZEE TV is not available since 7 days

            Facing problem since 7days on the particular channel ZEE TV & ZINDAGI. Kindly resolve this issue as no one is supporting even from internal team as well.

              It was all good till month ago but from few days the speed of GTPL unlimited plan is not good, i can't even open google search engine, so what;s the point in taking GTPL whear as other service provider providing really good service with good schemes, please we don't want to shift the provider, do take care of service and customers, else this company will be finished .

                From one month, Internet is connected and after 10 to 15 minutes it get disconnected. And after that for long hours it is not working. We had paid for unlimited Internet 512 KBPS for 30 months. But if it is not working continuously then what is benefit going for unlimited plans? So please do something about it quickly . Your complaint attendance is expected at the earliest. We believe that your services are best in the industries. Thanks

                  Broadband connection is down

                  I have recently subscribed to GTPL broadband connection; and today is the 10th day of the connection; Internet is not available for last 5 days. pathetic service; no proper response from the customer care(they only know "speed and duplex" network setting as “10 mbps half duplex”).Give me an answer: do any Telecom company has put their network down in the name of holiday?? or similar companies/services stops on holidays(and that for 5days+)???...

The channels is off since last 4-5 days and same problem come within 1 or 2 weeks.During off channels, they are not replying professionally, they are keeping their phone switched off. The person is handling this area is Mr.Ravibhai ([protected]).it is from bapunagar area, ahmedabad. Rightnow, The channel are off, since last five days. ANY one from GTPL is not replying our calls, pls help, kind regards, bharatbhai bagade...

                      Dear Sirs/Madam My Name is Chandraknt T Sutaria, My Contract ID 224794, Customer # BB112961 My broadband installation took place on 06/10/2014 and at present I have only 13GB left, according to GTPL I have used 112GB within less than 12 days which totally incorrect. I was BSNL customer and I was using less than 4GB per month, I have checked my account and I can confirm that maximum GB was use from different IP address which is103.21.63.91 to 103.21.63.235, I have checked on whois IP address and according to information it is Jamnager IP and information as follow. Geolocation data from IP2Location (Product: DB4) IP AddressCountryRegionCityISP103.21.163.91IndiaGujaratJamnagarNarmada Cyberzone Pvt.                             GTPL Setup Box instolled on 16.10.2014, Model Number NL-5197D, SN-[protected], NUID:[protected], self Declaration conforming to IS-13252:2010, R[protected], Very Nice GTPL Chanel. Very nice Picture quality and sharp result. I like it. But the Remot control is not working up to the mark. Please do needfull for the same. Thank you.....

                            My id is hetal48 (GTPL) My internet is not working due to the fault in the main pin. One of technician person have visited before 4 - 5 months and he has told that just problem is in pin and i'll change the pin as soon as possible but still no one came to change that pin. ]In addition we have told that no one will be at home between 9 to 7 so please try to come before 9 or after 7 pm or any time on Saturday or Sunday and i also know that this pin will not take more than 5 minute of technician but still no one responding. My last complaint number is 406883.

                            Im waiting for you engineers from 4-5 days.
                            Dont know from where he is coming.

                              I paid total amount for Internet connection promised to be start from same day (i.e. 9th Oct 2014). Even after five days, there is no response from the service provider. The contact person in Gandhinagar Mr Depak ( [protected]) and Mr. Suresh ([protected]) are telling lies and excuses too many times.

                                Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased GTPL net connection some 15-20 days ago and since a week I am facing many connection problems everyday. I keep calling customer centre people almost 10 times day. Its been hectic now and I've incurred many loss in my business too. Till date I have not got any permanent solution and I don't know where to go. Please help me getting the refund or getting faultless services as promised. Thanks Sapna

                                  We have got a three months 1mbps speed plan of internet connection. This is the second day of the connection and the net connection still shows limited connection and we are not able to connect to internet since last 24 hours. We urgently want the problem to be fixed. We would be really glad if you can do it so that we can proceed with our works on the internet which are almost stuck due to your inefficiency in providing the service. Hoping for your quick response and immediate appropriate action.
