I am living in Prahalad Park Society, New R.T.O. Road, Vastral, Since Last 10 to 12 Days we are faced problem by your cable network. Daily we show a board on television that " Signal Not Found". We complaint our area GTPL agent but not responding. So Please You are Requested for Solve our Problem Immediately. Thanks

    I am Chirag Patel from Vallabh vidhyanagar... I am finding hugh difficulty in using GTPL broad band. Since last 2 months in my flate all GTPL broadband user find it very difficulty in connecting internet. Everytime the router is working.. but no internet connection.. While talking to customer care they say check with LAN... even it is not working... Complained four times in last one month... the service persone never visit the site and just report in their system as they have visited and checked... this is really rediculous and fraud and ultimately un-professional behaviour... They claim that it is 512 kbps speed as per my plan... at the time of installation they say that our connection is powerfull and no problem... 512 kbps is the speed which I have never experienced from the time of installation till date... even the service engineer once tested speed on his own but found to be only 70 kbps uploading and 100 kbps downloading speed... he only talk with his senior... but never visited or acted upon to rectify problem... A USELESS AND HOPE LESS SERVICE IN ANAND AND VIDHYANAGAR...WITH FALSE PUBLICITY...

      I'm residing at B-1/39, Pushti Prabha Society. Waghodiya Road. Vadodara. is not receiving tv network till 27/9/2014. I've made complain to cable operator but still today it is not working. Last payment made on 10/9/2014. Massage display on TV is 'YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISE TO VIEW THIS CHANNEL' on all channels. Do the needful. My contact no is[protected]. Ashok Vasava

        I am a GTPL user since 7 months...I shifted my house after 4 months o[censored]sage...so in the name of tranferring they had taken 3 month and still no connection has been developed for my shifted address...i am fed of calling customer cares and all distributors in my area...they have wasted my 3 months net and still no feedback is given by them... My data plan is of 15 months at Rs. 8000...So i kindly request you to refund my 11 months data money or establish a new connection to my shifted address ..if you cant help me on the above things then I will be filing a case against GTPL HATHWAY PRIVATE LMT...         I am a GTPL user since 7 months...I shifted my house after 4 months o[censored]sage of the Gtpl Broadband service...So in the name of tranferring they had taken 3 month and still no connection has been developed to my shifted address...i am fed up of calling customer cares and all distributors in my area...they have wasted my 3 months net and still no feedback is given by them...They are just giving dates and extending the dates given by them and nothing else.I have some important work to so in the internet for my academic work..so i have spend extra money over the internet recharge in my sim card and also i have to spend money in the cyber cafe which i can do at my home if GTPL connection would have been established.My data plan is of 15 months at Rs. 8000 which is not small amount for a middle class person to afford...I have given this much amount so that i can do some of my important work on the internet which i can hardly afford (Rs.8000).So i kindly request you to refund my 11 months data money from GTPL or establish a new connection to my shifted address.PLEASE help me on this problem or help me to file a complaint against GTPL HATHWAY PVT. LTD

            RESPECTED SIR, I HAD TAKEN A DATA CONNECTION ON 30/7/14. SINCE THEN I HAVE CONSTANTLY FACED A PROBLEM OF ERROR 651. 1.[protected]/8/14 2.[protected]/8/14 3.[protected]/8/14 4.[protected]/8/14 5.[protected]/9/14 6.[protected]/9/14 7.[protected]/9/14 8.[protected]/9/14 9.[protected]/9/14 IN A SPAN OF 57 DAYS I HAVE LOST MORE THAN 12 DAYS OF MY 365 DAYS. WHENEVER I RING UP THE HELPLINE I AM ASSURED THAT THE LINEMAN WILL VISIT ME TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM, BUT IT IS SINCE THE LAST TWO COMPLAINTS ONLY THAT I HAVE SEEN THE LINEMAN, BUT HAVE NOT MET WITH ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY. I HAD HEARD ALL GOOD THINGS ABOUT GTPL BROADBAND, BUT TODAY I FEEL THAT I HAD BEEN MISLEAD. SADLY I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED GTPL TO ANYBODY. WILL I GET THE DAYS I HAVE LOST IN MY 365 DAYS EXTENDED? BECAUSE I DONT KNOW HOW MANY DAYS I AM STILL TO LOSE IN 365 DAYS PERIOD. PLEASE TRY TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM PERMENANTLY SO THAT I DO NOT FEEL HARASSED KEEP REGRETING THAT WHY DID I OPT FOR GTPL. SADLY YOURS, HOSANG COOPER NAVSARI.
            Firstly there is too much problem in your Internet service.. Error 651 comes from the morning time today.

            And Secondly your customer helpline is too much busy so we are not able to connect you..

            Please try to resolve problem in 24 hours.
            In past 15 days connection lost in 4 to 5 times daily, and I complain many times but no response from you..I don't want to this type of net connection .Every time I call in customer-car but they only note complaint but they not take any action.my user id is darshak20
            I have facing Connection problem past many days, i lost connection at any time in a day, at a Daily basis i suffer error 651 with internet connection i call your customer care service but they just note a complain but not to proceed them. i am not satisfy with your service
            So In future we are not stay with your Internet Service if you do not gave particular solution of it.
            my GTPL id is Deepak17 and my complain no is 1135756 so please check it
            Im using gtpl since 2 years i faced problems many time the net problem faced by me in my dp area they said the problem in my router if problem in my router then the net should be start while i used it in pc but in pc its shows error 651 i hope gtpl can solve my problem other wise i have to choose other brodband service for better experiance

              I am kushal pandit recentely shifted to new-naroda.I contaced your lco for the area new-naroda, but from last 10 days he is not responding properly.I have set top box from your last lco but this fellow is now coming for the connection.I have a very good previous experience from gtpl but this operater is very much arrogant.Please do the needful.

                Sir, I am Girish J. Soni residing at D-50, Sarvodayanagar Society Part-2, Nr. Sola Crossing, Sola Road, Ahmedabad 380061. Presently, I am holding TATASKY connection for my TV and I would like to switch over to new GTPL connection. I have been requesting the operator in my Society for the last 8 to 10 months to get me new connection but he is not paying any attention to my request under one or other pretext like set up box is not available, etc. etc. Every week he has been promising that in this week I will get the connection and accordingly I am renewing my TATASKY connection which I am not satisfied with it. I have found that users with GTPL connections are very happy with its performance and hence I was inspired to switch over to GTPL from TATASKY but I am sorry to say that I am not getting new GTPL connection inspite of my repeated requests. Now we want our service details as soon as possible. plz. say the meaning of CUSTEMOR CARE SERVICE.

                      i am one of[censored]ser of gtpl set up box and my cable operator is sapra cable services gorkhede complex near lad collage nagpur 06, this is to inform that my box is uder gaurantee period i have just pruchase by set up box 2 months ago, and my cable operator is demanding for 1000/-, as like me there are so many customers which are troubled .request to take serious action who has so many of complaints in his area .

                          I am having connection in Ghod Dod Area, Surat. Since last 8 days we are not able to watch "Peace of Mind Tv Channel". The Surat office does not have proper reply.                               Dear sir, I am regularly paying my cable rent. But cable operator not solve my problem regarding some of the channels not coming even after paying full rent. Also please note that in our society another cable operator also serves connection of gtpl. And its service is also good. Our existing cable operator not providing noc for change of service provider. Request to do the needful for the same.

                                User: pratik868 Address: 868, Sector 27, Gandhinagar I am unable to connect to internet since 31st August. My subscription for 1Mbps is up to November 22.I have been calling Mr. Chirag Patel ([protected]), GTPL sales, but he is not responding to my complain.It is frustrating to get such a response from GTPL in Gandhinagar.                                   This is Shahbaz Khan from Fatehwadi, Ahmeadabad. I had applied for a GTPL cable connection on 2-September-2014 through a cable operator in my area (Arif, [protected]). The guy took amount of Rs1800 from me for the same. At the time of applying the guy promised me to do the connection within 24 hours. Its been 9 days and yet now i have not got the connection. I keep calling the guy every day for the same, but he keeps telling me that there is low connection around my home (my neighbours TV having the cable is working very fine). He keeps telling me that some device should be put in my terrace and blah blah blah. He keeps making false promises to start my connection soon. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service. I request you to please consider my request and provide me a cable connection asap. Thanks Shahbaz Khan [protected]

I was waiting for service since last 21 days to solve my complain by GTPl broadband team, but still they are not give me service. A part from this service their staff exit frustration about poor salary & over load work. Even though they also waiting for In Digital broadband service launch in Charotar area. Any way but as a customer still 21 days no service its very shameful for GTPL as a big player of Gujrat. If GTPL any officer read if carefully as a voice of customer, help us to solve our complain.
