I have GTPL plan 60 GB of 4mbps, but the speed test is very slow.I cant talk via Skype clearly, even i want to do also the automatic connection when i open my laptop, also i want to do convert my laptop via WI-FI., so plz help me, and regards me THANKS KINJAL ZAVERI

internet connection not available most of the time

After 1 month of connection problems started and none of tue complain numbers are working of gtpl contact numbers mentioned on website are also not reachable every time. Is this company fraud?

    I am using GTPL Internet Connection since last 2 months but after every 15 days there is some kind of connection problem and my internet didin't work for 1 or 2 days and i have to do compalin again again.i have to call customer care very frequently and have top waste my money and time both.I have 1 year subscriptiopn and already paid all money inspite of that connection lost very frequantly.i told it before it also and i want peramnant solution as soon as possible.My internet is not working since last 3 days from date 10/08/2014.

      My cable operator has installed GTPL setup box in my home before 6 month, but He ahs not informed that it is ilegal set up box. and now my setup box is stoped by GTPL and my operator not ready to change setup box so I am not able to watch TV from one months. I request you to support me.

        Zee Network new channel launched 2 months back but yet not available on your GTPL Set Top Box. 1.Your GTPL Rep. Kutch Representative Mr. Shailesh is not responding since 5 to 6 days. 2. Your Customer Care No. [protected] is continously Busy and if call received then keeps on hold for long time. 3. Your Nodal Officer No. Mr. Bhavesh Bera has hoisted Land Line No. which is incorrect. 4. Rest of the above No. given in your Official Website are not responding. If this is the level of service then kindly disconnect the connection. I was looking for the Broad Band service from GTPL but now I m forced to change my mind.         GTPL is useless. Cable is operator is not aware what all channels are available on GTPL Network. GTPL being such a being network has failed understand the value of the customer. Suggest to any service of GTPL.
        The best channel of zee zindagi .pyare afzel best serial of the year.more better make this channel with love seriel .

        I have been following the Turkish soap Feriha absolutely regularly, but the repeat telecast which is aired at 11;30 pm because as am working cannot catch up on the 5:30 pm show, but to my bad luck you (zee zindagi) has stopped the repeat telecast of Feriha at 11;30 pm which is really very upsetting, I usually don't watch much of soaps but this one I am hooked too, I hear by request you re-start the Feriha repeat telecast at 11:30 pm or air it at 10:00 pm everyday. Its a humble request & hoping for a positive outcome.

        I have really a serious complaint to zindagi on the repeat timings of the serial 'Feriha'.
        Feriha is given at 5:30pm (When most teenager students and college students 're busy going to their tuitions. And they miss the show.) still it's kinda fine. But why the repeat timing of 11:30pm removed?
        'Fatmagul' is given at 8:50pm and again repeated at 10:40pm. Around two hours gap.
        And feriha is repeated the next day around 8:45am or something like that And 11:25am. When we all students 're at school doing our classes. And we end up missing the episode of feriha. :"3 Fatmagul is repeated again around 3pm.
        This isn't justice.
        I want the CHANNEL TO REPEAT FERIHA AT 10:40PM OR 3PM REPLACING THE SERIAL FATMAGUL.
        There's no point of repeating fatmagul after two hours of its episode at 10:40pm. So I would highly suggest to repeat Feriha at 10:40pm instead of fatmagul.
        Or around 3pm the next day.
        Please it my earnest request
        Dear Zindagi,

        Thank u for showing such an Awesome show like 'FATMAGUL'. Its a great show, couldn't miss any episode of that. Even watch its Catch ups on Sunday.

        But now i am seriously complaining, that there is no Repeat Telecast of the show in the Evening. Once i missed the show, i miss it totally, as now u guys stop its Catch ups on Sunday also. While other shows get repeated whole day and now even on Sunday. I am a working person (sure many of Fatmagul viewers too), so not able to watch repeat telecasts in Daytime (12:30 pm & 3:00 Pm) and after that there is no Repeat telecast. I don't want to disappoint Feriha's viewers, but u Guys can adjust repeat telecast of both Turkish serials at night (10:30 Pm - 12:30 Am). Instead u guys are repeating "BAKWAS" show like "AADHE ADHOORE". Please stop Torturing your viewers like that. Please stop that "BAKWAS" show and REPEAT 'FATMAGUL' too at night.

        PLEASE START REPEAT TELECAST OF FATMAGUL IN EVENING AND ITS CATCH UPS ON SUNDAY.

        Its a Humble Request and hope u guys will not disappoint. Waiting for a positive outcome.

        i use to watch zindagi bcz of only turkish blockbusters.

        Please start the broadcast of feriha 2 telecast. It is really very frustating as I got to see only few episodes of feriha 2 as your channel stopped broadcasting it.
        Just wanted to know the why Feriha New season 2 is discontinued all of a sudden. Its really a big disappointment. Could I request for your updatiion if it's going to be continued in the future?

          Hi team, I am facing issue with Internet since last 7 days, also i have logged call with GTPS support team but no luck they are closing tickets without checking or confirmation with client. This is very ridicules service provided by GTPL and also while asking for escalation contact they are providing nodle officer number, which is not exist also same is still reflection in their website.               I am having a GTPL connection at Gota, Ahmedabad. After many phone call tries, when they picked up my call and I complained regarding weak signal problem, then informed me that GTPL is not available in Gota. So how many societies in Gota have a GTPL connection working ? Is it a big fraud by the company to make black money ?

                I am not able to access my internet from past 7 days. I registered complain (Request ID: 345574) with great hussle (as the representative is disconnecting the call every time I tried) to GTPL's executive on[protected] about the same. Also, the representatives are rough in the tone when interacting with customers, which I believe is the base requirement of any organization. The representatives are not picking the call which I think is so called "Customer Care Number" with No Care at all for Customer Only. Dear Sir/Madam, please look into the case and help me feel that I paid for the right service.

                          I have the GTPL broad band connection since last 15 months. But during last 3-4 months my internet connection not working properly. Upon complaining to GTPL their official says your modem is have a problem. Who will correct this problem? Our modem model no: TL-WR740N. and its is under the warranty period ( 3 years). But GTPL engineers are not correcting it. Then who will correct our problem.???????????????

                            This problem is from last 3-4 months and i did complaint to my service provider jayesh patel from piplav T- sojitra anand city but I am not getting any response from him and I did complaint to ahmedabad call center on[protected] on[protected] but I even didn't get any good response from they ask me to contact to nadiad office I did call 10 - 15 times to them but they have given the answer to me that you are not paying payment here so we not gonna take your complaint here, I have even call to nodal officer but no one give any answer, at the end i am writing an email to you with all my frustation please take action and reply me if I am not getting reply even from email then you are forcing me to take legal action against gtpl, nadiad office and piplav service provider as well.

                              I have bought HD Set top box from GTPL. My account no is 3528758. Since very 1st day picture is keeps freezing and I have filed complaint for so many times on their customer care but there is no response from their technical team. I am attaching screen shot of my complaint logs. They say problem is resolved but problem has even not been checked once. My complaint id is 178242 on 4th July and 180071 on 13th July.

                                    I am a subscriber of the services which has become far from satisfactory. My user name is jstriv, using broadband services in Paradise Complex, Sayajigunj, Vadodara. In last 7 seven days I had to lodge 7 complaints and since 14th July, there is no connectivity. Customer Care people note down complaints after complaints and their job is over. They neither escalates the issue to higher levels, and if insisted upon they just give name of Nodal Officer- Mr. Bhavesh Berva. This gentleman is never picks up the phone. If we prefer to talk to operator, nobody comes on line and phone gets disconnected with sentence 'Thank you for contacting GTPL" Without giving any response or reply, how they say satisfactory services? Who are the responsible person for such neglected customer services. I run stockmarket operations with Internet and I am incurring losses for which who is responsible? If my problem is not resolved, this matter will be taken up to competent authorities/ Media like CNBC AAWAZ or Local News Paper.

But today is 15th july and still I have not received set top box. If you are not be able to provide the service, kindly refund my booking amount and shutdown your company.
