Sir,

Due to the ongoing tussle between GTPL and ESPN, GTPL is not broadcasting ESPN and other related channels(Star Sports and Star Cricket). We as a customer are paying full rent for the services we use. But what is the use of this. There are other service providers who are charging same as GTPL charge and providing their customers with satisfactory sevices.
I have seen many complaints against GTPL on this website but I guess you are not taking it seriously. I want you take this problem seriously as one of the biggest event is going nowadays i.e FIFA World Cup.
If it would have been Cricket World Cup then we wouldn't have faced this problem because Cricket = India and India = Cricket.

Please take this problem into consideration and serious action

GTPL — No broadcast of ESPN

Dear sir,
Please look into tussle between GTPL and ESPN and solve it.
We the viewers are really suffering and paying full charges and yet not recieving ESPN.
Please look into the matter soon because we dont want to miss the FIFA 2010.

GTPL — Not Broadcasting EPN, Star Sports and Star Cricket

GTPL — NO TELECASTING OF TIMES NOW

I have a cable connection of GTPL in ONGC Colony Chandkheda Ahmedabad. It has suddenly stopped telecasting my favourite news channel "Times Now" . I have made several complaints to person who collects monthly rent and to customer care center of GTPL but with no results till date.

GTPL — not getting Times Now

I stay in Chandkheda and I am not getting Channel Times Now.i have repeatedly reminded the cable operator but it has been since one month that Times Now is nt being relayed.
I'm consumer of GTPL from Chandrapur, Maharshtra.They are not broadcasting Ten Action here, and also their so called 24x7 customer care lines are not working either.
I agree that right now the Start channels are not coming which is not good as they get full rent but the channels are not there. We are stuck right now as we have paid for the full year and there is nothing which is happening. There no update as well from their customer care about the same as they don't anything. There are deadlines given that it would take 2 days or 3 days. Please take this account as a serious issue and would request you, if you guys can help.

NOT BROAD CASTING STAR CRICKET . I AM WRITING IN CAPITAL LETTER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND OUR LANGUAGE.I THINK THEY NEVER IMPROVE AND NOT FULLFILLING CUSTOMER NEEDS .
This is really frustrating... We have paid rent of full year in advance and still we are not to see ESPN or Start Cricket. Even we can not change service provider. I request you to take your personal interest in solving this issue as soon as possible. and let us know when will we be able to see these channels on GTPL?

GTPL — channels are locked after payment

Slowly all the channels are been disabled from 1 month every week i have to call them and i have to appeal them, today they crossed the limit only 3 channels can be seen today And i hv paid for the whole year, from starting they are creating this problem

GTPL — wi-fi connection

sir, i am inform to your supplier many times for connection of my wi-fi.But last three months i dont get any positive rply and still my wi-fi connection not done. so please hope you help us and inform to our area supplier as fast as possible. thank you.

GTPL — set top box

I am hrishikesh shelat resided at maninagar & my set top box S/No. FCBDFPXTK and it is chopped from today's morning and I tried to make complaint to your customer care no but from today's morning to till time i.e. 10 pm I can't contact with your dept. so, pl. resolved my complaint as soon as possible.

GTPL — 651 error generate

my local area connection disconnects after every 5 mint and 651 error occurs repeatly my internet service provider says that it is our fault it is your pc problem but i checked pc from technicain there is no problem in my pc ...so please send technician to solve my problem as soon as possible

continuous set up box hang

Every time all channel hang, this issue every day occure, gtpl pl take a action or stop gtpl..

    I am currently using their day night plan of 512-2MBPS plan 9am-9pm, where I am not getting the desired speed since the activation of the package. I have complained to local vendor & GTPL too...GTPL assured about 3-4 times that next day an engineer will come as why the speed is not coming. TIll now not a single person has visited which is wrong commitment.The download speed should be 240kbps where I am only getting 50-90kbps max that too not constant. This is a mere cheating case & unfair trade conduct, I have heard GTPL are sharing single plan with multiple users which is also unfair trade practice.I wish to go more further if the complain is not resolved.

        Dear Sir,
        I am using broadband connection from last 1 month. At the time I was committed and assured that my net connection will never be down not more than 1 hour.
        It's almost been more than 24 Hrs my complaint still not resolved and the proof for the same is attached with this complaint.
        For the calling customer care services I am not getting proper answer, and on every call I have been giving assurity that the problem will be resolved in within 24 working Hrs. But nothing seems to happen. There for would request you to kindly look into the matter and ask for the complete refund from the Gujarat Telelink Pvt. Ltd.

          also our cable operator (sai cable) are not helpful. they dont pick up phones or give proper answers.

            Sir , Represetative of GTPL Mr. Vishal Patel collected check for Rs. 5500/- for new connection on date 24/5/2012 and promised to give new connection before 2/6/12 but till date no connection has been given and onenquiry by cell phone he is not answering the call. He had given receipt no. A95936 dated 24/5/12 for Cheque no. 123323 of SBI Lalbaug.

              I have taken a broaband connection from GTPL Broadband. The companys commitment to consumers is zero. They take money and do not deliver service. They do not rectify faults in time, and do not deliver band width as per contract.
              I think I have made a serious error of judgement in selecting gtpl as service provider.
              All are advised to avoid GTPL

                Dear Sir,

                As Communicated with your kind self, you are not able to provide the internet service to us in Anand vihar.

                Time of taking connection your representative Mr. Jigar Rawal guaranteed for the 24*7 connective.

                From last 15 days, I am trying to get into the deep, finally I heard that M/s. GTPL will not provide the service to me,

                I want to claim that M/s. GTPL have to provide me the service as committed else have to refund the full money that I have submitted at the time connection.

                We also faced and loose our business due to non connectivity for more than 15 days. We are also claiming the same.

                But I am surprised by M/s. GTPL policy, M/s. GTPL will not either refund me full money nor connectivity.

                I want be clear that, I am not asking an extra thing which is not paid by me or committed by you.

                Please give me the 24*7 broadband connectivity or refund my full money on most urgent basis else we consumer have the right to claim for our service and value of money paid to you.

                gtpl broadband 512 kbps unlimited — disconnectivity

                my internet connection speed is very low disconnects every 10 to 15 minutes and massage displays your net connection is disconnected and connect after 4 to 5 time redials

                  Dear Team,

                  We are having GTPL set top box since last 2 years. We are facing so many issue related to connection. Everytime they just came to collect money but when ever we register any complain no body respond. Our cable connection is not working and we are unablento see anything even thjough we are paying yearly. Recently on[protected], i registered one complain wide complain no. 20569 and i talked to Mr. Ashwin Patel on [protected] and they said it will resolve in 24 hours and its more than 72 hours but nobody came to resolve. Today when i called then they said we need to register your complain again. We are trying to contact our local operator but they are also not helping us to resolve. We are asking our money back after deducting one month rent but that also they are not giving us.

                  Please help us in the above matter because everytime we need to face bad and rude behaviour of them and our problem will be unresolved. Right now as we paid whole one year fees so nighter we are able to see cable nor we are getting our money back.

                  this type of behavior is unacceptable. our cable operator is the same. he does not help and speaks with bad attitude.
                  I am having sole issue with the Set Top Box that channels stick constantly in between and some of them shows the only black screen only !!!
                  Have changed the cable wire recently but no solution !!

                      I have never seen this type of poor service,its not broadband at all it is narrow band connection.
                      Against repeated complain & solving every third day speed became very low since 2 months.
                      whenever trying to connect the customer care no. most of time we hear all executives are busy with another line Nobody taking any interest to resolve the issue permanently, If the services is like so,what will be the future of this company?????

                        Sir, I purchase gtpl broadband on 1.3.2012 at 9:30am with 30 months advance payment.
                        and 512kbps speed and unlimited use. and the receipt number is A77708.

                        at that time Mr.Bharat M.[protected] (GTPL person) told me that your connection is done with in 4 day's today's 6th day of giving payment but still there is no one is come at home for connection.

                        and I told this mater to Mr.bharat they told me that our parson of cable connection they are going to Dakor fro Holi celebration.


                        So please sir take any action against it.

                          i hav a lot complaining for ovar cable operator
                          i am complaining to our cable operator from past three months that i am not having clear picture from past 3 months but he is not responding to it.Now i m not having any signal at from past 1 week hence we are not able to see any channels from past 1 week .Our cable operator's name is deelip mistry ,he is the operator for vadodar vadi gtpl jaydeep cable.He is not responding to any of our phone call.hence i was compelled to contact you.

                          GTPL Cable — Service

                          GTPL is a fraud company, they just want to charge the money and at the time of service they are not attending it. Since last six months i am constantly complaining either through phone or meeting personally but they are not responding

                            i have gtpl internet and they are use dial-up (pppoe) connection and one day i saw in my network place so much pc connect with network when go that pc i can access there files and all data of that pc and there is no security and when i told that problem to gtpl they told me that network is secured and u don't worry about that and after 5 month my pic i saw in my friend pc and my friend have also have gtpl connection and steal my pic and saw me

                              I am writing this to you after many unsuccessful tries of mine but i am not getting proper response & service from GTPL broadband.
                              I had a connection of GTPL broadband about 5 months ago only i subscribed then after i shifted my office from waghodia road to mangal bazaar area of vadodara.
                              so i put up a request to transfer my connection from my old address to new one so gtpl customer care told me to mail regarding this, so i mailed every detail they asked for on 2nd september 2011 including my username olld address as well as new address. And as said by customer care shifting will be done in 7 working days but now today 20 days passed but they havent done the shifting yet.
                              I called customer care sevral times but they just say that your request is under process. Then after i personally went to vadodara office on 16th of september 2011 they said that you give written application we will do shifting today or tommorrow itself. so i gave in written also the details but its more 7 days now but shifting has not done yet.
                              Now i am tired of calling this GTPL people. whenever i call they say "aaj ho jayega sir" but no one comes after then. my connection subscription is also about to end on 8th of october.
                              Now i have no other option except complaining regarding this.
                              Hoping that you will surely help me in this regard.

                              i also suffering from problem at vadodara at brc ccare exe.have no knowledge how to talk with customer they intentionally cut the phone.after sometime.they dont want to listen our problem shri jignesh patel team leader called me at office on dt.8.9.12 and say that u r under our custody till your problem solved.and u have no right to stay at your house.. miss nilam dt.7.9.12 from 13.00 to13.34 hrs put my phone 20.00minutes on hold not replying any things .shri sangram 22.09hrs dt7.9.12 talk but not solve my problem ...so at baroda service is very poor...detail complain separately send with time and recording CD .

                              Stop Internet connection

                              I buy unlimited plan worth rs 12000 for annual. Suddenly stop Internet service during morning session daily when we call customer care nobody can come and solve problem since 3-4 month same problem

                              NET CABLE UNPLUGGED

                              I register complain no.332166 on dt 17.7.14 but still problem not solve.no any representative come for solve it same problem is frequently in few days so solve my problem.

                                it is very bad service.........in future i never take a internet connection from the GTPL even if any one is going to take the GTPL connection i will suggest that please do not trust and believe in GTPL internet


                                i also face the same problem every day like

                                when i connect to internet by giving user name and password it work good only for 10-15 minutes then i receive a message like redial a network connection

                                i face the same problem every 20-25 minutes

                                even the speed is very slow
                                it is best and best for me to use the internet by using mobile via data cable for stable connection

                                  Hi, I am Debashish Mukherji staying at Chandkheda area of Ahmedabad. I have subscribed to GTPL for my broadband internet services. They have taken money of 6 months for the services. In the last month I have complained 6 to 7 times about the internet not working, it takes the 24 working hours i.e. 3 days to solve any complains. In the last 10 days I have launched 3 complain, yet they dont seem to improve upon the quality of services they are offering.

                                  For any person who are planning to buy an Interne connection, please whatsoever offer they give dont go for GTPL connection, as you will face a hell lot of problem.

                                  I dont know whether this site can do anything or not, but I would like to take an action against this company.

                                    I am from gujarat(ahmedabad) New Ranip.

                                    My complaint is that i has given the amount of Rs4800 to GTPL for internet connection on 10/08/09. They told me connection will be done in 2 days. I have called to Mr.Milan([protected]) and Mr.Dhruvan([protected]) (Mr.Dhruvan collected payment) more than times about connection. But they are not responding me properly. They are just extending the time limit of connection and behaved like - "what you can do after paid you". And i need it urgently. So, please do needfully for me.

                                      I have taken a GTPL Internet connection and the plan is 256kbps during the day and 1 mbps during the night.
                                      First of all they were not able to setup the internet connection on Linux, and when after i purchased a router to end those issues, the connection didn't worked. After taking the connection for more then 7 days i have not been able to use it for 24 hours continous. I never got 1mbps speed and the connection has never worked during the day.

                                      I have complained many times on their toll free number which takes more than 20 minutes to answer also their office landline numbers stop responding, they don't pickup my calls and the operator when calling from a different number hangs up indifferently, the customer care has no idea why the connection is not working.

                                      I have sent numerous mails but they haven't replied to single one, i get read receipts that the mails are delivered and read but no response, i asked for my money back or to change it to a lower plan and get a refund but they don't reply to any of those mails. The manual on their site has numbers that are out of service and names of people that the office doesn't recognize.

I have given complain to company customer care unit so many times but every time they say that the complain will be sort out with in 2 days but still it is continue. I have fully frustrated due to this problem.
