I have complaint again GTPL Brondnad.
I Have GTPL Brodband connection last 4 month.
firstly they provide good. and speed on net.
and after beetween this duration problem slove it.
after 3 month they don't listen complain.
after 2/3 days your connection go down.
and they always says line problem. and not to do anything.

Broadband — bad service

Dear Sir,
last month we took a airtel broadband conection, number was 4382608, but after some time we knew that this number is already alloted to another persone. Then we complaint in airtel costemer care and we got a another number, number was 4372608 but this number is still dead. After that we complaint again in your costemer care but there is no reply, nobody is taking it seriously, and from last one and half month our company is facing many problems. so plz advice what should we do. And please take some action urgently.

Broadband — Reverse result

Sir,
After lodging complain a few days ago about the average slow speed of my Broadband connection, I have started thinking that BSNL would take proper action to rectify the defect.But today ie on 23.05.08 at 8.05 pm Ifound that the the speed has been remarkably decreased at 26.80 kbps.I am unable to express my feelings in language against BSNL's reverse sweep action.May God bless them.

Broadband — mental irritation by company

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had taken sify broadband connection a few months back and all things were going ok but from last 2 months the company is continuosly giving me unnecessary calls regarding services(sometimes they say that some virus sort of thing is spreading by your computer or something like that), the distributor (Universal cable, Lko)also send one of its guy regarding this matter and today i have recieved call from company in evening that my id will be blocked.Now when I have recharged my account they are unnecessarily irritating me.So kindly look into the matter so that i may feel relax.

hi friends as a friend i am telling to every one that dont purchase any product of hathway thi is the one of the worst company in india and very bad service i have paid amount in hatway and i dint get any connection from the and i have losed the money

I had purchased gtpl broadband before almost two months and after a month of connection cable got damaged, hence connection is frequently being lost and I cannot use internet countinuously. sometimes connection gets lost for a long period.
I am complaining my service provider for whole month and he is avoiding my complaint.

Gtpl remort control not working since week

    My self Dinesh Gandhi having GTPL (Gujarat Telelink Pvt Ltd) setup box with A/c No 185159. Since last mid of month i.e. April, 2011 I am receipting very poor picture quality with sticking (slotting format). For the same I have drawn attention of my cable operator. He has guide me to book complain with GTPL.
    According to this I have lodged complaint with GTPL on 05/05/2011 at 9.45 pm vide No B 0101136.
    Till the date 10/05/2011 it is unattended and unanswered. On 10/05/2011 I have made call to GTPL at 10.22 am, which was picking up by Ms. Pallavi (Customer care officer). I have explain all the details verbally also gave her my complaint number. But her answer was not satisfactory. I have again called at 11.25 am pickup by Ms. Pinky explain problem. I have asked her to put me to senior. She has deny to do so and promise me to solve problem by today evening i.e. 10/05/2011 evening. Sorry to state that they have failed to attend problem. Again I have call on same day at 08.56 pm which was pickup by Mr Kapil. I have got answered that, your problem will attend shortly. I could not understand what the mean of shortly. And what time they require solving problem. At this time date is 11/05/2011 time 12.56 pm. My complaint is remaining unattended.

      I have been awarded 2 GB under referral scheme alongwith my normal plan of 4 GB with 4 Months validity. Till expiry of my normal plan, GTPL had not credited my referral 2 GB into my account. I had been compelled to re-activate my plan by taking 1 GB with 1 Month validity by paying Rs. 280.00 just to avail those referral 2 GB into my account. Even by spending so much amount and calling them time and again, willingly GTPL had credited referral 2 GB in the last week of re-activated plan i.e. just before 7-10 days. Now I have approx 2.5 GB to be used in just a week, which is not possible and practicable. Now GTPL told me that they will not allow to carry forward o[censored]nused GBs for next renewal.

      I would like to make complaint about the same, wrong practices and false schema from GTPL, non-support from GTPL officials, last responses from GTPL executives, cost of lots of phone calls everyday, precious time spending in follow-ups with the officials, loss of my stock market business for 1 month.

        I get a new broadband connection from GTPL broadband on 12.3.2011. From very first day I face a lots of problem like poor internet speed and connectivity . So i call to customer care service , hardly after trying a lots of time i successfully talk to them. They said that some drivers are deleted from your computer, so you can not able to access internet and call some computer technical person to repair your computer. But at that time my first internet service of SPIDIGO was not expired so I tried to open SPIDIGO and i easily access internet. Again I call to GTPL customer care and they assure me to do something as early as possible. But till today ( 19.3.2011 ) no one came to me to regarding my complaint. Now my connection of SPIDIGO is also expired and GTPL is not giving any response. I had connection with SPIDIGO and speed was 128 mbps from last one year and I had no single problem with them. I get connected with GTPL with speed of 256 mbps and then also I was not able to open such websites which was easily opened with low speed of SPIDIGO. Now I am worried that what I have to do and request GTPL to do needful as early as possible or give me full refund of my payment which I paid for giving me service of internet connection with speed of 256 mbps but they didn't give it to me from very first day.

        i had also suffer from the problwm of speed ...and also they had told me..your laptop had a problem and detect some drivers ...and my plan is 600 kbps but my speed is approximately near the 470 kbps an the speed is frequiently changed time to time... i am continuesly suffering this problem ..please some one bring the sollution

        GTPL — not clear any chanel in your gtpl

        My complain is everyday some kind of problem in your gtpl's channel . There are not show any Chanel in clear form. Please kindly take necessary action for that type of problem. Solve earlier as possible.

            I have complain about GTPL Broadband please solved it.It is as under

            1. I have planned of 192kbps in day and 512kbps at night unlimited plan but since last 8 days i cant get that it properly it gives only surfing at day is 160-170kbps and at their downloading speed is 9kbps at days and at night surfing speed is 300-320kbps and downloading speed at night is only 12-14kbps.
            this is not really good at your service because actually in plan 192-512kbps download should be 24kbps at day and at night 64kbps must be given to me but it comes only 9kbps at day and 13kbps at night.


            please kindly request you solve my above problem and give me your better service.plz contact me for details

            GTPL Broadband internet connection — i cant service of gtpl broadband net connection

            i had compalin against that i cant get net properly it seems for 2 minute and close it itself and also i had complain about that i cant get 180kbps at day speed and 512 kbps at night net speed

              I Deepak Sharma , I Send My E-mail For The trasfer the line of my Broadband connection On the date of[protected] , Than Tomorrow i call on GTPL Customer care They told me your E-mail has ben successfuly recived , So I asked to them when this procces completed those Reply me 8-10 day max , Now 18 days is passed out but no Service .

                I have some Complain Against GTPL Broadband. Here it is.

                1. This Companies Employee doesnot given satisfaction reply.
                2. If we are trying to call company's employess they are switched off their mobile.
                3. in this Connection Power Supply arrangement is not properly.
                4. Connectivity of This GTPL is good but some times when problem occurs on connectivity at that time they are not forwarding our request to solve the problem.

                5. i have take connection at app. 10 days but during this days i haven't used net surfing properly. any type of problem ocuur during net surfing.
                6. since last 3 days my connection was fail.

                i was want gtpl new connection but there not have permission for gtpl. i pay my payment but gtpl not give me connection or my payment.

                  Dear Sir,I have taken a Broadband Conection on dt 18/05/2010,I have Paid d Charges of 6th Month Rs.1875/-adv,bt with great Regart this is To inform that we R Suffer d Technical Problem since last Long Time,V have already inform abt this Problem to d engenner of d Same Problem,bt sir Till today Our Problem is not Solve out,Because of this Problem v have Cancel d Seme Conection,bt d Officer of d Company is not Responding & they R not Ready to Give back our Deposite Money,

                  I am one of the customers of GTPL since last one year. I am not able to contact any GTPL person in vadodara. The customer care telephone nos. given are also not valid and they are not in existance. Pl inform what is the solutions for my technical problems.

                  Star sports channels are not working.

                  Star sports channels are not working in my gtpl set up box. It shows 'channel unauthorized. Please call customer service'. Please fix it quickly.

                      Cable operator not responding

                      I want to add sports package and english movies package, but cable operator is not responding from 2-Feb-2015. do the needful ASAP.

                      why are you taking different rent in different area.
                      I am using GTPL Cable and WIFI Internet. Both are not working good.
                      But GTPL cable is worst.

                      First incidence - local GTPL guy had came and collect 3 moths payment. and after 15 days our cable connection was cut off because he run away with payment. we tried on his mobile no # [protected] but it was switched off.

                      After that i went to the Ghatlodia GTPL office and paid money for my cable - staff of this office is very bad mannered and uneducated. so sorry to say like this.

                      then our cable was not working - like one day it's working properly and next 4 days it 's stuck. so we decided to remove GTPL so we asked them to submit their set up box and refund my deposit amount. they denied to do that and after that i sent mail on [protected]@gtpl.net - @ 10th may 2017, they ask me to keep some patience. now they event don't reply me for my mails. i have mailed them many times.

                      GTPL Internet is also not working we complained but they told me - "Avu j Chalse"

                      and today that local guy cut my GTPL internet connection too. because i have complaint against them.

THEY COMMIT ME ABOUT 1MBPS SPEED AT NIGHT BUT WHEN I CONNECT INTERNET AT NIGHT REALY THE SPEED IS BELOW 256KBPS. I HAVE 6MONTHS PLAN SO I AM WAITING FOR DISCONNECT INTERNET CONNECTION.                           I am GTPL broadband customer since last 2 years approximately. I have been paid all charges for broadband connection to GTPL . This connection often disconnect anytime and i make complaint to GTPL customer care service number but they all are busy at that time. when i called to upper level they give me threaten to disconnect my connection. Actually I do not have any other internet service in my area Odhav,Ahmedabad. as for example, in month July 2010 i complained more than six times, so you can judge how services they provides. so plz do needful because of this complaint GTPL company threatned me to disconnect my connection in next 5 dyas.

                          I am Ajay Bongiri (Opertor) of GTPL Nagpur. Many time me and my CSCN group complain to improve in Nagpur Local News. First of all in nagpur coverage of local new is very poor. Many time we told them to cover very importent new, which is very asstial in local areas to improve Local News as compair to UCN. In GTPL Nagpur production of new is in Marathi and repit the same news many time and dimand of local newa is in Hindi. Relay time of news is not better. Many coustemer ask the Local NEWS of 24 hours.

                          I am a regular customer of SITI cable since last 20-25 years and right now I am paying the monthly charge of Rs.300/- per month in Chandkheda area (Parshwanath nagar). But since last month they have stopped the IMAGINE TV channel and LIFE OK channel.. When I contacted in the GTPL office of Shahibaug they said that it is a technical fault and will take time..They are taking the full amount of subscription and not showing all channels...

                            GTPL is a fraud company. Please, do not buy it. While taking new connection, they are commiting lot, but after that that they are not ready to listen. Whole staff is non techincal and do not know what is customer service. Everything internet works only for 15 day and we have to suffer a lot. No proper speed and nothing.
                            I've been using since long time, and i didnt find any big difficulties with GTPL. I dont know how they can say it is a fraud company :-)

                            And Remember that "No company is perfect. Every broadband has few or more difficulties." May be GTPL's feedbacks are different according to Area. But in CTM area, service is good enough.

                              I want to Complain against gtpl broadband.

                              Sir, I purchase gtpl broadband economy6-128 & pin Sr. No. :[protected] at five months ago with sixth months advance payment of 2758/- Rs.

                              So, Sir I am customer of gtpl broadband last five months but I am not satisfied with
                              their service because 28th time gtpl company give me complain number against 678 error means up 25 day their service cutoff in 150 day.
                              and company's service engineer Mr. Jayesh tell me our service always like this
                              if you dont want to use it remove cable out side your shop.

                              Sir, I agree with him & last two manths many time I complain in gtpl broadband's customer care department to close my Account and refund my advance payment but they are not replying or available to reply it.

                              So please sir take any action against it.

                                before 1 year i had a cable connection of gtpl. the cablewala gave me a set top box of gtpl at that time for Rs. 1000/-. but after 2 months because of some problems of gtpl and my cablewala he changed our cable company as INCABLENET and gave us a set top box of in cable. now 1 month ago i have shifted my residence and at my new residence there is a cable connection of gtpl. now my new cable wala or the gtpl company are refusing to gave me...

                                Since long GTPL is not providing "ESPN/STAR SPORTS" channel to their viewers/subscribers.
                                They have "toll free no" for any type of customer complain/supports.
                                But they are not listening or not giving answer for this channels. They have taken charges well in advance and now when "FIFA" (Football world cup) is going on and they are not providing the same.

                                There should be action against GTPL for not providing "ESPN/STAR SPORTS" and their advertisement against providing "Toll free customer support no" when they are not in position to give proper reply.

                                Even im facing the same problem. My channel remote is also not performing well "when i increase the volume it change the channel when try to change the channel it increases volume".. Worst service i have ever encounter. Even when i use to call on - [protected] mr. Sidharth (Cable operator, gtpl) he always give fake assurance to visit my place its been 2 month i m shouting for all repair. No one is listening to me. I m trap. Please dont ever never take the setup box of gtpl.
                                well i am NRI, i visit here vallabh vidyanagar for sometimes, i used to watch ranji trophy matches in USA on willow.tv .i noticed whenever TEST matches Or ODI start, GPTL operator change channel by purpose so you not able to view LIVE CRICKET.


                                No need to contact them koz they do not answer properly or explain resonabaly. i heard they wants to robs people new way.starting oct. 1st. 2015, they will introduced DIGITAL BOX, first week of september GTPL advertize on tv, to stop by and pick
                                up the box from Aarti complex, vidyanagar, 388120


                                now after 12 days, GTPL insist to purchase DIGITAL BOX for 3500 RUPEES, also they mention Live cricket from OCT 2nd between india vs southafrica will not available without DIGITAL BOX.


                                in order to watch live games you must need to purchase package of Premium or premium plus if you are cricket lovers, cost will be 384 minus Entertainment tax, not only that 266 channel you must purchase koz starcricket channel only available in 400 rupees month, DD SPORTS, STARSPORTS 1/2/3/4. SONY SIX.TENSPORT, TENCRICKET AND DD SPORTS


                                other packages do not have no option for sports lovers yet price start from rupees 114 / 250 / or you can add single channel for 150 rupees extra, plus premiere package has 67 channel of non gujrati language which you must purchase and pay nearly 5000 rupees per year. i myself gujrati, why i watch tamil, marathi and telugu and keep paying, total rubbish .


                                with all this, do you think they give you signed Aggriment of refund money if live cricket not show up koz tenchnical issue or vice versa?i never seen TV service so cheap in the world.

                                when i called to customer care at 9/9/2014 and complained about connection at that time they told me 'your plan has been expired' and when i brought a new plan your executive say your old plan still working and it expire on 10/10/2014..

                                  because o[censored] r problem with espn and star ,we are loosing our favourite sports channel as well as favourite programms which are on air right now like fifa world cup,upcoming wimbelodn tennis championship.

                                  As i have complaint to the toll free no.[protected], i asked about the situation going on between espn and gtpl, they are not broadcasting espn starsports, because gtpl is not gonna pay 14 cr rs for b-rights. i pleased them for paying to divide by viewer and they asked to give 14cr rs all alone and u will get . GTPL is fully thugs company . I do not want to miss world cup FIFA 2010 . I fully agree with manan shah, i want my yearly subscription fees back as their is 5 months subs is remaining !!! somebody must have to take serious steps against GTPL.

                                    GTPL is not showing the ESPN- STAR channels from last month due to the balance payment problem...but all the users are paying them regularly so why they did not pay to ESPN. It is We - the customers who are suffering due to this problem. We are not able to watch the FIFA world cup even though we paid the rent in advance... Pl take some actions against this company...

                                    I wish if I could meet the chief officer of GTPL so that I could slap him at the eve of fifa world cup. Due to these persons we are unable to watch the favoriate soccer game. Please make us available the particular channel.
                                    Inspite of repeated follw-ups these people are least bothered and don't care for customers.I strongly feel that people should disconnect their connections and switch to other providers like Tata Sky, Airtel etc.

                                      Due to an ongoing tussle between ESPN and GTPL , we the tv viewers are the ones suffering. GTPL has been highly inconsiderate and has shown little resolve in settling the dispute. We already missed out on the french open and now the biggest sport event on earth is going to be missed by us as well. We request you to look into the matter and resume the ESPN services as soon as possible. The whole of Gujarat is suffering . Please help the people.
