I have complaint again GTPL Brondnad.
I Have GTPL Brodband connection last 4 month.
firstly they provide good. and speed on net.
and after beetween this duration problem slove it.
after 3 month they don't listen complain.
after 2/3 days your connection go down.
and they always says line problem. and not to do anything....

Poor picture quality & service

My self Dinesh Gandhi having GTPL (Gujarat Telelink Pvt Ltd) setup box with A/c No 185159. Since last mid of month i.e. April, 2011 I am receipting very poor picture quality with sticking (slotting format). For the same I have drawn attention of my cable operator. He has guide me to book complain with GTPL.
According to this I have lodged complaint with GTPL on 05/05/2011 at 9.45 pm vide No B 0101136.
Till the date 10/05/2011...

Carry Forward of unused GBs

I have been awarded 2 GB under referral scheme alongwith my normal plan of 4 GB with 4 Months validity. Till expiry of my normal plan, GTPL had not credited my referral 2 GB into my account. I had been compelled to re-activate my plan by taking 1 GB with 1 Month validity by paying Rs. 280.00 just to avail those referral 2 GB into my account. poor speed and service

1. I have planned of 192kbps in day and 512kbps at night unlimited plan but since last 8 days i cant get that it properly it gives only surfing at day is 160-170kbps and at their downloading speed is 9kbps at days and at night surfing speed is 300-320kbps and downloading...

I am GTPL broadband customer since last 2 years approximately. I have been paid all charges for broadband connection to GTPL . This connection often disconnect anytime and i make complaint to GTPL customer care service number but they all are busy at that time. when i called to upper level they give me threaten to disconnect my connection. Actually I do not have any other internet service in my area Odhav,Ahmedabad....

Poor service and fraud company

GTPL is a fraud company. Please, do not buy it. While taking new connection, they are commiting lot, but after that that they are not ready to listen. Whole staff is non techincal and do not know what is customer service. Everything internet works only for 15 day and we have to suffer a lot. No proper speed and nothing....

cable TV service provider

Since long GTPL is not providing "ESPN/STAR SPORTS" channel to their viewers/subscribers.
They have "toll free no" for any type of customer complain/supports.
But they are not listening or not giving answer for this channels. They have taken charges well in advance and now when "FIFA" (Football world cup) is going on and they are not providing the same.

There should be action against...

Not broadcasting ESPN-STAR even though charging full money

GTPL is not showing the ESPN- STAR channels from last month due to the balance payment problem...but all the users are paying them regularly so why they did not pay to ESPN. It is We - the customers who are suffering due to this problem. We are not able to watch the FIFA world cup even though we paid the rent in advance... Pl take some actions against this company......

No broadcast of ESPN due to tussle

Due to an ongoing tussle between ESPN and GTPL , we the tv viewers are the ones suffering. GTPL has been highly inconsiderate and has shown little resolve in settling the dispute. We already missed out on the french open and now the biggest sport event on earth is going to be missed by us as well. We request you to look into the matter and resume the ESPN services as soon as possible....
