I have been awarded 2 GB under referral scheme alongwith my normal plan of 4 GB with 4 Months validity. Till expiry of my normal plan, GTPL had not credited my referral 2 GB into my account. I had been compelled to re-activate my plan by taking 1 GB with 1 Month validity by paying Rs. 280.00 just to avail those referral 2 GB into my account. Even by spending so much amount and calling them time and again, willingly GTPL had credited referral 2 GB in the last week of re-activated plan i.e. just before 7-10 days. Now I have approx 2.5 GB to be used in just a week, which is not possible and practicable. Now GTPL told me that they will not allow to carry forward o[censored]nused GBs for next renewal.
I would like to make complaint about the same, wrong practices and false schema from GTPL, non-support from GTPL officials, last responses from GTPL executives, cost of lots of phone calls everyday, precious time spending in follow-ups with the officials, loss of my stock market business for 1 month.

Broadband — bad service
Dear Sir,last month we took a airtel broadband conection, number was 4382608, but after some time we knew that this number is already alloted to another persone. Then we complaint in airtel costemer care and we got a another number, number was 4372608 but this number is still dead. After that we complaint again in your costemer care but there is no reply, nobody is taking it seriously, and from last one and half month our company is facing many problems. so plz advice what should we do. And please take some action urgently.
