We paid an agent (Hardik Patel agent[protected] rupees for broadband services, on the 30/10/20. He promised connection the same day within a few hours. A few days later the installers called and informed us that they could not give us a connection as they did not have permission. We requested a refund that week from him, but since then we have heard nothing and he does not answer our calls. We have tried numerous times to get our money back but nobody is helpful at GTPL .

Eventually today(26/11/20) we phoned again and have now been told to write an email for our refund to their customer services!!! Why did they not ask us to do this immediately?

We hope that after our email to customer support we will have some action as to our refund but we are not hopeful!!

    After 5 days GTPL caould not solve my problem of no connection. i have complined on 9th november, 10 november, 12 november, 13 november, 14 november ( complain no[protected]. my problem was my connection cut at 8 pm and autometiicallly comes back at morinig 10 pm this happen for 10 and 12 and 13, november. theh on 14 november it s gone cut at 3 pm( on this day we got internet mornig 10 am and its cut at 3 pm on samen day).
    GTPL enginneer came for three times but he was not able to solve this problem. AT 14 november when its cut 3 time Mr. MIRAJ chavda on 14 th november said call me if you have no connection problem, i call at a time at 3 pm and not taking my call till today on 16 november.
    No gtpl perosn is taking responsibility, call center is replying same that your complain is on progress.
    there is no contact no. to complain to high authority.
    I m withour internet from 14 november completerly and from 10 november i got connection form 10 am to 7.30 pm only. my registerd mobile no. is [protected] i[censored] want to know the reality of the complain.
    i dont know who u are and how u will solve my problem.
    when i complain engineer just came to visit and they closed my compolain even then i got same problem so by day they have solved their problem so we cant not rais question on them, but still my problem is continue up to 16 november( when im writting this cmplain). so after colseing old complain we have to file new complain angain they will visit and closed the complain again and again we have to file complain and again same cyacle i have to repeat.i m teacher and i have to shut my online lecture for three days.

      I wanted to activate broadband plan from GTPL. The payment was completed on 24th October, 2020. After that, no one is coming to my house for installation. I am following up daily with the executive but no one seems to be taking care. They cut the call by replying that they will send for installation but it never happened. Please resolve the issue to the earliest.

        And also get the speed of gtpl is 0.02 mbps
        And our plan is 40 mbps

          I have a connection in Varanasi in Vinayaka area. It's been almost a month since I have lodged a complaint to customer service. Internet stops working everyday in afternoon and evening. I get message stating technician will arrive to check and next second receive message stating issue has been solved.

          How come they can solve the issue without any technician visiting even after requesting for technician visit while complaining about issue.

          Have multiple number of local office but no one responds.

          They have no idea about priority, each time I call and ask for look into this issue asap they say this will be looked within 3 working days, no matter what the priority is they just keep on repeating same thing.

            When I subscribed to yearly plan. It was activated.
            But internet did not connect for first 16 days.
            After that
            Every month internet is down for 7-8 days total.
            Interner gets down now and then.
            I want refund

              Hi,

              I had requested for GTPL Brodband connection on 11th of October. The payment was done at that time only.
              As per the Agent who took payment, the broadband connection should have been done by 2-3 days. It has been more than 10 days and still it is not done.
              The Agent is also not responding to our calls properly.
              We also contacted the customer help and they are also not giving proper response.

              Its getting exhausting contacting Agents and Customer Service executives everyday and noone responding properly. Can you please help with this or get refund for same.

                I am japan laktariya gtpl customer my register mobile number [protected] address b34 chitrelkha soc ajay 5 opp rto vastral ahmedabad. I subscribe 40 mbps plan but i get 2 mbps to 20 mbps speed 2 month and i raise lots off complain. Gtpl team close my company without resolve and compony not provide extension. And

                  My name is shubham. Old set-up box no is 18:55:0f:35:58:ff my old set-up box show august month payment 266.13. I bought new set-up box. It's stb no is 84148990. Its show my august month cable bill 330 rs.. I contacted the ucn customer care and cable operator many times but they did not help me.. Last 50 days he just assures that your problem will be solved. But problem is not solve.. So i request u plz solve my problem as soon as possible...

                    I bought 40 m. B. P. S plan of g. T. Pl broadband but ther is no speed of internet at the time of sale salesman said fiber connection but they not provide fiber connection and now he will not answer properly and i am paid full amount of 12 months.
                    He wl also not provide a receipt of my cheaque payment.

                      Hi,
                      i have gtpl brodband (baroda) connection. and plan taken 40mbps.

                      logged complaint regarding speed. since one month. even mailed to appellate authority also. they also fails to provide solution.

                      current speed of my brodband hardly 300kbps.my mobile internet speed is 20 time faster than this. shame on GTPL.

                      they are interested in selling product they dont care about problems.

                            I have requested gtpl to shift my connection to another place as i have shifted my home. It’s been 15 or more days since i have putted the request of shifting. I tried to contact via call as well as i have sent them more than 10 mails yet there is no response or call from gtpl. I am working from home as well as my family member do. What to do in such situation where there is no contact with gtpl.

                              I'm a customer of gtpl broadband. My customer user id is : ajay_sanu.
                              My internet connection disconnected from amphan cyclone, and when i contacted to the customer care (26 may, 2020), they said that this problem will be solve in about 2 days. But 4 days gone. I am suffering the same problem. Local agent did not contact till now. They do not receive any call by mobile phone.
                              In this reason my all professional work stopped. Is it gtpl broadband's best service for customers?

                                My user id : sg8_pln I'm using GTPL broadband internet and from last 20 to 25 days i can not get internet between 8 PM to 9 AM.Every evening my internet stop and at morning its working properly. they have taken money for 24 hour internet service and they only provide 12 hour internet.

                                  I tried so many time but recharge on my gtpl app os not getting done.. It constantly shows contact your cable operator and when we contact cable operator he is so rude do not co-operate at all.. He just shouts like #.. Stupid gtpl if you don't wann recharge then why are u working.. Sit home.. This is quarantine and only entertainment is tv and they are not even doing anything to help.

                                      I have purchase gtpl broadband connection as my organization set wfh during this covid 19 breakout in gujarat. Since, i started wfh this freaking gtpl broadband has lost connection several times and i am fed from this gtpl people. They don't even picking up the there phones to hear complaints. I visited the office near me in chandkheda. One of there fool said to me this will be fixed in the evening by 5 pm. But it's not resolved or fixed yet. I have called several time that fool guy but he did not answer the phone.

                                        Gtpl continuously closing the generated ticket regarding issue without giving solution!! Though i have plan of 60mbps i m not even getting the speed of 1 mbps!! Cable line is clear so there is no ping drop but there is so much delay which has to be 1ms!! Please help me and provide me the solution asap.
