My user id : sg8_pln I'm using GTPL broadband internet and from last 20 to 25 days i can not get internet between 8 PM to 9 AM.Every evening my internet stop and at morning its working properly. they have taken money for 24 hour internet service and they only provide 12 hour internet.

    I tried so many time but recharge on my gtpl app os not getting done.. It constantly shows contact your cable operator and when we contact cable operator he is so rude do not co-operate at all.. He just shouts like #.. Stupid gtpl if you don't wann recharge then why are u working.. Sit home.. This is quarantine and only entertainment is tv and they are not even doing anything to help....

      I have purchase gtpl broadband connection as my organization set wfh during this covid 19 breakout in gujarat. Since, i started wfh this freaking gtpl broadband has lost connection several times and i am fed from this gtpl people. They don't even picking up the there phones to hear complaints. I visited the office near me in chandkheda. One of there fool said to me this will be fixed in the evening by 5 pm. But it's not resolved or fixed yet. I have called several time that fool guy but he did not answer the phone.

      No one has answered my call on above numbers. If they do not want answer the phone than why the hell company providing the number to these people.

      No one has even called me back.

      Could someone help me out on this.

        Gtpl continuously closing the generated ticket regarding issue without giving solution!! Though i have plan of 60mbps i m not even getting the speed of 1 mbps!! Cable line is clear so there is no ping drop but there is so much delay which has to be 1ms!! Please help me and provide me the solution asap.

          Frequently no service from company and no proper response,
          Bad answering from there person towards complaint registering
          Since when i purchased internet plan from last 2 month there is no usual connectivity of internet and due to it m not able to surveillance my place of work online, i told n registered this complaints many times about unusual connectivity to there complaint number but still its same and getting worst day by day...             Dear sir,

            On 29/11/2019 a message came in my inbox from gtpl (Your account 13541964 is successfully created) against my mobile number but any days, anytime gtpl not used by me. They totally used my mobile no. Without my permission. How can it possible?

            Gtpl customer care always said that problem arise from my end but gtpl connection not used by me till now.

            Pls solve my problem.

              With my complain on dated 19/08/2019 is closed without solution.
              Again i have registered complain on dtd 21/08/2019 complain closed without resolution
              My complain re-open dtd 26.8.19 again closed without resoluation.
              Than again registered my complain still no body is come to my home resolved for the same.

              Gtpl customer care department & service engineer fool from last 8 days

              Gtpl is not able to provided proper service in time.

                I m mehul joshi, leaving in new mani nagar ahmedabad, we have gtpl cable network and local operator name is pc world vision. Before 15 days, changed set top box, by technician but after changing he has kept old set top box. Which after every 15 to 20 min automatically shows no signal and starts after exact 1 min.
                Complaint lodged in gtpl and local cable operator. But he his not coming inspite, calling him so many times.
                Kindly resolve the issue, bcz this operators are not giving proper service and charging lot of money. They r not afraid of any body.

                  I have requested for new gtpl broadband connection on 3rd aug 2019 but still i am not getting any update from the concern person or gtpl service provider.

                  After 17 days i got news when i call to gtpl customer care, that it is till in the process.

                  I am totally frustrated, it is embarrassing my work.

                    On 31st july 2019 my internet stoped working. I raised complaint from gtpl app ticket no:3274730. After getting same answer for 2 days on phone that my issue will resolve in 24 hours. On 3rd july they told me my ticket has been closed. My internet was still not working. How can they close the ticket without even solving the problem? On the same day i again raised the complaint ticket no: 3302191. I called them twice a day once in morning where they tell me my issue will resolve same day. Once in evening where they tell me my issue will resolve tomorrow. After being fed up when i demanded to talk with senior executive they disconnected my phone. I called again there was a different guy i asked him to give the phone to senior executive. And also said please don't cut my phone. He said he will not. And then he put me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected. I have phone recording of all the communication. Worst service ever. Please take some action against them or guide me to legal procedures

                      My cabel operator sai cable is adding the monthly bill of rs 500 per month from last 3 month every month ian resiving the sms of monthly bill but i have chainged operator not using it and i have completed manyer times but then also operator is adding the bill and saying that you can not disconnect the connection you have pay we don't know anything but i am not even using his connection this is total # they are not even taking my complaint wow gtpl wow sai cable *

                        Daily complain made since last 1 week still no person came and no solution found

                        Gtpl broad band is big brand but offering low quality service

                        Dont go for gtpl, govt system,

                        No one is responsible same like old rto system &

                        Customer care support executives are not doling proper work, they just read script

                        Very bad experience

                          We have requested for transfer of set top box on march 30th 2019 and operator took rs. 500 as transfer charges and informed that by monday your set top box will be started.

                          Since then we are calling him day & night, either he mis behaves or sometimes gives false information that gtpl is not responding or most of the time not responding our calls,

                          In these days we have made more than 100 calls to him but no response yet.

                          We are fed up with the person and gtpl and would like to take back money if they dont understand value of customers.

                          Very pathetic and discouraging attitude shown by even call centre.

                            My cable tv operator is gtpl link network pvt. Ltd. C/o sky vision, 11, hariom ave., opp. Vallabhnagar mahadev, pij road, nadiad-387002. I have paid subscription rs.3000/- for 3/5/18 to 3/5/19. Operator has blocked my all tv chanals since 7/3/19. I personally complaint on 8/3/19 but not booked by operator. Also not responding on phone. Than i approched to gtpl customer care site frequently but not solved, even not hear my difficulty. Than i many times approched to nodal officer of gtpl by phone and told him but not respond my complain. Every time he tell me to contact your operator and played game of time passing. Please take seriously this matter of not responding and bad bussiness practice by operator / gtpl and take action against them and order them to restore my tv chanals immediately. Also give instuction to extend subscription for disputed period.

                              I lived at subhash chowk Ghurukul road ahmedabad and several time i have called my GTPL operator to renew my package but I havent got any proper response from them. its been a 3 days I am chasing them and not at all happy with there customer service.

                                Local operator svs communications
                                Selected channels and paid rs 645/- on 23 feb 2018 about 50:channels alacarte.
                                Very few channels seen, not even the initial minimum number. Gtpl does not have my rtn. I do not have the connection number they ask. Local operator says he is helpless because government is tricking people. Very annoying to be deprived of tv news as elections are fast approaching.

                                  Gtpl is providing the channel packages at unfair rate
                                  A package @390
                                  My calculation: 130 (Rent)+ 49 (Star) + 31 (Sub) + 39 (Zee) + sony sprots (39) +8 (Discov)+10 (Disneyind)+55 (18%)= 361
                                  I have taken all the channels you don't need to left out any channel.

                                  The price listed is too high. They are looting people. You should take action against them.

                                  As per trai new regulation implemented from 1-2-2019, gtpl in gujarat tv cable network viewer have no choice of " ndtv " chennal selection .Why gtpl cable network in gujarat prohibited " ndtv " channel in gujarat?pl. Arrange or do needful in the matter so that one can select "ndtv" channel on gtpl cable network in gujarat.
                                  GTPL/Service providers seem not prepared to comply with TRAI mandate and channels desired are not being provided and many unwanted channels are thrust as pack. System should be created whereby customer can select channel online and know price implications and opt for it as is done on TRAI site.

                                    I was paying 300 rupees for one month for unlimited channels. Now the gtpl asking 390 + rupees for one month. And it is also less than before i was getting. And they are not giving channels as per our choice. They have made there own packs. The channel they are providing are mostly free. And also there customer service executives are unanswerable they just cut call when you try to contact them. So, i would like to request you to check this rule again. And take necessary action against gtpl.

                                      I have 50 mbps plan but i get download speeds around 10-15 mbps and sometimes even goes down to like 7-8 mbps upload is fine getting around 22-25mbps. At night it runs well i get 47mbps which is fine but during daytime speed is very unstable. I complained to gtpl about 3 to 4 times but they never resolved it. They just say restart the router or operator will say i'm resetting your connection from here and tell me to check speeds then they said our technician will come in 24 hours. But no one came. They didn't fix anything. Worst customer service ever.
