Gujarat Telelink Private Ltd. (GTPL), a major multi service operator (MSO) holds over 60 % of the cable network market in Gujarat. Recently, it denied to pay an outstanding due amount of 14 crores to ESPN that resulted in the stoppage of broadcasting ESPN and Star- Sports and hence deprived its consumers of the most popular sporting event on earth FIFA World Cup 2010 in spite of consumers paying them proper rental charges. Cable operators always keep giving assurances to its consumers that these mega events will get broadcasted and still they have deprived their consumers from French Open, now FIFA World Cup and if the tussle continues, consumers will be deprived of Wimbledon as well. It is a heartbreak for lakhs of soccer fans in the state, 60,000 in Ahmedabad itself. Therefore, I sincerely request you to take action against GTPL, end this payment tussle and resume the broadcast of ESPN as soon as possible so that we do not miss the live action of this great event. Whole of Gujarat will be thankful to you.

GTPL is really inconsiderate and totally curropt and inefficient
Pakistan, China are getting free signals of Fifa, whereas in India we are being forced to pay Rs 72 per viewer .
Why is our government silent on this injustice being done.
Infact thes very channels are even exploiting the situation to extect money from public.
The rate per viewer of Rs 72 is not logical as the entire money we pay to our operators is approximately Rs 200 per month.
This monthly payment of Rs 200 includes all the channels we pay, then how is it possible to just pay Rs 72 per month to Espn alone.

These very pay channels are charging Rs 32 per month toDTH and for the same content cable operators are being asked to pay Rs 72.
This is a very big scam of govt in connivance with DTH companies to extract maximum amount of money from general public..
There should be an enquiry against the exploitation of public and cable operators by these channels.
It is a tragedy how we have been left at the mercy of these channels to be exploited with govt supporting ourexploitation.
Our cable operator provides us all channels for approximately Rs 25wher0 per month, whereas if we calculate the costing of all channels dones not come less than Rs 480 per month.
So the allegations against are baseless and its a scam to divert the public to purchase DTH so that the public ends up paying Rs Rs 350 to 400 per month to DTH.

My Pandya, I do agree to what you say and also what Lucky has said but over here we are fine to pay Rs. 72 and still deprived of having a look at our favorite sporting events. We talk about scams but can we get a resolution to it so everyone can enjoy FIFA one of the greatest sporting events.
Lets work togateher and let the whole Ahmedabad enjoy FIFA and then Wimbeldon, also the F1 races as well.

how they manage to pay 75 per connection..???

in Gujarat we do have many small and big networks and they are showing those channels to there customers..

GTPL give me the answer.. pay 75 from your own pocket just like other operators does.. just because u r too big u think u can do whatever u like.. i know today yr customer has no choice.. they cant leave GTPL because of yr DADAGIRI..

dear all start switching from GTPL to any DTH more and more people use DTH then only it will be cheap in future... this way we can break monopoly of GTPL

I have new connection on dated 30th oct.2013, but every 3 or 4 days speed problems &also net is running condition, it will any time disconnect on every 1 or 2 days.in 1 month 11 to 12 times complains for this subjects.so pl. needful action. thanks.

    fifa world cup has just started.. but due to irregularities of gtpl ahmedabad millions of football lovers in ahemadabad,kheda,anand dist. cant watch world cup. they gave reason that they didnt pat money to espn-star.. but why didnt pay.. everybody is paying rental regularly..
    my sincere request is to take some disiplinary action against them..and resume brodcasting of espn -star.

    it is frustrating due to a channel provider not paying ESPN. 5 million people pay regular bills and still no matches of the worlds biggest and favored event. why would one not want to stop their services.
    any idea if we will be able 2 see in espn?i m frm surat..same problem..i heard frm my operator tht it will start frm tuesday...
    Please do not trust them. I was asking my cable operator regularly from past 10 days and he was saying that it should start within couple of days. I do not understand when I already paid my cable rent for whole year in advanced and they are not showing the channel for which I paid rent.
    If anybody here to authorised to take some action then help us. 60% of people in Gujarat have GTPL connections so it is not about couple of people.

    THIS IS ASCAM TO DIVERT US TO DTH WHERE WE END UP PAYING MORE THAN DOUBLE.AND ONCE THE CABLE OPERATOR IS FINISHED, WE WILL BE AT THE MERCY OF DTH.
    THEN WE WILL BE CHARGED MATCHWISE.
    ESPN AND GOVT OF INDIA MUST EXPLAIN, ON WHAT BASIS ESPN CHARGES RS 32 AND RS 72 TO CABLE OPERATORS.
    WHY IS GOVT OF INDIA SUPPORTING MARKETING OF DTH KNOWING VERY WELL THAT DTH COSTS THE AAM AADMI MORE THAN DOUBLE OF WHAT WE PAY TO OUR CABLEW OPERATORS.
    Oh Please shut the crap about 450 per month. My cable operator charges me 280 per month and 3300 if I pay for whole year. Since ESPN was not coming on GTPL network, I threw away my cable connection and brought DTH. I would not mention the name of DTH because that way you might think I am advertisng something. Now I have to pay 3560 for a year which includes all the channels with better picture quality and sound quality.
    In the world of compition, you can not have service like GTPL. You neve survive with this kind of service. I am not saying that DTH are better than all cable operators but If a cable operator or provider is going to act like GTPL then they have to shut down their crap service.
    our gtpl set top box is working properly.srevice is also not good.so please take some action against the employees.Improve the quality of set top box.the employees says, THE SET TOP BOX can work only for 1-1.5 yrs.

      I am customer of GTPL Broadband internet, My Internet connection was not working and when I am trying to complain but there is only one toll free customer support number, which can be dial from only BSNL phones, I do not have BSNL connection, so when I am calling them on their different number they are replying we will not take complain other than our toll free number.

      so how can i solve my internet connection problem.

      There is no support from GTPL, it's service is so worst in ahmedabad.

      I have installed set up box through your GTPL VallabhVidyangar Netwrok. Last two months I facing lot of problem in the subject set up box and I am not getting any response from your GTPL Vallabh Vidyanagar Office. While starting the TV it displays a message as INSERTED CARD IS NOT A VIEWING CARD (2). Please look into the matter and arrange to rectify the problem immediately.

          Dear,
          I am sorry to state that i have been subscriber of GTPL for the last two years and i have recommended more than five connections to my society for your good service as i have been in the administration of my society. I regret to inform you that on the 29th March 10 your collection officer has persuaded me to up grade my connection from 100 mbps to 128 mbps and requested me to pay the subscription for the whole year. Accordingly i paid Rs 3970--00 instantly by cheque but to my surprise the speed remains the same as before. Is it the technique to trap your old and assured customer? He also promised me that the technician would visit your home and update the speed but nothing has happened yet.
          Clarify immediately the upgradation scheme if it ever exists or it is just a business policy. if prompt step has not been taken to clarify and convince me i would not hesitate legal action against your false and pompous policy.

            This is regards to the payment that I have made towards the Internet connection for my (Tejas Bhavsar) house at Plot No:- 218/1, Sector:- 2/B. Ganbhinagar dated 01/02/2010 with the receipt no:- A, Invoice No:- 17529. I have been told to get the refund of the amount Rs 1655.00 for the internet connection that was technically not possible for your technician to provide through the cable. And few days after one of your representative came with the wireless device that I have strictly told him not to install as I am not interested in the wireless connection to which he replied that it is only for the trial and we will be giving you your money back in two days. This has happened on 23rd of Feb 2010. The connection which was done wirelessly at my location was not removed for one day and I have called the concern person to remove it immidiately. The connection was anyways removed and I was promissed to get my money back within 2 dyas and it is almost a month now. I have been trying to contact the local office of gandhinagar again and again but no one is replying me in a satisfactory manner and getting the unwanted excuses for the same. So, I request you to look into this and get back to me with the satisfactory reply.

            hi friend i am going to take internet connection from GTPL so can u please tell me how it is and is it relable for using internet connection they have diff plans now a day and i choose one of them which is 450 Rs. permonth and 550 installation charges and all with 2500 for 6 months ..

            Worst broadband ever. No response of complaints.
            Every time your complaint will resolved in their system automatically without actual resolution of the problem. I have been complaining since 15 days daily till my problem is pending.

            Unable to view English News, movies and other channels

            All the English News, movies and other channels are not telecasted. Even Subscriber application forms are also not distributed in our area. Please reply for the same.
            I am using internet connection and facing frequent problems. I have faced 10 problems in only 4 months.
            some time it stopped working after 1 hr only after solving the problem.

            Same problem we are facing since the connection done.
            Third class service, third class customer support, I have used the broadband service for one month only and I have six-month plan, I have requested for the shifting to new house but they denied and also denying for refund and showing me company policy lollypop.

            You couldn't get any penny, because of their bullsh*t policy. We also want to change the connection but due to their bullsh*t policy, we can't get over this
            Worst service every. they do not value the customers. they will call frequently for new connection or renewal but once they get customer they stop responding you.
            TOO MUCH WORST SERVICE... i want to cancel my gtpl internet connection, no valuable answer or service from custumer care.. please tell me process to cancle my connection

            This is the policy of them. We are still trying to cancel the connection for 6 months.

            I will never suggest gtpl broadband to any one even if they are giving it free. Service is really poor.
            I bought a new connection on 27th November 2020, 100mbs for 12 months for rs 8000. the sales person took the money and just cable the thing it's been 12 days since my installation has not been done the person who is supposed to install the router has not came yet I called the sales person he ain't answering my calls and customer care is of no use they just repeat one thing your problem will be resolved but its been weeks no body came I want my money back.

              Dear Sir,

              GTPL have provided me a broadband service and Mr. Deepak Khunt (Who is marketing executive from GTPL at bapunagar office) Promise and even told me that you will never ever get dissconnected with our internet service. I have purchase a plan and i paid round about 2700/- Rs. I got connection after 30 days(nearly) of paid the money to GTPL (through check).

              However, that i forgive but when i am connecting to GTPL mostly at night time(as i am doing job in the day time) always its disconnected. Sometimes connected then its disconnected nearly 12 mid night. And i am calling to call center(Even they have not provided me any reachable call center No. I search myself and call them after suffered 15-20 days) they register complain and inform me that our engineer will come tomorrow each and every time. Never his engineer come at our home and not any solution for this issue.

              Please help me for the same and save other also from GTPL Broadband.

              <B>I would like to tell you that never ever purchase GTPL and never ever do any financial terms with GTPL or GTPL guy (Mr. Deepak Khunt). He is from Bapunagar. GTPL is fraud and GTPL guys also fraud.</B>

              see mr. nital me and my many friend are preffering GTPL and there were no any proble we found with GTPL anytime and we have purchase this connection from DEEPAK KHUNT...and GTPL is best in all internet service...nothing is fraud...

                i have 6 months package subscription. but from the very first day of connection i have complaint of redialling the internet. so my all work is lost due to that. every 2 or 3 minute it restarted. and also most of the time connection is lost and problem is not solved even for 2 or 3 days. and also customer care executive give wake answers. i am tired of this.

                    Very Bad Service of GTPL

                    Hi to All

                    Here i would like to draw kind attention of all who are using GTPL Cable service. Actually i am facing some problems with GTPL cable servie so i called them they told me that you please install set top box so all your probles will be solved. I reqeusted them to please installed it. but surprizingly after 100 follow ups they are not even responding well and till today i have not got my set top box more than 7 months....

                    GTPL internet service is one of the worst services I have ever experienced in my life...Not only the ISP but even the customer care is declining calls. My broadband is not working from last 3 days and whenever I contact the customer care they didn't receive the call they simply just decline. I would not recommend any of my friends to go for GTPL

                      I have taken internet connection of GTPL by paying Rs. 1675/- for three months unlimited plan. Since the day I started, the internet connection was not working perfectly and internet stopped anytime. Everytime I had to talk to their customer care office where people do not reply promptly and takes too much time to respond where I have to follow the redirection instruction. As I am working online and it was very important for me to be online. But as and when the internet got disconnected, it would not start upto 4-6 hours. I have lost my money and time after taking the internet connection. They have also fixed a setup box at my home and promised to pay me 100/- rs per month. I got only two months payment after so much followup..I have wasted much more money after calling them.....Still I am waiting for the last e-bill charges..During this three months almost 14-15 days the internet was not working totally and they are not even refunding the amount and not expanding the days....

                      Let me know what shall i do for it.

                      I have paid 2yr extra payment for GTPL Broadband connection.
                      My net is not working properly working, worst service is provided by them.
                      Customer care are not receiving any phone call from our side.
                      Some time they solve our problem, but on the next day we are facing same problem.
                      I just want my refund but they are neither giving me refund nor better service.
                      I am facing this problem from last 1 yr.
                      Their technical persons are very rude.
                      I just want my refund.

                        My name is JOBIN C THOMAS. I am from gujarat(ahmedabad) sabarmati i.o.c road chandkheda.
                        my complaint is that i has given the amount of Rs1655 to gtpl for internet connection on 12/08/09. They told me connection will be done in 7 or 8 days. But its almost 12th day and yet the connection not given to me. I complaint more than 15 times in gtpl call center about this problem. But they are not responding me. They are just extending the time limit of connection. And i need it urgently. So SIR please do needfully for me.

                          15 days are gone no body turned up to active my services, if this is the service before using the boradband than what will be when after using it?? i think that is totally scrap.

                          Hi,

                          GTPL is the worst service provider in any field I have ever seen in my life.

                          I took connection 15 days back but still it haven't started. When I call customer care they say to call technical team because they are there to only register complains.

                          When I call technical staff they say they work from 11 to 6 and between 1 to 4 they take break, so I have to be available in either 11 to 1 or 4 to 6 .

                          I dont' know only they are the people who are doing job in this world.

                          If there is problem in taking connection I don't know after they start the connection what service they will provide.

                          WORST !! WORST!! WORST!!

                              I Myself(Bhargav.R.Thakkar) is lodging this complaint regarding to my broadband connection.I am using the connection of GTPL Broadband Private Ltd. since last 9 months.And there is not even a single day when i haven't faced the problem in the service.Its frequent that it shows the error 815 every 2 days and connection stops working for 2 to 3 days in a week.Morever, They have the chargeable customer care service.And the contactpersons are never available at once we call them.And accoring to me i have visited this site before and i have seen lots of complaints for the same poor service of GTPL lodged by various customers of ahmedabad.This friday at morning around 9 am same error had occured so i have made a copmlaint to their CCE Pradeep and the problem was resolved on same day.But on saturday morning again the same problem had occured then i have registerd a complaint immidiately on saturday morning, which was resolved on Monday evening, after i have made several calls to their customer care, and atlast abused their CCEs.The total cost of internet connection i have paid for 9 months is somewhat around Rs.3200, But the calls i have made for complaints had cost me arond Rs1000 to 1500.So why don't you take some action against this fraud and lousy company.Please kindly give me feedback.

                                I have a boradband connection of GTPL of Ahmedabad at my home. It never works in time . If, you take connection of GTPL, you have to call very oftenly to GTPL call centre for solution. The call centre ask many questions about our computer & if they do not find any problems with our computer they say, we will do the needful as soon as possible. The term The as soon as never comes !!! Every time thay ask you for the token number. providing the call token number is very rear, once in blue moon . My connection is not working since 3 days. I have informed them more than 10 times. on 18th Oct- 2009, provided token number. GTPL call centre informed me that they will do the needful with in 24 hours. Today, I called again, they do not the problem. They may again provide me a token number just to forget. There is no value for the any one. You pay & bear the pain of GTPL

                                I am GTPL customer user for broadband service. In digital India era I never found such bogus customer care service. I brought new gtpl broadband connection with wifi router. At the time of dealing authorised officer has give me plan of 300 gb Internet for one year at cost of 5100 Rs. and I also paid 1500/- more for D-link router with two entina. But at the time of delivery they provide me Banatone router with two entina which I never order. At the time of delivery they promise me that at that time they have no D-link router so they will provide me it within one week. But after that authorised officer also not pick up my phone and when I contacted customer care service they told me that I would make complain at near gtpl office which is so far from my home. Thus a authorised officer cheated me so I am very disappointed from gtpl customer care and his authorised officer. So never buy gtpl broadband they are cheated persons.

                                bad staff with bad service and i have net speed 8 MBPS, after new installation good after a week very bad and now very bad
                                Unfortunately, there is no 0 star for which GTPL is actually eligible. Their customer support service, as well as maintenance of the network, is worst then worse. I could not remember how many times in a week their services go down. Once they have received paymment then they do not bother about you.

                                  I took a connection from Gujarat Telelink Private limited, Where I was provided with the connection and then there was no help provided from the company then I had to cancell the connection, today there has been 3 months from the date of cancellation today also the company is not refunding the payment.

And one thing to remember that "No one is perfect" :-). just thing is that it is better than others, cheap and reliable and its for only ahmedabad local area, so they can better concentrates.

                                  I'm having GTPL Connection since last 2 years and i never had any issues with the channels or anything. But i would like to slightly change here, and I'm very much agree with "Sharad Acharya" cause that was happened to me too when i had issues with the channels, i called up the local Service Provider and every time i call them, in return i get the same reply that "We'll send our technician tomorrow and he will try resolving your probelm". so i called the HQ of GTPL and they said we will sort this out within 24 hours and whatever they said they have proven. AS in they sorted out my channel issue.

                                  ONE MORE THING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY HERE THAT PLEASE PLEASE PAY THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT FOR ESPN AND STAR SPORTS SO THAT WE CAN SEE THE FOTTIE..

                                  The GTPL cable at our home is not working since three days. We have called over 10times in three days but no one is listening to us. They just tell that we will send the person to your home but none has come till now. They dont talk to us properly on the phone too and dont bother to listen to our problems.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have take GTPL connection few months back and after first month of satisfaction with the connectivity although the committed speed of is never delivered and its almost less then the lower expectations as well.

                                    I am from Indira Bridge, Ahmedabad and i have take connection from Mr. Prakash who is your distributor in Sardar Nagar near Indira Bridge.He is also providing us TV channel service as well so we thought this is best to have one service provider for both services which is proved to be wrong. I have taken Night Viewer plan.

                                    But still at the service level i have more concerns to share and below are the points i would like to highlight here as below: -

                                    1. He does not have good technical staff members at his end who can repairs the problems.
                                    2. He does not get the service done on the committed time and i have to waste my lot of mobile phone charge by calling them and also wasting my time in following up with him.
                                    3. He always says me that GTPL guys are not responding him and always shares the concerns with me but his sweet talk cannot make me happy as i want the service and not excuses.
                                    4. Also when i talked with Mr. Ramesh and explained him my situation i was committed next day morning service at 10AM or 10:30 AM but the guys came in in the later afternoon where i again lost lot of my mobile phone charge and also wasted my time. This ha frustrated me a lot.
                                    5. When the guys came in i got the information that they have some other area to cover and they does not come in my territory and this is their kindness they have come to this area. Where are the guys of my area who can resolve my issue?
                                    6. When the guys from Praksah coming to solve my issues sometime says they are not experienced one and they operate with the channel cables and this is the level of experience they get into the work so i do not know on what skills my service is dependent on from your end.
                                    7. It has cost me loss of my Business Targets as i am in Service Sector and my company gives me targets which i am not able to fulfill now.
                                    8. I have lost my own business which i run for my extra income and this has cost me lot of money now.
                                    9. After asking lot of time i did not have even one time the contact numbers of GTPL call centers and after fighting with him he shared with me the number of Mr. Ramesh and he guided me to Call Centre Numbers.
                                    10. I pay the money in advance and get the bills later which is not a good way to take the money from the customers which has being followed at your service end.
                                    11. I am not getting any proper information from your distributor here as well so I am not at all satisfied with him.

                                    I am mentally harassed now and want to get my money refunded. Please take appropriate actions and do the right thing. If not done I have to take further actions as I have not rendered service which I was promised and cannot take this good price paid for very low standard service availed to me till now.

                                      I only require internet after my office hrs between 9.00 pm to 9.00 am.

                                      02> whenever i placed complaint i have been place with a complaint number and committed to get solution next day morning.

                                      03> next morning to evening it works, but then again same problem repeats and up to now the same.

                                      Here in shreenand nagar-iv, block “f” your ofc cable, network device, media converter are placed on the terries.
                                      For the same ac power supply is provided using rj-45 lan cable which is very badly wired and can cause unexpected accident. Here shreenand nagar society is family resident areas which consist of children, women and peoples usually use terries for playing and other purpose.

                                      Who would be responsible for any accident occurs due to this irresponcipilities?

                                      I am not any more interested to use your broadband connection and so please kindly refund my connection charges paid and discontinue your ugly services.

                                      It is submitted that on 18-12-07, a so-called agent from the Airtel office visited our house to collect the amount of bill due on the above date . He, as usual, collected a cash amount of Rs 1942/- and provided receipt numbered 47573 in return which also bore the hologram of Airtel.

                                      Within 3-4 days my phone connection including the broadband services was disconnected. After meeting the concerned in charge at your office situated at Krishna Plaza, Meerut my connection services were resumed. It was there only where I came to know that one of your employees retrenched from airtel was involved in the fraud and absconded after collecting bills in cash from a number of customers in the vicinity of Mangal Pandey Nagar . He is of late said to be in police custody as per the information obtained from your above office.

                                      In spite of the above facts and paying my telephone bill well in time every month, my broadband services have been disconnected every now and then since last December.
                                      Even the past months bill amounting to Rs 1360/- have been paid well in time on 6th of March’2008.

                                      During all these months I have been calling and even meeting your employees at your office for the above restoration of the services but in vain.

                                      I have called and explained the same to at least 50 of your customer care executives. Every time I complaint number is issued to me and I am assured of getting back the services . It has happened that my broadband services have resumed for a few hours and some times even for a couple of days but have been disconnected after each such occasion. The customer care response is that my connection have been barred from “higher levels”. No person, including the customer care executives and office employees, has the clue what are these “higher levels”.

                                      In the above process apart from numerous customer care executives, I have met or spoke to the following persons .

                                      Mr. Ashish, Mr Tejbir, Mr Martini all from Meerut office.

                                      Mr. Manish, Mr. Tarun from Delhi Office.

                                      I am very disappointed over the overall care shown to me by Airtel, despite that I am an Airtel customer since past few years. I wonder that even after paying all bills in time ever since I have your connection I had to encounter the above mental harassment . The funny part is that my ISD, STD, and local telephones services were in place during all this period. The common sense says that if I had been wrong on my part then you should have disconnected all the services all together, why only broadband services. When I bear the original receipt of the disputed bill, what is my fault . If somebody has acted recklessly in your company why should a customer suffer for that . Moreover why no action was taken on all of my complaints and why no body thought about removing grievances of their customer?

                                      The answer is simple in front of me. Nobody at Airtel is bothered.

                                      I too work in a Multinational company and I know how important it is to value the customer . We are taught that a satisfied customer brings two more customers with him but a dissatisfied one takes ten out of the existing ones.
                                      But Airtel seems to be in another pursuit.

                                      If I have done any wrong or any bill is due from my side then I must me told . Your executives are simply registering my complaints till date, even maintaining that my complaint is genuine, but not getting it send across the concerned authorities.

                                      I have decided to call off my Airtel Connection, the application for which I have already put forward one day back . It will be definitely in my interest to end all relations with Airtel and save myself from further mental harassment .

                                      My purpose to write this mail is to get some one at the top in Airtel, who might be just awake, to look into the matter and let not other affected customers to follow suit.

                                      Finally I have received service form Technical executive and it seem that the problem is been resolved.

                                      On 28th Feb & 1st -2nd March Your Tech. support Engineer Mr. Sujit & Mr. Soheb visited my place and also did some technical improvement.
                                      From that day on words I have not received network unplugged problem anymore.

                                      Yesterday Mr. Ramesh have visited me for feedback of existing problem.
                                      He told me that all necessary improvement have been done to resolve the problem permanently & also committed that such in-convince will not occur again in future.

                                      I Hope I would receive support instantly if any technical problem occurs.

                                      in march 25 2009 i have given ch.to gtpl for connection + six month rent. they have promise to install within six days but they were fail to do that. so i have ask for erefund its also not given till today . hopeless administration and bogus company
                                      Even I have suffered the same from the hands of GTPL.
                                      Every other day I get the error 678. Whenever I call the customer care executives, they give me a complaint number and solve the problem in 1 day..
                                      But the same problem arises again and again.
                                      Misguided by there representatives, I bought their 1 year plan and have been suffering since the last 10 months.
                                      And this guy ABHISHEK.. he does not have manners to talk. Worst person I have ever come across in my life.

                                      They have even installed their SWITCH on my terrace and not paid for it since the last 3 months!!! and there is no one in the customer care to listen to this complaint of mine.

                                      I am fed up of such a service. and would never suggest anyone to buy their connection.

                                      It is regetfully said that the service provided by the GTPL broadband is very bad. Everytime, we are complaining and complaining on phone. But no response is shown by the GTPL broadband. And Xth Pass engineer comes everytime and says that there is fault in the cable system or there is no light. What the hell system is? Everytime, it shows GTPL is "unplugged" or "Unable to connect" "redialing". What is this? And you take money from the customer in the advance. And instead of providing service to the customer, you are harrassing. On 25 th June, 09 I have taken the internet connection( Unlimited Plan - 128 kbps) from your GTPL broadband and since then I am fed up. And I have spent lot of money on phone for making complaints. Who will pay that money and moreover for the harrasment your GTPL broadband doing with us. Our neighbour has also taken the connection of GTPL. Yesterday night his connection was on and our connection was not coming. What is this??????????????????????. Everytime they give complaint number & number. We don't want complaint number. We want to solve our problem immediately. We will not tolerate this harrasment. If any immediate action will not be taken by your GTPL then we will go to police station and consumer court. Do not take it lightly. We have not taken your connection for harrasing ourself or spending money to take your complaint number or bearing your illerate engineers. If you cannot solve our problem then we refund our money. We don't want your stupid services. You are cheating & befolling your customers. Take immediate action or refund our money.

                                      I have also suffered 678 error and lost more than 15 days of connectivity due to unprofessional attitude of GTPL ahmedabad.                                       I have been using GTPL for a year & half plus but i am not satisfied with the services. The 678/651 (for Windows 7 users) problem pops put every now & then, especially at crucial times! Moreover, because of the new toll free customer service no., you have to hang in quiet a while before an executive happens to pick the call.

                                      The service technicians respond lazily & only come by the end of the day (without any intimation) when you are just having your evening plans! They mess around with the cable & wires & leave with absolute no idea as to what is wrong.

                                      In my case, as nothing seemed wrong, they came to the conclusion (on the 4th day of complaining) that the cable wire has water in it & needs to be replaced. No wonder I am having a tough time with my computer as it shuts down every now & then! the water must have got into the CPU as well!

                                      Anyways, since i was not available at home on the 4th day, they put the blame on my absence...there technicians were infront of my house & ready to replace... & closed the complaint without solving it as they were being questioned by their superiors on the delay!

                                      I definitely wont recommend their services (unless its the last option) to anyone after going through it for the last 18+ months! I am discontinuing with their services even if i dont get any refund!

                                      Now in any problems you face in future just reach at Anirudhsinh Jadeja (Anubhai - MD GTPL). he does not know all this problems.so if you want good result or refund just reach at their home directly at SABARMATI - every one know their home. his nature is like god, really really he is good person, i want to inform you to him instead of customer care and see result.

                                      My complaint is that i has given the amount of Rs4800 to GTPL for internet connection on 10/08/09. They told me connection will be done in 2 days. I have called to Mr.Milan([protected]) and Mr.Dhruvan([protected]) (Mr.Dhruvan collected payment) more than times about connection. But they are not responding me properly. They are just extending the time limit of connection and behaved like - "what you can do after paid you". And i need it urgently. So, please do needfully for me.

                                      Kindly I want to inform you all that I have renewed my GTPL account due to one if the sales guy from GTPL insted me very much. He has taken me in confidence that the service and support is improved

                                      I am now using GTPL --last 4 months (Sep 2011 to August 2011) and have no majors issue occurred. Now I personally feel that GTPL broadband have improved a lot.

                                      it is very bad service...in future i never take a internet connection from the GTPL even if any one is going to take the GTPL connection i will suggest that please do not trust and believe in GTPL internet

                                      when i connect to internet by giving user name and password it work good only for 10-15 minutes then i receive a message like redial a network connection

                                      i face the same problem every 20-25 minutes

                                      even the speed is very slow

Even on sundays they work . yes they fixed my connection on sunday . i love gtpl broadband.
