After installation of gtpl connection, i am contantly facing the internet connection problems. And i have registered lots of complain within short span of time. But your technical teams doesn't give the solution and event don't take the actions on those problems.
Gtpl technical persons are even not know what issue customer facing and why problem arises. And same senior
person reply in that way.
I have done hardly 30 days of my connections and as you can see due to the very bad connection service i have register so many applications. Finally i am frustrated due to this very bad service. I have also send the mail to email given by gtpl customer care which is [protected]@gtpl.net more than 3 times as you can see in attachment i attached.
If you call to any gtpl customer care they react like bullying and lying on customer and even they don't care about customer problems.

After facing so many issues i have taken new isp connection and now i want to take my refundable amount from gtpl as they are not able give me the service.
This application is regarding internet disconnection. I want to disconnect my internet connection and want to take my money back.
Give my money back immediately and take away the connection. If there is action doesn't taken from company side in 24 hours working days as said by cc executive, then we will go legally by law for not refunding the money, providing degraded services against advance money taken.
When i goes to nodal office of shahibaug branch then they refuse me to refunding my money back to me. And after the so many conversation they agreed to refund my money. But after that day they even did not respond to me.
I have also recorded all conversation which i had with the senior nodal officer of shahibaug branch in which they give me the commitment of refunding my money.
So, return my rest of the refundable amount.
