I wanted to purchase GTPL broadband connection, so I took contact numbers of local persons for broadband connection. He was asking for extra 500 rs for yearly plan as installation charges. He gave me reason that in Sargasan area, Gandhinagar we took this extra money from all new customer. But as per GTPL website no extra installation charges for yearly plans and even my two friends who recently bought internet didnt pay any installation charge for same plan.
I have tried to contact customer care so many times but those numbers are always busy, finally I thought to contact them in their ahmedabad office near Mithakhali 6 roads. But at office, watchman told me that no one in office for customer complain and took my details and contact no. After some time I got a call from local guy of sargasan area and who also told me same thing that extra charges they will take for installation. So finally I decided not to go with GTPL and purchased broadband connection from other ISP.
Customer care services in GTPL are worst.

It's been only a month I am using gtpl broadband but its a worst experience i've ever had.

I've purchased an unlimited plan but service is pathetic.

Everyday twice internet connection goes down, support number always busy and if it rings tech guys not respond well

Resolve this issue or i'll file a complaint against gtpl in consumer forum.

Gtpl customer complainttoll free no.[protected] is not working. Every time it mentions "busy" status. Then we are forced to call on other number +[protected] to register complaint, which is not toll free number, on this number we wait till gtpl customer executive receive our call, this costs a lot to register a complaint. Why should customer pay for the problem of gtpl? And we are forced to complain every day due to low speed or network...

Sir i have called for more than 25 times to gtpl customer care & mr. Amit thakore, technical head, but no body has given assurance for connectivity. Pl go through matter in crucial time of admission process of my children studying in higher education. No body is responsible for resolving complaint. Every day morning i calling, reply is none. So pl. Treat it as genien complain and resolve early.

Since first week of april16. braodband connection disconnected. and GTPL was unable to find fault. Since this practise was repeated in march also. Hence we have requested noddle officer through email for discontinue of broadband and refund the money since they were helpless. I am mailing everyday to GTPL nodal officer regarding refund. But after 43 days. i am not refunded my money.when it was asked on email for non refund of money. No response...

Atleast given 10 emails and 20 phone calls to for informing service provider, everytime they make excuse without any solution

It is kind of worst service a customer can bear.

I should approach consumer forum and also take internet connection from better service provider

I have purchased gtpl broadband connection for 10mbps plan.
My user id is : nhthaker_501

I am not getting proper speed from 3rd day of purchase and from last two days my internet is not working, i have complaint so may times to gtpl customer care they are not responding properly. Always they give me new time or date for resolution but my issue remains the same and no on is coming to check even. I am very tired of this gtpl broadband connection. I have attached the number of complaints which i did online and on call. But no resolution from gtpl.

I baught GTPL Broadband Before 2 months,
and My Plan is as below

9 AM to 9 PM -- 512 Kbps Speed
9 PM to 9 PM -- 2 Mpbs Speed.

But from last few days I observed that, I didnt get speed as I Expected and for which I have Paid.

and whenever I tried to call on Customer Care Exe. Nobody is there to register my complaint.

I tried both customer care numbers of GTPL broadband.

So Kindly Register my complaint and take necessary Action ON this GTPL Broadband company.

I'm a subscriber of gtpl broadband services since october 2015. My plan is of 500gb data @ 10mbps speed. I'm writing this because i've been facing internet problems more than a month. The surfing and download speed has gone below 1 mbps, especially during the daytime. I've been raising these issues on the toll-free number for almost everyday but still there has been no improvement. I also mailed them about the same at "[protected]@gtpl.Net" for more than 5 times but still the same. Therefore, i request you to take some necessary actions for the same. Thank you.

I m having 1 mbps (Unlimited) wifi at my home ...Bt from last night i m not able to go through the net appropriately ...I had done complain regarding this issue ...Now it's working !! But sometimes it stops working automatically i m fade up of this issue !!!...I m not satisfy with you as this thing occurs many times with you !!! Gtpl the worst broadband service.
Complaining from last 10 days that broadband is not working. They commit to solve issue in 24 hours but there is not at all any solution within 10 days. The team of Kapil Mistry (Gtpl Nodal Officer ) is also uncooperative.

My wifi is not working from 2 days when I contact to your customer care number they only reply that sir system update is going m not getting proper value for my money plz show this problem as soon as possible other I have to take some legal action there is problem of speed n half of the time wifi connection is nt there... plzz m request to check this prblm a soon as possilble

I am not satisfied with your service nobody attends the call and if they does still does not provide service. Every Day I have to made complaint but end of the they showing as they solved issue without any conformation with user…
They are not serious about service they just want to sell and make people fool…
They have not much staff to solve issue…
same issue are with setup boxes(chenal)...

I have been trying to shift my broadband connection from past two months and even tried calling them again and again but they will never receive the call and hang it after two or three minutes on its own and i stay furious for long. They do not even care about customer services and requirement. They even do not fulfill basic necessities of providing help in need .

I am one of the consumer of gtpl cable tv last so may days i have ask regarding my monthly bill but they are not providing me i have made so many request but they didn;t respond it

I was complaint to the gtpl set top box because in it the set top box are not continue playing so i was compaint the gtpl office but they are saying to contact your cable operator or so i contact to cable operator but they are not visit my home or not solve this problem ...Or not anitype of responce ...

My net is not working from last 7 days and regularly I m complaining on Coustmer care they say they will solve the issue in 24 hours but still there is no one is coming to solve the problem. My complain no. Is 1097060.

Dear Sir,

I want GTPL broadband connection in Kalol(dist.Gandhinagar) and I asked for it on 11th Feb, 2016. But GTPL peoples are rejecting it by giving reason that "another ISP is providing there so we are not providing". Then after they suggested that if you want a connection you must go for WiFi connection and I was ready before knowing cost. The cost was 4000 Rs for just installation and for plan 3500+ more. I have all calls recorded. I already called and complained about this in GTPL customer care and they said that installation charges are 550+ only. But still they are not taking any actions.
