Few days ago my 7 years son make some changes in remote setting, and i tried to complaint company to resolve it but they denied and forced me to ask local cable operator

Sanjay66 my id last one year i face 651 erro for this i call customer care write complain but backhand officer mr chirag or Dharmesh resolve it manual jsut sit office no one comemy home last 5 day my net totaly close i call chirga nodal officer but they just play with me i also live from office for this visit but they not come today[protected] i callchirga and remind for i have 651 problem he say me dont call me nikal na he to nikalde or ho sake vo utha le i also call dharmesh but he not pik up my call if gtpl office read thiskindly note : GTPL company is so nice but some employe like chirga and other 3 person who make gtpl namebead i kno i write butyou not take action on chirag suthar and dharmesh now i have last one options now i also give answer them intheir languge bead labuge on at my home many other connection now i close all than when senior come i solve it duaring this any wrong all responsible mr chirga or GTPL now i also want in written what step they do in 5 day give proof other wise i give proof of my all call which i call him for request i also wantmy all call bill which i spen on mr chirag and dharmesh [protected]@gmail.com my email id [protected] my contact number all dear reader if you buy gtpl broadband connect peeper for fight technical because all of employ every in professinal and most of talkin very bead langue and dont call nodal office because total westof money and time west i hope some one help this is post i not write for mebut for customer who face this problem hope some one help and asked them jay hind

I am installed set top box made by gtpl. Last three days signal not gain properly. I am complaint to cable operator. No body attend.

Gtpl net shop should be shut down... Very bogus facilty with cheater executives
I have very bad experience with gtpl since i have paid rs.15000/- per month with no net connection for 4 months and slow speed so on. Congratulation for making me foolish. And again i purchased wi-fi router with your great network and 4 times e-mailed and u sent me mail confirming that your wi-fi is connected yet no solution. I insisted to send engineer to my home with 3 remider per day still not sent by you i have plenty of times sent my detail regrading and again i am sending u.

I think i might give you duplicate rs.15000/- cherge that's why your great company playing with me. Ok, i am going to complain in consumer forum with copy of those mails and messages. Also i will recommend my it company to cancel gtpl connection at my office.

My user id : mjlathiya75 I'm using GTPL broadband internet and from last 20 to 25 days i can not get internet between 8 PM to 9 AM.Every evening my internet stop and at morning its working properly.I have called everyday to customer care but no one solve my query. All costumer care person told me that my complaints will resolve in 24 hr even i have talk with senior person of GTPL but still my problem did not resolve. GTPL service is...

I want to new gtpl cable conectios, but your service man no responce after collecting fees a one month . i complaint your nomber mentionad that but ther not ifective. i folloup but your service man big and biges rregones give me last one month.

i have bought gtpl stb from their operator a year ago

now i have shifted my home to the near by area of my previous registered address with gtpl

now they have stop my service and was asked to pay rs. 1500 again for activation
i agreed for payment because of the festival season...i didnt wanted my new purchased t.v would stay off on festival days

i am calling them since last saturday i.e 7/11/2015
but no one is receiving my calls

i have 4 different numbers given by them..each one just tried to divert my issue to another..after that there is no response from any one

i even contacted customer care..they are saying to contact their operator...we can not do any thing in this case

They always Answer ajay soni on lunch.. i want to explanation from ajay soni.. why he is miss guide customer.

I take new gtpl connection 10 day ago . Only first day I got Internet speed in day 512kbps and In night 1.65mbps. After onward I didn't get internet speed till today. I have complaint in gtpl so many time but my problem is not solved yet.
Daily I have to call gtpl customer care and they always make me fool that my problem will solved within 24 hours. But still them 24 hours are not completed.

I facing a same network problem (network limited) by every 10 to 15 days and whenever i call to customer care for the problem, they promise me to solve the problem in 24 working hours but their 24 hour are equal to my three days and if there is any holidays then i get a service after 4 or 5 days. last 9th Oct. i complain about the cabal problem and by next day i get conformation call about problem is solve but actually the problem is in same position and when the technician person come at my home, he also said that there is a cabal problem but the customer care mention that the problem is sort out.

And our cable provider refused to give me temporary setup box for that month. And also Still I did not recieve my repaired setup box. Pls do something..my contact no [protected]

I have applied for new cable connection to GTPL on 10th September 2015. My request number is 208715. It has been one month and I am not getting any satisfactory reply from them. Always they say that there is no stock for Set Top Box. I just cannot believe that a company is operating without stock of set top box for last 1 month. I have done complained to the Nodal Officer also but there is no response from him.

Hello, As pet ur premises we have connect with 4 user from our Teres modem connection. As time of connection of another user to our modem the installation 's.person told us he gives rent of that 4 user when ur new plan is renewal. And cutoff from that. But right now we have renewed plan now the person neglate talk about another user. And give us only. One user. Rent. Another 3 user's.rent are remaining.. Please solve issue.. This is worst experience ever I have face in ur services. Replay ASAP...

There is continuous 3 days off on television. As I m using GTPL set top box. Even though complained to cable operated they are unable to resolve the problem. Neither they are listening to us. Please do the same. I m from Rajula city. Amreli district gujarat

They provide useless service. They offer which the can't fulfill. My broadband connection is not working since 4 days. They can't manage their own junctions which they installed. No one should purchase any connection from them. I wish this company gets that much loss that they have to shut down. These are thug people. Coustomer care support is also not available. Don't buy any broadband connection from them.

My net goes off at noon and when I am calling to GTPL they are answering that they will send a technition.my this problem is from 7 days and no technition is coming and they say as possible as we will send technition and they had said that we give refund of when net is not working now today also my net is off and no technition is coming pllsssss send me a technition and my net should work properly plsssss...

Please refrain from getting a connection from GTPL. It's the worst Service Provider. with Pathetic Services. I had to wait for 15 days to get a connection, and then, even then, Connection was not there. It's employees are nothing but Goons, who harass customers. Marketing guy forwards my call to his senior and his Senior says "... aree who told you to take the broadband, it's you who came to us for connection, we did not told you to buy our connection. You can get it from somewhere else.." !! Just look at the Attitude and rudeness of the marketing and customer care team. People of Vadodara, please do not take their connection.

Dear sir, since more than 15 months i have been using the GTPL broadband service . The first day when the sales executive informed about the plan and service they had guaranteed about the services and the speed that they provide for the money. i had subscribed for the plan of 2 MBPS fix line unlimited for 15 months. i was having so many net connectivity issues like the net is down very often, say 2-3 days in a week and this was the scenario for all the 15 months. Besides i should get 2 MBPS speed which i didnt use to get. There were several complains made to the customer care and also by mail to the GTPL office for the same. My one year subscribtion has got over and again as i have no other option i have again taken the 15 month plan of 2 MBPS fix line.In short i have renewed the same plan again for 15 months.But still i am facing the same issue. It is due to this i am writing down this complain that i have paid the amount in full and in advance even for the entire year, but then too i am not receiving the promised services from GTPL. I have subscribed for gtpl broadband service on 13th december, 2014. My user id is ghinaiyasp74. They were failed to provide continue service and i have registered complaint so many times. But didn't get permanent solution for it. So i have requested to transfer my internet connection at other location. I have registered complaint on 17th september, 2015 and complaint no is 210896. Daily i am calling them but didn't get solution. Please help me to solve this.
