I baught GTPL Broadband Before 2 months,
and My Plan is as below

9 AM to 9 PM -- 512 Kbps Speed
9 PM to 9 PM -- 2 Mpbs Speed.

But from last few days I observed that, I didnt get speed as I Expected and for which I have Paid.

and whenever I tried to call on Customer Care Exe. Nobody is there to register my complaint.

I tried both customer care numbers of GTPL broadband.

So Kindly Register my complaint and take necessary Action ON this GTPL Broadband company.

I'm a subscriber of gtpl broadband services since october 2015. My plan is of 500gb data @ 10mbps speed. I'm writing this because i've been facing internet problems more than a month. The surfing and download speed has gone below 1 mbps, especially during the daytime. I've been raising these issues on the toll-free number for almost everyday but still there has been no improvement. I also mailed them about the same at "[protected]@gtpl.Net" for more than 5 times but still the same. Therefore, i request you to take some necessary actions for the same. Thank you.

I m having 1 mbps (Unlimited) wifi at my home ...Bt from last night i m not able to go through the net appropriately ...I had done complain regarding this issue ...Now it's working !! But sometimes it stops working automatically i m fade up of this issue !!!...I m not satisfy with you as this thing occurs many times with you !!! Plz give me a number name email of of that man who is at higher position and who can solve this problem !!You can go through your registration to see how many complain have been done by me for each and every error...The complain have been done !!!This is my humble request ...Plz get me out of these issue!!!

Gtpl the worst broadband service.
Complaining from last 10 days that broadband is not working. They commit to solve issue in 24 hours but there is not at all any solution within 10 days. The team of Kapil Mistry (Gtpl Nodal Officer ) is also uncooperative.

I am one o[censored]ser of GTPL hathway Pvt. Ltd which is service provider in Ahmedebad. I have complained them many times i can give you a proof of service complaint numbers also, since i have very hard requirement of internet at same time i observe that internet access is not available, I'm requesting you to do the needful, i have emailed and called GTPL many times but not received proper solution.

My wifi is not working from 2 days when I contact to your customer care number they only reply that sir system update is going m not getting proper value for my money plz show this problem as soon as possible other I have to take some legal action there is problem of speed n half of the time wifi connection is nt there... plzz m request to check this prblm a soon as possilble

I am not satisfied with your service nobody attends the call and if they does still does not provide service. Every Day I have to made complaint but end of the they showing as they solved issue without any conformation with user…
They are not serious about service they just want to sell and make people fool…
They have not much staff to solve issue…
same issue are with setup boxes(chenal)...

I have been trying to shift my broadband connection from past two months and even tried calling them again and again but they will never receive the call and hang it after two or three minutes on its own and i stay furious for long. They do not even care about customer services and requirement. They even do not fulfill basic necessities of providing help in need .

I am one of the consumer of gtpl cable tv last so may days i have ask regarding my monthly bill but they are not providing me i have made so many request but they didn;t respond it

I was complaint to the gtpl set top box because in it the set top box are not continue playing so i was compaint the gtpl office but they are saying to contact your cable operator or so i contact to cable operator but they are not visit my home or not solve this problem ...Or not anitype of responce ...

My net is not working from last 7 days and regularly I m complaining on Coustmer care they say they will solve the issue in 24 hours but still there is no one is coming to solve the problem. My complain no. Is 1097060.

I want GTPL broadband connection in Kalol(dist.Gandhinagar) and I asked for it on 11th Feb, 2016. But GTPL peoples are rejecting it by giving reason that "another ISP is providing there so we are not providing". Then after they suggested that if you want a connection you must go for WiFi connection and I was ready before knowing cost. The cost was 4000 Rs for just installation and for plan 3500+ more. I have all calls recorded. I already called and complained about this in GTPL customer care and they said that installation charges are 550+ only. But still they are not taking any actions.

Few days ago my 7 years son make some changes in remote setting, and i tried to complaint company to resolve it but they denied and forced me to ask local cable operator

I am installed set top box made by gtpl. Last three days signal not gain properly. I am complaint to cable operator. No body attend.

I have very bad experience with gtpl since i have paid rs.15000/- per month with no net connection for 4 months and slow speed so on. Congratulation for making me foolish. And again i purchased wi-fi router with your great network and 4 times e-mailed and u sent me mail confirming that your wi-fi is connected yet no solution. I insisted to send engineer to my home with 3 remider per day still not sent by you i have plenty of times sent my detail regrading and again i am sending u.

I think i might give you duplicate rs.15000/- cherge that's why your great company playing with me. Ok, i am going to complain in consumer forum with copy of those mails and messages. Also i will recommend my it company to cancel gtpl connection at my office.

My user id : mjlathiya75 I'm using GTPL broadband internet and from last 20 to 25 days i can not get internet between 8 PM to 9 AM.Every evening my internet stop and at morning its working properly.I have called everyday to customer care but no one solve my query. All costumer care person told me that my complaints will resolve in 24 hr even i have talk with senior person of GTPL but still my problem did not resolve. GTPL service is very very very poor and i'm tired from their support. GTPL fraud me they have taken money for 24 hour internet service and they only provide 12 hour internet. Now i need refund from gtpl for that time period when internet is stop.I'll complaint against GTPL to consumer care in every website who help me for.

I want to new gtpl cable conectios, but your service man no responce after collecting fees a one month . i complaint your nomber mentionad that but ther not ifective. i folloup but your service man big and biges rregones give me last one month.

i have bought gtpl stb from their operator a year ago

now i have shifted my home to the near by area of my previous registered address with gtpl

now they have stop my service and was asked to pay rs. 1500 again for activation
i agreed for payment because of the festival season...i didnt wanted my new purchased t.v would stay off on festival days

i am calling them since last saturday i.e 7/11/2015
but no one is receiving my calls

i have 4 different numbers given by them..each one just tried to divert my issue to another..after that there is no response from any one

i even contacted customer care..they are saying to contact their operator...we can not do any thing in this case

SIR, PLEASE DO NEED FULL TO ME IN THIS...I AM FRUSTRATED BY CALLING ALTERNATE NUMBERS FROM 5 DAYS

RIGHT NOW MY FAMILY SITTING WITHOUT ENTERTAINMENT EVEN AFTER BUYING THESE MUCH COSTLY GADGETS
