[Resolved] Havells India — Designer fan ebony model | |||||
I filed complaint on 25th may 2017. Complaint no. Ge250309. No technician came and suddenly closed the complaint. I called again the customer care on 14th june 2017. They gave me an number gf140261. Technician came next day and he said the pcb inside the fan needs to be replaced. I said ok. Somehow he close the complaint without actually fixing the issue. I have been calling that person and he always says that the part is not available with havells. I called customer care on 1st july 2017 and i told the history and instead of reopening the case they gave a new complaint number gg010667 and assigned a new person to this. Issue is not resolved yet This fan costs around rs.33, 000 and if this kind of poor service by havells people should resist buying such expensive fans. Havells is simply not able to fix the issue even after 1 month. Was this information helpful? | |||||
