I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the handling of my personal information.

It has come to my attention that my personal phone number was shared with a service center without my consent. I have no interest in engaging in debates or back-and-forth discussions with them; frankly, it is a complete waste of my time.

Furthermore, I am dissatisfied with the documentation provided. I have received a temporary cash receipt, which is unacceptable. To resolve this matter, I require one of the following immediately:

A proper Tax Invoice for my records.
