I purchased gyser of model Ellena in 2019, it was in off condition for around one month and now I am facing a problem that it's outlet water is not coming even after sufficient pressure of water in inlet. So please suggest me the problem and provide services at the earliest....

I have bought havells fan on 16/06/2020. After one day of installation it was not working properly so I lodged service request. 2 technicians visited but none of them were able to rectify the issue instead of that another technician blown up the fuse and pcb circuit and left the fan in even more bad condition. Since then I have not heard from any havells executive that when they will change the fan. Neither of them pics the call whom number...

Hi,

I have raised multiple complaint with my registered mobile number. When i registered my first complaint on 2nd may 2019, i got one service message and kkg code as well. I waited for whole day and also tried to connect with number provided in service message but that person hasn't picked my call. Next day again i called but he hasn't picked up the call. Then i called to customer care and asked about status of my complaint...

Hi Havells,

I request you to please replace my ceiling fan as this start tik tik sound again and irritates a lot in mid night. This is my second complaint in 5 months for this fan. No permanent solution yet. A geyser installation has been done today on 7-oct-2018 very much unprofessionally and in wrong place as extension pipes get shorter. Also leakage has been started from joints.
Now to get it in right position it need two more holes in another place.
So who will repair damaged earlier holes in this wall now?
Why havells send these unprofessional installation guys who even does not know how to install it at right place.br...

We have noticed that our water purifier is indicating an error and is continuously beeping for every 10 seconds.
As per the instructions manual, we have observed that it might be an error 'se 01'.
It's been more than 24 hours since we have been observing this problem.

As per the instructions manual that we have received, we have noticed that the indicator for 'error or fault indications' is blinking and the buzzer is beeping in every 10 seconds. As per the book, it says that it is an error se-01. This problem is observed since today morning.

We expect a service for the water purifier as soon as possible.

The technician has to visit 6 times for repair works. Ultimately the coil got damaged in just 2 months. Customer care is not ready to replace it.

Visit #1 heating indicator was not working that was fixed
Visit #2 Cut off was less than minute
Visit #3 Cut off was increased to 6 minutes

I purchased four nos. of Havells ceiling fans about four month ago from M/s AMMA agency, kurmanapalem, visakhapatnam and installed with remote control provided by the builder in two rooms and other two with normal switch facility.
