I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address the ongoing issue with my air conditioning unit, which has persisted since the completion of the free service provided by your company.
As a loyal customer who purchased the AC in December, I expected reliable performance and prompt resolution of any issues encountered. Regrettably, following the completion of the free service, my AC has ceased to function properly.
Despite raising the issue through the portal three times, I appreciate Chitra efforts in responding promptly and arranging for a technician to visit my residence. During the technician's visit, it was determined that there is a gas leakage that requires replacement, pending approval from your team.
However, I am deeply disappointed to report that despite assurances, no further action has been taken, and the gas replacement has not been addressed. Furthermore, my attempts to reach out to Chitra ([protected]) for updates have been met with inadequate responses, exacerbating my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service provided.
The prolonged delay in resolving this matter has inconvenienced me greatly, especially considering the significant investment made in purchasing the AC.
I implore you to prioritize this issue and expedite the necessary approvals to proceed with the gas replacement. Additionally, I request improved communication and accountability from Chitra to ensure that I am kept informed of any progress or developments regarding my request.
Please understand the urgency of this matter and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I trust that you will work diligently to restore the functionality of my AC unit and uphold the standards of customer service expected from your company.

Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But here I want to say that Havells company sent froude technician to my home for Cooler Servicing due as per our local technician said me, Maximum cost will be 300 to 500 because Cooler all parts are ok, It have to clean the parts, Cooler will be ok.
That's why We can say Havells's Service center totally work as illegal way. So request you please take the step Otherwise Many customer will face this type of problem. Without servicing have taken Rs 300/- from Me.
So again request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
