[Resolved]  Havells India — Havells 10l 4s geyser troica white

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the replacement of my Havells 10L 4S Geyser Troica White, which stopped working and was reported to your customer care.

Following my complaint, a customer care representative attended the issue and inspected the geyser. After inspection, it was confirmed that the geyser needed to be replaced. The representative obtained the necessary approval for replacement, and the replacement product, bearing the required approval sticker, was sent to the dealer's shop on 5th August.

However, despite the replacement being sent to the dealer, I have still not received the replacement product till date. During this entire period, I have repeatedly contacted both the dealer and the customer care representative, but unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory solution or clear information regarding the status of my replacement.

This prolonged delay has caused considerable inconvenience, particularly since the replacement has already been approved and dispatched to the dealer.

I therefore request you to look into this matter urgently and arrange for the replacement of my geyser without any further delay. I also request you to provide me with a clear update on the current status of the replacement and the expected date of delivery.

I hope Havells will take this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest.
