[Resolved] Havells India — Product Complain not solved (complain register on 14 Oct 2016) | |||
I purchased SUPERBLEND WITH CHOPPER 400W on 14 October 2016, there was some problem in chopper, I called there custom care on same day 14 October 2016 regarding this issue and register a complain (complain No. FJ141970 ). There engineer came, he was replacing my product with low capacity 150W product, I told him that need same 400W product. He told that he will report to company. After that it's now almost 3 month, I didn't get any response from there. I called 3-4 times to again customer care regarding my issue. Every time they just told me that, we are forwarding your request to concern department, but didn't get anything yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
