[Resolved] Havells India — regarding defective motor | |||
I have purchased a havells stand fan 3months before. The fan is now defective in motor. I have complained the customer care on 28 august and they told it will be solved in 48hrs. A phone call came after the second day on 29august and told me that no motor available in stock & next day it will be available. But it is around 96hrs the mechanic of our city is telling motor not available yet. Stock exhausted. So please action as quick as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
