[Resolved] Havells India — technician broke the fan and has not yet replaced it - florence black antique copper | |||||
Hi, i am milton from bangalore (Belthur kadugodi). I raised a complaint to havells wrt 2 faulty fans. A woodster brown and a florence black antique copper. The issue was raised on 17th july (2017). Complaint number gg171449. I was assigned a technician - mr. Shivaraj ([protected]). The person came over on the 18th of july and managed to rectify the issue with the woodster fan. However, while trying to fix the florence fan, he broke one of the blades. He promised to get the replacement by the next day. He closed the ticket (Claiming 1 fan was fixed!) but never got back. After i called back multiple times, he told that the part will come the next day (20th). However, he still did not bother to call back. I raised the complaint again by calling the toll free number. Despite their promises nobody came over to fix the issue. I then got hold of the branch office through mr. Shivaraj, who gave the number reluctantly after claiming it'll be fixed on the 24th and i must wait. He also claimed and promised that if it does not get ready on the 24th he'd replace the entire fan wing. I suggested that since i have been delayed of a service for 5 days without the proper business courtesy, replace the fan wing as of immediately. I spoke to a mr. Arjun ([protected]) from the havells india ltd. Office mg road. After explaining my concerns to him i requested for an immediate solution. He responded back saying that he could not commit but would get in touch with other shops and find a replacement. As of today (22nd july) he told the part has been received and a technicain will come over to fix it. No one has come to do as claimed and nobody is receiving the calls anymore in the branch office (Note, even calling mr. Shivaraj is futile since he now ignores the call most times). This is a very unprofessional behavior from havells. I am left with no fan in my living room and no courtesy from havells to proactively call back and assure it will be fixed. A convenient time for resolution has also not been provided. I request you to kindly look into this at highest priority. Heavily disappointed. -milton Was this information helpful? | |||||
