Havells India — Worst installation of geyser | |
I bought a geyser from flipkart which was delivered on 31 st Oct after calling flipkart nd havells regularly finally a so called engineer came on 4th Nov, nd he straight away told me that if any damage is done to my wall and if tiles gets broken he is not responsible, I told him to do the installation carefully but the ### who had zero knowledge started hammering my tiles nd the geyser plate very badly, nd as a result broke my newly renovated bathroom tiles and also water is constantly leaking from the geyser, also geyser is shaking, that is not fixed properly. I just want to know who is to be held responsible for these damage or any accident if it happens to me, as your engineer who is not engineer i would say his skill level was poor then a labour, on what basis havells hires these ###s to damage property and life of others and what action havells would take now, otherwise I will refrain from buying any havells product in future and ask everyone so. If you people cannot hire skilled technicians why u say that outside installation will void warranty, let me tell you my plumber is far more skilled than your engineer.
