[Resolved] Havells India — wrong product inside packed box | |||
I purchased today Havells Monza EC geyser with 5star rating but when unpacked by havells installation engineer, it is 4 star and different old product. I complained to shopper and havells dealer with all evidence but haven't heard anything from them till now. I called your customer care but they were also not ready to listen anything.
