With due respect i want withdrawal my pf fund so please mentioned my date of leaving on pf account. Because when i leaved my job due to i am ill and i am not able to continue my job so i left my job. So please i request you please mentioned my date of leaving on pf account.

Updated by Arunkhokher2 I am ex employee of hdbfs (Hbl global pvt ltd) my employee id is A30595 designation as sale executive department (Autoloan) used and new car loan in hdfc bank. I was working from 03 September 2015 to 17 October 2016. But till date i have not recieve my experince letter.
