I have been relieved by hcl on 18th september 2020 as per the mail of hr. However i have not received any relieving letter, experience letter or fnf settlement from company due to admin clearance is pending. I had to visit office in covid-19 situation all the way from delhi to noida for for submitting the id card and access card on 22nd september 2020. After that i had to take the follow up via personal mail and to my surprise now people taking care of admin clearance cannot see the request as its not visible as the lwd in the system was 18th september 2020. Now its their system's fault which is killing my peace of mind. My salary is on hold. My fnf is not settled yet. And my relieving letter is also pending to be shared by hcl. I am not in a very good position to apply further in other company due to this. But after all this mess, there is one more thing which surprised me that in the provisional fnf sheet they have mentioned some recovery amount and no such thing has been discussed by hr or manager while requesting for early release. I haven't received any salary from this company now they also want to do recovery from me. I hope this platform may help me. My employee sap id: 51885204 Please help me out. Oct 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved There is one of the HCL employee who message on this platform with her number asking my HCL related official details. However to fast forward this process, i preferred calling on the provided number and discussed regarding same and shared my Employee id and my work location, then lot of mail chain happened and finally on 5th of October my complaint was resolved. HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi, I am in immense tension and as I havent still got the clearance from HCl IT team for my laptop assets although I have couriered it through private courier and it has reached the destination well within time, I even checked with HCl jigani office facility team and same has been confirmed in consignment detail aslo. But IT team refusing to accept that IT assets has been surrendered. I mean this is ridiculous. I need clearance so that my F&F can be initiated but I don't why they are just lieing? I have the consignment details. Please help me to get the issue fixed.
