HCL Technologies — Admin clearance is pending even after three weeks of last working day

My last working day was 4th March 2022. Though I have submitted the ID card before the last day, I have not received the Admin clearance. I have acknowledgement for the ID card submission from the reception. After contacting the HR, clearance executives, they said that my request for Admin clearance does not reflect in their queue. Constantly checked with other folks from the group managers team, they too were not able to see my request in the system. Seems there is a gap in communication and less knowledge about handling separation tool and these kind of technical issues. Requested for manual methods and provide relieving letter and experience letter. That is also of no use. As a result, it is causing difficulties for me to join in my new company due to absence of relieving letter and experience letter the back ground verification is on hold.
