HCL Technologies — Annexure-K for PF Transfer Settlement

I am an ex-employee of hcl technologies, requested for a pf transfer and it is also credited in my current organisation account.

But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need a Annexure-K from hcl pf team.

I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding to my mails.
