[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — Annexure K required for the PF transfer to Complete

I raised request as per HCL technologies rules to PF transfer, in HCL portal as per their process, As shown below number and snapshot it said PF transfer completed. But No Annexure K shared.

I raised grievance in PF portal . They are saying only PF transferred not pension and they are not sharing annexure K.

Additionally i got in touch with gurgaun PF office and they asked to raise claim request which is approved by HCL and them in the uan portal.

Please share the annexure k if you have done PF transfer.
Please transfer my PF and Pension amount.

Please follow this steps for HCL Annexure K during PF transfer. 1. Before applying any online PF transfer in UAN portal, first do the Pension transfer with Form10 claim then do the PF transfer. 2. EPFO Gurgaon office will share annexure K if PF amount and pension amount is settled as per government rules, not just pension service. 3.HCL separation portal option can also be tried and don't open it on mobile app. Try in internet explorer 10, google chrome etc 4. With PF transfer done in the portal status, there is annexure k download icon. Try in internet explorer 10, google chrome etc to download. 5. Issue is that even that will not work, gives app error . 6. For some people it works. 7. contact the HR who relieved you from HCL, he will share the email id for SPOC of Annexure K

Additionally in separation portal, this download annexure k option not working too.

When i press download annexure k option the error it says,

There is an internal error, please contact HCL app team ..and sometimes it says contact hcl pf help desk ..pf helpdesk never responds.

IT is mandatory requirement to generated Annexure K in EPFO portal. Not sure where is the gap when PF transfer in your case already is transferred to dealing PF office of your current establishment. Do raise Grievance in EPFO portal for providing you Annexure K
