I have cleared all interviews and even i got. Call confirmation they said u got selected for HCL technologies and they said about salary details and location but now they telling there is no name in the list ew didn't expect this type of issues from HCL technologies

      As I've transfered my previous company PF amount to HCL PF account through online transfered, the status also shows settled. But current PF statement shows only HCL contribution.

      I relieved from HCL on August 11th 2021. I've raised SSD for this regarding while I was in HCL, they also requested me to submit Annexure K. But at the time I didn't have Annexure K, then I've raised EPF grievance and got the Annexture K.

      Where I need to submit Annexure K? And whom do I inform/submit this Annexure K?

      Or when it's reflecting to my PF account?

        I had cleared all the interview levels in HCL last month and also got the mail for 'Welcome to HCL', submitted all documents, had HR conversation on package as well. On call, the HR agreed to the package, congratulated me for selection, told about other details like cab facilities, etc. and said that you'll receive the offer letter in a week. After 1 month and 10 days, I got the mail from him that 'due to low budget, your candidature has been rejected on cost approval'. Now, he is not even replying to my mails.

          I am trying to know the process for PF withdrawal. I have written several emails to [protected]@hcl.com and to pankaj.[protected]@hcl.com but didnt hear anything.
          The separation link is not working for me and it says " you have not initiated EMS yet" .please assist.

          As per records of HCLT you are still an active employee as your last working day is not updated in system. Kindly connect with your last HR spoc if you are already separated or share experience certificate issued by HCLT with Pankaj with cc to [protected]@hcl.com.
          Process of PF withdrawal remains online that too thru HCLT's separation portal subject to above conditions
          My name is Moulshree and I left HCL in 2012. I have already written emails to pankaj and pfhelpdesk a number of times but havent received any response. As I said earlier my separation portal link is not working. Please assist

            A girl working in HCL her name Ramya gudipudi working as a software engineer who has probably joined recently. She has fakely updated her linkedin profile keeping her experience as 2 years 2 months.i don't know why people are not portraying genuinely their experience.

            HCL need to take severe action on this profile and employee.

                I checked with Sushil kumar from HCL on this, but still tranaction is pending.
                It's already cleared before one week that tranaction was not successful.
                Sushil asked his team member to re-initate the transaction but still pending. I am following up this on daily basis, but no outcome yet. I am in urgent need to my PF money...

                  Hi

                  I am facing an issue with my pf transfer, which is due to unsettled pension from HCL trust .

                  I have worked at HCL from 2006 to 2012,
                  I did my PF transfer but seems pension transfer wasn’t done and so i am currently facing issues.
                  On checking the UAN portal, I see my HCL service details are not updated by employer.

                  My pension withdrawal(Form-10C) has been rejected saying 'EPS PARTICULARS HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED FROM HR/5572'

                  Please help, to whom I can reach and get the pension back

                    I had an interview and received mail on 26th July to submit documents for HR discussion, later I got call from HR on 28th July and was informed that I will get an offer letter in 7 to 10 days. I am trying to call the HR several times but did not get any response. Have dropped an email but no response yet.

                            Since 4+ months i am following up for PF related issues. As of now the status in the HCL PF Portal shows as "Disbursed". But not yet received Annexure K and NEFT details of the PF transfer. I have mailed the concerned PF Helpdesk. But there was no response. Is that PF helpdesk mail id is in working condition or not? If yes, Why no response from anyone? This is not expected from a MNC Company. Everything should be self explanatory without hurdles. Anyways, I need the Annexure K and NEFT details of the PF transfer.

                            Annexure K is online generated in EPFO portal, contact with PF office of your current establishment, if the status in HCLT separation portal shows it as disbursed,
                            Annexure K can be downloaded from HCLT's separation portal
                            I have not yet received response. Kindly make it fast as i have to submit the Annexure K and NEFT details of PC Transfer to my current organization

                              Hi I have given interview at 26th of may 2021 and cleared interviews, and four days later a person called me behalf of HCL he collected all the details, and again an week later I got a mail and to submit the documents and fill the link "pre offer submission" with necessary information I filled within same days but haven't received any acknowledgement, later I called a person and she told I am not your recruiter, and she one more person mail ID, I am trying to contact her through call and through mail, but no response, if she attends call she is saying drop a mail I will get back to you, along with me my friends have attended interview they got an bgv mail from them, I have sent couple of followups bit till now no response., Let me know if anyone facing same issue, still now I don't know how to reach them.

                                I have left hcl in the month of Feb 2020 and applied for the pf transfer through my current employer in pf portal and HCL pf portal . pf transfer process started by hcl on 07-Jul.2021 .SLA for this 20 days.But still process not completed.I am sendng mails to hcl pf help desk and one responding from team. I tried to reach kanchan from PF help desk team not responding.
                                Please help me on this

                                  Sir my last working day at hcl was 16.6.2021. I got outstanding salary and Fnf. Since PF were deducted from such payments I have been requesting to issue a final pf statement for the current year to [protected]@hcl.com and also to the spoc [protected]@hcl.com
                                  I am not getting any response. I want to ensure the accuracy of my hard earned money reaches accurately to my new employer. My patience is being tested like anything. Hope you can intervene into this matter and provide the statement

                                    I am an ex-employer of HCL and my last working day was March 5 2021. HCL has not yet sent my form16 for last financial year so that I can proceed with my it returns submission. I have approached their tax team multiple times through their provided email id but I have not even received a single mail response. I need my form 16 for financial year 2020 to 2021 to complete my it returns process.

                                      Greetings!!

                                      I have initiated the PF transfer from HCL to current company using HCL separation portal in June 2021.

                                      I can download the Annexure K from HCL portal now,
                                      But the Annexure K document does have UTR# unique transfer number
                                      (OR) Cheque number details to complete the PF transfer (the fields are blank " ')

                                      the request is shown as Received and under Process in HCL portal

                                      I raised the PF grievance with my current PF office, they are asking for UTR number or Cheque number to process the Request

                                      not getting reply from HCL PF helpdesk. so posting for assistance here.

                                        This is regarding my PF transfer request that i have been following up since 9 years.
                                        I have been mailing on HCL PF emails provided at the time of exit in 2012 and have not received any fruitful results.
                                        I have received useless standard replies since then. It seems HCL has also changed the PF account numbers for people working before 5-6 years in HCL.

                                        I am lost i dont know how to get my money back.
