Employee id : 51863729 & On 29th April PF team raised PF transfer request from their end as per my request. And on 3rd it was acknowledged and moved into the next process. The timeline is 20 working days. By 24th May 2021 SLA timeline was over and the process was not yet completed. Could you please check & help me to finish the process. Need the process to be completed very very badly

                I Sachin Porwal worked as a software developer in HCL .Recently I have resigned from my current job . Here I am requesting HCL for the experience certificate of mine, which I need to submit to my new employer.
                I joined HCL on 4th Feb 2015 and I left HCL on 8th Dec 2017,
                From HCL Separation Porwal I got only the Relieving Letter but did not get the Experience letter till now. They did not uploaded my Experience letter in separation portal

                  Hi,

                  I resigned from HCL in 2011 and my employee Id was 51364771. I've sent several mails to [protected]@hcl.com in order to withdraw amount from my both PF account numbers i.e.PF Number : [protected] (HCL COMNET) and PF Number : [protected] (HCL Technologies) but no one has responded yet. Even I tried to login into https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx
                  but as I resigned before 2013 therefore, I couldn't login as well.
                  Hence I'm looking for your further support.

                      I raised request as per HCL technologies rules to PF transfer, in HCL portal as per their process, As shown below number and snapshot it said PF transfer completed. But No Annexure K shared.

                      I Got offer letter But joining date postponed from March to till now

                      I got offer letter on March 5 2021 and joining date confirmed on 25 March .. and my joining date post poned again on 12th April and again postponed on May 7th .. and again mail sent to me your joining date we confirmed after 31st May .. what's the reason .. why your postponed so many times...

                      I received a call on 21-May-2021 from a mobile number [protected], saying that they are calling from HCL Technologies. He said his name is Mahesh and he is an HR, but when I checked in truecaller it shown as Bharath. They had scheduled my interview for 22-May-2021.

                      It was two technical rounds both different persons and it was completely telephonic. After the second round, they have taken my snap-through WhatsApp video call.

                      They said HR will call back on Monday(24-May-2021), but didn't receive any call. I tried to contact the interviewers also but they are not responding

                          DOJ: Sep, 2007. Date of Exit: Apr 2, 2012.

                          I'm trying to close my PF Account from HCL's PF trust and get it credited to my Savings bank account. I received a couple of emails from them to follow some steps, which I followed only there is no response. I physically filled the form to transfer, withdraw (and sent to Noida as advised) only to get the courier bounced. I could not apply for withdrawal online as ExHCL-ite site is not accessible to me as my exit date is beyond Apr 2013. Also, I could not apply for withdrawal in EPF office, as the fund is maintained within HCL PF trust. I need this problem to be resolved very badly.

                            I am an ex-HCLT Canada employee I had requested for PF withdrawal a while back. Though PF withdrawal request has been closed, the disbursed amount is significantly less than expected. Currently, there isn't a way for me to check my HCL Trust account or EPFO portal, so request you to please help me with couple of things:

                            1. Getting PF statements for my HCL trust account showing PF balance and contributions.
                            2. Updating my new mobile number on the EPFO portal. Based on the EPFO portal, only HCL can update the mobile number.

                            If there is anything needed from my end, please let me know.
