I was selected for order management process (Email support) at a22, noida on november 10th. I was called for documentation and salary discussion on november 12th 2019.
Hr atul chopra agreed to pay 5lpa as gross compensation with joining from 14th november. Same was conveyed to me by rebeca vicky-another hr. Both told me they will send the offer letter by evening of 13th november.
My last gross package was of 3.4lpa.
At that time i was holding an offer letter from accenture who were ready to give me gross package of 4.29lpa and joining from 13th of november. But atul agreed to pay 5lpa as gross salary and joining from 14th.
I missed my joining with accenture because of surity given by atul and rebeca. There was one more candidate who was also promised same by both. We were promised joining by 14th november.
But, i did not get any offer letter from hcl. I repeatedly called them and they didn't pick my call. By evening of 13th my joining at accenture was reneged.
After calling them plenty of times rebeca called me to share they can offer only 4.82lpa as 5lpa was not approved by operations team. I had a word with atul. He told me this is the package operations team has approved and it is final. They even sent me a mail confirmation of selection and salary breakup. I agreed to join at gross pay of 4.82lpa.
But to this day there is no offer letter released by them. I have repeatedly written to them but in vain.
Today i called atul he told me they are unable to release the offer letter as salary approval is pending from operations team (But it was told earlier that 4.82lpa is after approval).
I would like to share that on job portal website naukari.com they have again posted an ad for interviews tomorrow for the same process but at a lesser salary slab.
I want to ask are you looking for candidates at lower salary slab to replace me. Why hcl is playing with my future? Why are you not ready to induct me? I am one of the first two candidates who were selected for this post.
For three days i travelled to noida from gurgaon which takes 2 hours as i interested in this opening. But now you are conducting interviews in gurgaon itself to hire people at lower slab. I was not well but i managed to travel thais far despite having an offer in hand. Please stop playing with my future. Hiring has stopped in the town. I will have to terminate my job career here as i cannot afford to live in rented accommodation by just waiting for an offer letter.
I request you to intervene in this and secure me a joining at promised salary slab at the earliest as 12 days has already passed.
I have attached screenshot of the promised salary slab, their ad on job portal naukari, document action mails.
The way i was asked today till wait till tomorrow evening shows that if you could get a cheaper replacement you will ignore my candidature.
If you want to cancel. My candidature, i want to pursue things legally against you for playing with my career. And i want a compensation for replacing me.
