HCL Technologies — did not get a call from hr after clearing the interview

It's been approx 2 months now i have cleared the interview for hcl lucknow location for the profile of active directory but still waiting for the hr call for salary discussion. I called recruiter couple of times initially he was saying you will get a call in couple of days but at last he said he doesn't remember about the interview, is this a kind of joke?

Now, i am not able to give more interviews in hcl just because my name exist your hcl database.
