I am very frustrated with the worst ever experience i ever had with this organisation. It is harassment of the employees. Pfb my communications sent to the fnf team, from my personal email id, to know the status of fnf, to which the team has not provided any response, since many days now.
I am in the dire need of money and these guys are just fooling around with the employees. Please start with the bottom message and then read through bottom to top.

Enough is enough, you guys are just making a fool out of the employees. Be ready to find out this mail trail on the complaint forums, especially for the hcl and siva kumar, you have been checking my patience, since couple of days now. Talk to you guys soon.

Please go ahead and check all the clearance's status now, as i have got the admin status cleared too. Please let me know, when will i be getting my fnf, on which date and after deduction what is the amount that i will be paid, keeping in mind that my may months salary was also not disbursed and also i was having near about 20 leaves in my bucket, when i left the organisation.
A prompt reply will be appreciated, as i have to plan out accordingly.

I am not sure, what the admin team needs from me, to get the clearance.
As i cannot access the hcl portals anymore, so i am unable to locate the cell numbers of the admin team members.

Can you please help me with their contact numbers or at least their work email addresses?

What my understanding is, that i still have the possession of the hcl badge and rsa token.
Are these the collectibles, admin team is looking for, to grant me the clearance?

I think same process started for me and they are trying to deduct as much as possible from employee.
They removed PL encashment from the provisional FNF statement after LWD.

I got all clearance form HR Partner, Admin and IT Team on my last working day itself. but still it took more than a 50 days to get my FNF Settlement, that to chasing all HR FNF and IT Teams, please find below mail chain for your reference.

I depressed and shocked after seeing my FNF Settlement amount they deducted almost 29k from my salary of July 2021 which has been hold.

I am Billable Till my last working day than why should this Arr. EPB Recovery deduction…?

Again I chased them regarding deductions no replay from any one,

Could you please take action on below members.

We are not beggar's we are asking our money its our Right to ask .
