[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — HCL changing my last working date which is causing dual employment and I'm losing my Job

1- I resigned from HCL on 22nd Feb'22 through the official after my manager confirmed that my LWD will be on 17th March'22.
2.When I asked my Manager that should i Resign through the EMS portal they verbally denied and said that if you will resign through the EMS then HCL will block you for future as you are leaving in probation period. So just drop an email to your manager and HR and they will take care of it.
3- I submitted all the HCL assets on 21st March'22 and dropped the resignation email on 22nd Feb'22 then why later HR forced me to raise it through EMS? As no HR and manager came and asked me to reassign through the EMS portal during the 1 month of notice period 22nd Feb to 17th March'22.
4 - I clearly mentioned in each email that now if I initiate it through EMS my LWD will remain the same on 17th March but after initiating through EMS HR changed it to 24th march by saying that you initiated EMS on 23rd March'22 so i was totally misguided here.
