HCL Technologies — hcl noida offer letter put on hold

Hi sir,

I appeared for an interview in hcl noida in the month of december 2018 and i cleared the interview. I had gone through 3 rounds of interview and finally had a salary discussion with the hr and lastly signed some transport consent forms. Lastly i was told that i would receive an email from the hr for submitting my relevant documents and after that i would receive my offer letter within a week. I did recieve an email from the hr next day and as specified i submitted all my relevant documents as advised. Since then i have been waiting for the offer letter. But i never received it. I tried to contact the hr several times but did not get any response from there end. Finally one day after 5 months i got a response hr through what's app and he just said that my offer letter is on hold as there are no open positions at this moment and i will have to wait.
I had already resigned from my previous job in feb 2019 on the verge of hcls offer but now i am sitting job less at home still waiting for the offer letter.

Please help me with the same
