HCL Technologies — HCL Tech is missing in EPFO Service History portal, unable to transfer PF

Address:HCL Technologies, Pune

I am an ex-HCL Tech employee and want to transfer my PF to my current employers PF account.
I tried to transfer the PF balance through EPFO Portal. I tried to add details of the previous employer through the Get MID option, I filled the HCL establishment ID, extension and acc no. But it's throwing me an error saying "Details of the previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed."

Also, I can't find HCL Technologies in EPFO Portal, in the Service History Tab.
Detailed PF statement and Annexure K are not available in my separation portal.

PF statement which was circulated in ESS on monthly basis to all employees has your PF related details on the top left side. Do refer the same.
Annexure K is generated when your PF is transferred based on Form-13, which you have not provided till date.
Unable to see responses, it shows there is 1 response, but I think there is some bug in the system, responses are hidden
