HCL Technologies — Hero moto parts

Hi, This is the incident of okhla industrial area service center. I asked them to bring me right side panel of white ignitor and I have said them 4 months back and they it is not available right now we will order it. Whenever I went and asked if part has come, they said " NO ITS FINISHED/ THESE PARTS DOES NOT COME". I told them OK I will come next time and please then keep one for me. Still the same answer: part is not available. I was shocked and surprised.
