HCL Technologies — Need Relieving letter from HCL

Issue:

Last working date from HCL Technologies - 19th Oct 2022.
I have surrendered my IT assets and the IT admin said he will provide me clearance by the end of the same day (19th Oct).
There was a system issue, and he couldn’t do that. Next day, when I contacted him, he said he approved of it.

When I logged in to Exit Portal, I still see my IT clearance is still Pending. (Please check the attached image)
I reached out to the Full and Final Settlement team; they are saying my IT clearance is still pending and get it approved.

I am in a situation where my one-month salary + F&F settlement is on hold, and I have not received my Relieving letter yet.
I have joined another company and I need to submit the Relieving letter which I am yet to receive from HCL Technologies.
Could you please help me with this?
