HCL Technologies — No help from HCL Technologies PF team - Unable to withdraw even after 10 years of leaving the company

In 2019, I received a mail from PF Trust to claim my PF from HCL Technologies, from where I left in 2012.

For about 4 years I have been sending mails to HCL PF team - the PF help desk, fnf settlement, etc.

Repeatedly I am being asked to register in the below link since I left before 2013 - https://wf30.myhcl.com/PFPortal/UserRegistration/UserRegistration

This morning too it says "Record Exists".

I even mailed to helpdeskpf the registration ID[protected] that I received after submitting the required documents, on Feb 14, 2023.
