Hi Team,

I am Salim Khan, an ex-Employee of HCL Technologies, Noida with Employee ID 51877512.

I have had raised my PF transfer request from HCL technologies to my Current Employer 7 months ago, which is still not completed.

Now I am not even able to login into my separation portal as not getting OTP on my personal Email address. Resetting the password is not working either.

Please help me get my issue resolved on priority.

As an Update I would like to share here that after posting my concern here HCL PF transfer team reached out to me over my Email and asked for the same Information I shared 5 Months ago. I am hoping they will be more serious about it this time.

      Separation Off Boarding Portal not getting otp to my registered mail id

      Hello HCL Team

      I have been following up with HCL HR and another resources of HCL. But no one is taking this matter seriously.

      I am able to use my password but not getting otp to my registered mail id.

      My registered mail id - er.[protected]@gmail.com
      employee id[protected]

      In 2019, I received a mail from PF Trust to claim my PF from HCL Technologies, from where I left in 2012.

      For about 4 years I have been sending mails to HCL PF team - the PF help desk, fnf settlement, etc.

      Repeatedly I am being asked to register in the below link since I left before 2013 - https://wf30.myhcl.com/PFPortal/UserRegistration/UserRegistration

      This morning too it says "Record Exists"....

      I recently transferred my pf from hcl to current organisation. Got my Annexure k with pf details but didn’t get eps details received in rpfo, and my partial withdrawal claim is stuck because of this.many mails to pf office and no help.any help onthis reagrd is appreciated

          I am an old employee of HCL Technologies, worked during 2005 and 2006. My Employee Code – 40127580 and PF Account Number – HR/5572/14994.

          My PF and service records of HCL technologies are not updated in current EPF records. I raised this issue with EPF Grievance team and they asked me to contact my previous employer (HCL Technologies here) for below documents.

          1. Attested copy of Annexure K for EPF fund
          2. Attested copy of Annexure K for EPS fund
          3. NEFT / Demand Draft - Fund transferred details to my current employer.

          May I request you to please help as struggling to connect with EPF department of HCL tecnologies

              I've recently served my last working day with HCLTech on 20th of July and as per the details received that My Seperation Portal will be accessible post last working day, but while logging in it's promoting for a otp which isn't getting received on my personal/ registered mail id. Therefore unable to login.
              I've shared relavent details for reference.

                Hi Team,

                I am an Ex-employee of HCL Technologies. When I am logging into the separation portal after giving the password got a pop-up saying OTP sent to email, then now I give the OTP and same password getting password error and blocking me for 2 hours. Tried for so many times and emailed to the concerned persons but no response till now.

                Please do help me with this. EmpID: 51461408

                Same happens to me. OTP is not working and getting locked for 2 hours. Neither PF team replied to any e-mails. Sent many messages to HCL PF transfer e-mail ID.

                  I have received a mail on 12/7/2023 from Kesavaraj T Reddy where he said you have to pay 10000 rs for 2 programs for hiring purpose (i have paid 5000 first and after some time 5000 i.e. 10000), then another day on 13th he called me and said i will send you 10000 because you have send me in two transactions he said to give me account details in my account details my ifsc was wrong so i have not recieved. Then from my account I have sent 10000 he said your interview will be on 14th july. On 14th evening he called me and said you have to pay 27000 for HCL first carrer program. I have neglected that program because already my 20000 was not refunded. So he said if you will not pay your whole process will be stop and you will not eligible for interview purpose. I have sent correct ifsc code, He said your money will be returned within 24 to 48 hours. I have till monday(17 july) from monday he is not recieving my calls and sms. Please help me

                    The delay in response from your end in just delaying my new job joining. Please consider this my humble request to issue an attested Joint Declaration Form for UAN correction so that I can activate my UAN account.

                          I am an Ex-HCLities and my SAP id is, 51481834. When I am trying to login alumni portal, I am not getting OTP on this. New password reset emails are getting received and only OTP alone not getting. Can you have a look and fix it asap.

                              I was trying to transfer my PF from HCL to current employer, they(HCL) asked me for some documents wich i provided, then cancelled cheque was needed which i got after sometime but now i am not able to login into SPERATION PORTAL due to not Recieving OTP on my mail ID.

                                I am Ex-HCL Employee, I have completed my last working day in 30-June-2023, I have received ioffboarding credentials, when i try to login to portal to get Experience and Service letters of HCL, i haven't received any OTP to my registered mail id. i have tried to reset my password, still not received OTP.
