HCL Technologies — no response on emails for pf transfer

HCL has a PF trust which is not registered in the government EPFO system. I spoke with my current employer and they informed me the process of PF transfer via online service "One Member One EPF Account (Transfer Request)", however when I try to raise the request via EPFO portal I get an error message: "No data found against this member ID when checking previous employment details" when I use the Member ID and
"Details of Previous account are different than present account" when I use UAN #

I have gone through HCL's process of PF transfer where they asking me to fill up Form 13 and get it attested by current employer which they are not agreeing to, stating we only follow the process that is there on the EPFO portal. HCL is not responding to my emails and within these 2 organizations I am stuck in the middle and unable to get the PF transferred.

I do not even have the information that is being asked for in form 13 ie:
1. By whom the EPF account of the member in the present establishment is kept
2. Could not find the name of the new trust/RPFC.
